Aranel walked over to the gravestone Vera was at and smiled. "That is rather sweet." She moved onto the next set of stones and paused. "Some of these sayings seem so lacking... Look at this one."
"Brother and friend."
"That doesn't even begin to describe what this stallion might have meant to someone. I guess it's just a bittersweet kind of thing."

Vera looks at the one Aranel called her attention too, "Well sometimes what one wants to say it too personal or hard to put into words that they leave it simple. Plus some Mearh can't afford to put to many words on some graves." She smiled and patted the other mare's shoulder. "Your sweet though to think about it and feel for the dead." She smiled, "You are a very interesting mare."

Aranel turned to look at Vera fully. "You are an interesting mare as well. It makes me want to know more about you." Her statement was a serious one and stated plain and simple. "So what else catches you're interest miss Vera?"

Vera was a bit taken back by Aranel's declaration. Oh odd this mare was, "Well i am really into tattoos and body art. Though I don't have any personally. I thought about getting one someplace no one could see it. But then someone would have to see it to place it and I am sure my sister would kill me if she knew I got one." she said with a laugh, "Shall we head back to the theater? And we can talk more? I will try to answer everything you ask." She smiled, "Though what sort of things are you into?"

"That is a good idea..." The orange mare followed Vera once more back to the amphitheater and the seats they hand earlier. She sat down and tucked her braid behind her ear as she thought about her companion's question. "Well, I enjoy music quite a bit."

Vera nods, "Oh do you? Can you play anything or sing? Maybe you should try out for a part in the performance than. It would be nice to see a new face acting and wearing my costumes."

"No, no, no... I don't sing in public and I can't play an instrument. I just meant that I like to listen to music. It's very soothing."

Vera shrugs a bit and give a little frown. "Pitty. You would be very easy to make costumes for. You have a nice figure and I am sure you would stand out. But I can understand not wanting to sing in front of others. When I act I am often only extras or for practice."

Aranel smiled lightly. "Thank you for the compliment." She ran a hand through her hair and looked towards the stage. "Is acting something you want to do? If so why don't you audition?"

Vera shakes her head, "Oh no it is nothing I want to do. I don't like being the center of attention. I much prefer being in the background. So I like it just to help out. It gives me some time when I am not in the graveyard."

"That makes sense, for me it all just depends. When I was younger I loved to be the center of attention. Now I prefer the quieter moments in life... So is there anything else that you are interested in?"

Vera smiles at the other mare. "You make it feel like this is a first date. Well lets see. I like to read and make jewelry. I do enjoy piercings. What about you? Is there anything that you enjoy? What is your favorite thing to do?"

Aranel blinked and stared at Vera for a moment. "I'm sorry I didn't mean for it to sound that way. I'm just trying to get to know you... I enjoy taking walks like my mother but I like to take them in the marketplace."

Vera shakes her head, "No worries. I know sometimes it is best just to get the odd questions out first. Then you might find something in common. I do enjoy walking but I am not a huge fan of the market place. Though there are some amzing things sold there that is true."
