I should also mention a few things about the gods/goddesses of the world.
You *may* worship more than one deity. You do *not* have to deal with sacrifices, church or w/e. You do *not* receive powers from them unless you are an applicable class, such as Cleric or Druid. You *may* follow a deity that is not exclusive to your race.
For example, an human could follow an elven god because they better reflect their lifestyle, etc.
In regards to your situation, Kagetsukiko, the gods your character might likely follow would be: Erevan Ilesere: Elven god of mischief, change, rogues, changelings Oghma: human god of knowledge, invention, inspiration, bards. Shar: Goddess of dark, night, loss, forgetfulness, unrevealed secrets, caverns, dungeons, the Underdark.

My only regret is that I do not have the proper emote to express the sheer awesomeness of our characters xd .
Especially the awesomeness of the halfling knight rofl . I'm sorry, I can't get the image of him stabbing everyone in the shins out of my head xd .
As for deities. Hm, I might end up worshipping two. Never expected that. Shar would fit quite nicely with Myst's self. Yeah, Shar would be someone Myst would "worship" simply because she matches with her chosen lifestyle. Then, there's my original idea of having her worship the deity her father worships out of respect to her father, which I've chosen to be Solonor Thelandira: the elven god of hunting, archery, and survival in wild and harsh places. Erm, yeah, with that said. Tonas, could you please edit in Myst's deities as Solonor Thelandira and Shar 4laugh ?
