He nodded at her. He knew his sister would do good things, she might not have been the smartest, but she did have her ways. "Someday she'll come here, though. " He wasn't sure if it was true, but he had a feeling he hadn't seen the last of her. It was a nice feeling. He smiled and nodded at the ground.
"That sounds painful" He said almost with a painful look on his face. He didn't know if he wanted to be around that when he had cubs. Then again, he wasn't sure if it was just to a mother thing, or if they bit everything that was in reach... He was afraid to know the answer.
"Right... Pride duties." he said with a nod. He should probably do something productive too. He had almost forgot about that stuff. "I probably should... Do that stuff too. " He laughed. "Sometimes it's hard to get me to shut up." If she hadn't noticed anyways. Sometimes he didn't know how much he went off until he actually thought about it or someone told him to shut up. "It's just so nice meeting someone new!"

"When she does, I'd...like to meet her," she said after some hesitation. That was the nice, acceptable way to respond, right? And Dhiren was nice, so his sister was probably nice as well.
"It's okay, I'm not - I mean, I don't want you to shut up, or anything," Tek tried to assure him, but flinched internally. That sounded a little stupid, the way she said it. That happened sometimes when she didn't take the time to think enough before she said things, and it was frustrating. How did lions like Dhiren make talking seem so easy? "But I really should go. Maybe we can...talk again sometime?"

"She'd like meeting you. Her name is Nalani" He said excitingly. He would love for his sister to meet someone he met and perhaps even become friends with. It was really nice having friends, and he always was happy to introduce his friends to felines he knew. Maybe one day that would happen, and he really hoped it would.
He laughed. "I'm actually use to being told to shut up." He didn't even notice her flinch, then again he really didn't notice much when talking to others. Except the words that happened to come out of their mouth. Sometimes, it was even hard for him to know if they were being rude to him. Of course, he had in his mind that everyone was nice. At least, he always hoped everyone was nice.
"I would like that, you're really nice." He said with a nod. "Perhaps we'll see each other soon." He gave her a big grin and another nod to her. He didn't want to leave first, as it might seem like a rude thing to do right? He kinda stood there awkwardly for a moment or two... "Have a good night." He added, almost forgetting that part. He was always bad with good byes, didn't know when to stop, and didn't know what to say that wouldn't seem to sound like it was a forever thing.
