I am a Corporate Mindreader. This involves sitting in my office, having people come in and cry and tell me their troubles (literally), drawing on otherworldy resources, and then telling them what to do with the barest of information.

What this translates to, in the real world, is magazine publishing production. We're the department that gets the ads and the editorial and the photos and puts them all together in a pretty package for the printer, who is supposed to do what we tell them to. And sometimes they even do. Because we have to pull everything together, we are expected to know everything, and a lot of times, this is no small task. We have to work at optimal performance, pretty much all the time, or we miss deadlines, and that is very, very bad.

I like the publishing business, because you get to hold the product of your labor. I like having a tangible product. I've had other kinds of office jobs where essentially all you do is move papers from one stack to another, and that was boring and pointless.

My dream job is to work in 3D in the feature film industry, but that's a ways off, if I ever do get there. I'd have to start at the low end of the salary scale as a newbie, and I can't afford to now.

I think I have the ability and potential to do any of the above, I just have to stop being so damn lazy about school and actually do some work.

But whatever I do I want to do it someplace other then in Ireland, preferrabyl England. Yeah, I know they're like an hour plane journey away from each other, but it makes a great deal of difference.

I have a few career options in mind.

My ultimate dream is to become a novelist and write a bestseller. Maybe even the great American novel! But since my other dream is to move to England, I guess it couldn't be the great American novel...

Because my books probably won't earn me much of an income right away...
I'd either like to be an editor for a publishing company...Or a voice actor. xD The latter's the most likely to happen, since an editor requires a master's degree and a voice actor requires...Nothing. Maybe some acting experience, if that.

Currently I'm in school to become a paralegal. But.... I hate it.

SO! Next year, I'm going into architectural technology, in which I'm going to kick major a**.

In short, I'm going to be an architectural technologist.
