[ Npc ] :: Nowaki 'Su' Ton :: Bakuton User :: Chuunin :: In Mourning He anticipated something stupid from Flou. His words meant zilch to him, for it was his dead brother's sword that he was using against Nowaki. His wish well received, Nowaki spun his hands together into forming rapid character seals. He quickly shifted his weight and made an immediate step to the right just in time to see the faint sliver of the blade before hitting the ground. And naturally, he had already initiated the use of Shunshin. His body appeared meters above the explosion and the smoke fume that was created. The scary face effect fully gone, exposing his true face for what he was. While in mid air, he had also outstretched two of his palms, each with a mouth regurgitating pale blobs of clay. Their teeth had now cut the clay limb that connected it from his hands. Four slender white flying fishes dipped into the waters, swimming with it's lips open. Jumping up and back down like a dolphin, more or less causing a distraction. Although it's body was more or less visible in the murky dark waters, the scattering bodies of smaller insects were difficult to see as it had left the mouth of their carriers. And they were pondskaters. The tiny bodies that surfaced up gliding across the water, leaving ripples in their well traversed patterns. Right now, he just created a border as well as making it more difficult for his opponents to travel on ground.
Now that the flying fishes had done it's truer job, each headed toward Nowaki's opponents. Two of the fishes were leaping up at Mak from opposite directions, ready to explode upon contact. The other two rounded toward Setsuna and Flou in their seperate ways. Meanwhile, the watery areas were skimming around with explosive pond skaters. Though their bodies were small, their potent explosives would be capable to disturb balances. Enough to create small magnitudes if near the stepping stones around them. In mid air he landed over one flat stone around the waters. A position that made him vulnerable and yet so enticing to his advantage all the same.
"Then why do you possess his sword? Sick ********> At the moment his hands were creating more clay. He dispassionate expression suddenly darkening. "It now belongs to the Ton family, in memory of Kafu. Not to you, the man who last saw him alive. And in a cave, as you so wretchedly say." He was toying on the word 'cave', his believes carving that much deeper. Why take it into a cave? A place so secretive than the out turns where fights would not be fair. So here he was, Nowaki, upon his brother's vengeance.

Shunshin no Jutsu [ Body Flicker Technique ]

Pulling her hands close to her body so that she would not budge the surrounding leaves, several handsigns flew. Around Su, twenty kunai sized fiery eyes lit, bobbing up and down while floating around him in a wide shell, spaced out evenly for maximum effect. They would keep him warm by staving off the heavy snowfall and evaporating any that came near. Should Su move, Reira's fiery eyes would move along with him as she designates other areas.

As Nowaki appeared overhead, Flou gritted his teeth and whipped the sword to his side to holster it slightly on his side and looked up at him. Flou looked up to see the true face of his opponent and then slimmed his eyes and saw as he used what seemed to be hands at the center of his hands to devour clay then release it once more. When it hit the ground and began to swim, Flou glared at his opponent and then over to Mak as the fish jumped up at him. From the side, the clone that Flou summoned for the original plan jumped into the way of one of the fish to block it's path to Mak. Flou would not let any losses happen during this mission.
Flou looked over and was too distracted by trying to cordinate his clone to help Mak that he looked forwards to see a fish hop up and go to his side and explode. Flou once again was coated in smoke and Flou stumbled a bit within it and landed on a knee, as he knelt. Flou gritted his teeth and closed one eye that was a tad burnt by the explosion, the flash had damaged his sight, and the shoulder of his kimono was torn, and his arm was burnt at his shoulder and along its side. Flou stood back up and stepped forwards to Nowaki as he spoke, Flou exited his smoky hiding spot facing Nowaki. "Why did he take the sword in the first place! So much bloodshed could have been diverged you all just left Ruichi and his blades alone."
Flou strapped the sword back onto his holster on his back and then pulled out Rain, his own sword. "You aren't related to Kafu anyway, you both are nothing like him." Flou held his sword and tightened his grip on it, getting into a stronger stance "If you want a memory of Kafu why don't you try and kill me... and stop taking cheap shots huh?" Flou stood still and looked forwards and glared at Nowaki with a stare. "You and me... I know you'd enjoy it more than anything right now!" Flou dashed at Nowaki using the Eiseijutsu: Kuro Shunshin no Jutsu [ Medical Release: Dark Instant Movement Technique ] which as Flou appeared beside Nowaki, small cuts and bruises would appear on Nowaki's skin. Flou swung his sword horizontally in the move of Shita Seppun [ Tongue Kiss ] which made slash performs a single chakra enhanced snap-slash to open the target's defenses so Flou could then reach forward and try to grab Nowaki's hand and tug him forwards.

He watched the man they were facing spit globs of clay out of his mouth while fiery eyes of fire surrounded him. This had to be the work of his accomplice, for he was too busy forming the clay fish. That meant she was hiding...watching. The blue haired boy leapt into the air, leaving the two fish to their own devices as he flew into the sky. He pointed one of his swords at Nowaki and let loose one of his pent up chakra beams. It would fly at a high velocity at the man, followed shortly by a second beam three seconds later. This second beam would be shot as Mak landed on a cropping of rocks, out of the water and the reach of the fish. He had his gaze held steady on the enemy, and would direct his second shot to wherever it needed be.

Nowaki laughed to Flou almost seconds after his sister dearest had gave him the ambient ensemble of fire. The will of wisps, they called it! Regardless of whatever helpful purpose, it did keep him warm and alight on his toes. But by then, Flou had already eased in on him. The tongues over his palms lapped playfully around his palms as if those contorted mouths too, were curling their grins in delight of Flou's survival rate. And anyway, while the swordsman was as much of a talker as he was a liar, Nowaki had already used that time to conjure swift handseals.
His tendons twitched, his body more or less subtly cringing at the small abrasions that now appeared over his skin. Cheap shots? "Like you're the one to talk.." Even with Flou dashing forward with his other sword laying out to him, Nowaki had already been prepared. An array of snakes erupted from his sleeves as they hissed with coiling force toward Flou in almost every direction from up front and above with the intent to wrangle and to bite. Two others from his right sleeve had already dug into the earth, about ready to nail him from behind. The fact that his opponent wanted to bring him close would be Flou's own mistake to count since the close range would give his snakes more dexterity to snare Flou's arm. From the one sliver that fragmented the stillness of their one moment, Nowaki had already seen and anticipated what appeared to be an egotistically deadly looking rod of some sort coming their way. His gaze was smug. That attack array couldn't have been even better for him.
With the assistance of his snakes, and his battle burdened body, he traversed the direction of his momentum just in time to substitute his spot with Flou's. Perhaps the blue haired child would do better to think. After all, it would be his own offensive technique getting ready to endanger the man who had once saved him from the white exploding trouts.

As each one collided into him due to his movement, significant burns and dehydration all over his body would certainly cause enough of a chance to also allow for Su's techniques to work. With no need to worry about sustaining the jutsu--or Flou--any longer, Reira turned her attention to elsewhere. Making several handsigns under her coverings, a Reira darted out from the forest to the beach, then bounded over several rocks on her way to Mak's left side. Pulling out both of her obi strapped swords during the rush, she held them in front of her, crisscrossed for defense.

As Flou approached Nowaki, he was burnt by the small ember's flying around, jeez, just when Flou thought he was getting used to finding Genjutsu's, of course something like this would happen. As the tops of his kimono shoulder's burnt and his skin dehydrated in some spots, he only cringed and continued. But was taken into reality and the sound of hissing grew abrupt and loud. Flou, without hesitation saw the snakes and was ready somewhat. He readied a batch of ink in his mouth and slashed out, cutting two snakes and then fired out a cluster of the Piercing Blend at the snakes and Nowaki. But just as Flou saw the snake that had their bodies burrowed, it was to late as the two from behind wrapped around his waist and bit on his left shoulder, the same that was hit by the exploding trout. Flou resisted and was held though and was lifted and placed in the firing of Mak's beams. Flou's eyes widened and he couldn't escape. As one came at him, he reached his arms together and put his sword in his mouth to hold it. He then began hand sign's. The first beam came and hit Flou on the side of his ribs, he winced but continued and finished his signs. He transformed into a beam of lighting and shot out of the snake's grip and flew through the air, the second chakra beam missing Flou completely. The beam bounced off the shrine and Flou staggered and stumbled slightly as moving in a strand of lightning was nothing near slow. He took his sword from his mouth and then brought his other hand up to his shoulder to hold it.
He heaved heavily and took deep breath's, he'd taken a lot of damage. "Their strong... I need to grab one and dwindle them down..." He muttered to himself, looking over with a glance to see the girl finally appear Bingo! Flou put his sword in it's sheathe and then put his hands together in a stream of handsigns. a dim shadow folding over Flou then the entire area covered itself in thick mist. So thick you could not even see ten feet in front of you, and within it... Flou vanished.

Not only had the enemy negated his attack he had substituted the intended target with Flou instead. There was no time to dwell on it though, for the battle continued. He had no time to help his friend before he spotted the second target dash out from her coverings and towards himself. She came at him from his left side and as he did he made a single hand sign. Mak jumped backwards with his sword held above his head. In the split second that it took him to get into the air his gedok jeom underwent a drastic change. Chakra coated his surface, nearly doubling is effective reach while not causing it to weight a pound more. This was why he had jumped back, for while he was still sailing away the women was still inside his reach. With all his might he swung his blade down, intending to crush the women beneath the blow. Only the chakra enhancement would strike her, leaving his physical blade outside of her reach. The jump, form change and strike all happened within seconds, and regardless of is she dodged it or not the backwards momentum from the jump would continue to make him fly backwards for another two feet. Playing on Newton's Third, if the women blocked it the opposite reaction would only push him back further along. He hoped this would be enough, probably not, but he hoped.
