Danny had never actually USED her heal. She was used to getting beat up all over the place- damage didn't really have a place in her mind. Consequences even less. So when her hands sparked with the strange blue flames, she was sort of uncertain how this would all work.
She was about to let the flames wash over her own body when she noticed Roch healing himself too. Allan was beating him up just as much as her.
A frown crossed her face. This healing- she really needed it. She could feel the toll this was taking on her FEAR shield. They wouldn't have long after this.
Danny acted on impulse and put her hands on Roch's shoulders. She wasn't doing it right, so there wasn't actually any effect, but Roch would still feel the rosy warmth the flames provided.
"You gotta find Amphi."

Oh, that smarts. Hel scowled as the effect not only backfired on her, but she took a heavy hit as well. Jack, this clown did not mess around. Jack damn. The ghoul hissed as she leapt backwards and stumbled, rubbing the new facial hair wildly. Maybe she had a razor in her apron… But not the concern at the moment. Seeing Calder use his FEAR, Hel decided to put hers to the test as well, and muttered something under hear breath as her spear glowed with a purple aura. She then pulled her weapon back and took a swing at the Sun Lead. OOC Hel is targeting Allan! Tybalt had to admit, the attacks from that hunter were incredibly strong. He couldn't imagine what it would be like facing the man one on one. Nor did he wish to even try. But that posed a problem. If these attacks kept up, there was no way they were going to be able to get past them. Worse yet, there was two of them here.
"Get out of the way!" He howled at the hunters, lashing out with several bolts of blue lightning--all of which were flung directly at the hunter armed with handguns.
The attack, as usual had a cost. But as Tybalt grew, the more he found he had control over his attacks. In fact, it barely even touched him this time.OOC  Tybalt is targeting Simon!

Except for the pale compression of lips, Simon appeared to be taking the assault in stride, handing his leader a handkerchief and some pineapple gummi candies when he seemed to be wearing. He took his time lining up each of shots with unerring precision, unrelenting, unfaltering. ...until blue lightning shot out, destroying the careful, moderate pace. The assistant's attacks stuttered and then bullets rapidly fired off one after the other. OOC: HP STATS Simon's HP: 52/80 Point tally: Subtract 5 points (each player) for this boss Special effect: Every time you attack Simon, a spray of bullets will hit you for -5 auto damage Simon will NOT move until you have him under 30/80 HP OR three turns has passed from this boss. Two hunters had stood in their way, and Alex had paced restlessly back and forth, eyes hungry for revenge. They had taken his bonded from him. They might have and probably had done horrible things to him. This was not a crime to go unpunished, but at the same time he waited. The others were attacking, using their fear, relentless, and he waited for the moment when his time would come. There, the other hunter with the -shudder- guns. Alexander remembered him. He'd gotten bullet holes through his shirt as a reminder of the last time he'd encountered this particular enemy. With a growl of rage, he lunged towards him, ignoring the spray of bullets that riddled his body, grasping for the hunter, winding a fist back and throwing it forward to try and sock him right in his stupid face. [TECHNICALLY ENTERING] In his head, he would charge in on Calder's back, mightily crushing all of the humans under his hearty fists and whisk Amrita up to Gallop off into the distance. Unfortunately, he forgot to calculate how tricky it was to ride a Kelpie. It was all he could do to hold on while blindly swinging a fist about. Adrenaline pulsed through her body as the feline took her first steps into the disgusting place they called an infirmary. A permanent scowl was glued to Riyo's face just from taking in the very sight of this physical embodiment of Hell. Somewhere in this place, Mitsu was being held captive. Somewhere in this place they were treating her like s**t and somewhere in this place she would find them and feed these hunters their own weapons.
It wasn't just a fear for her lupine friend Riyo felt, though. It happened not long after they effortlessly pushed through the barrier. A fear for her own safety welled up in the ghoul's stomach. She had handled a couple of her fears already, but this one... This was in a completely different ballpark. Standing on this human ground, there was a very real chance she could be captured. That weaponization was a possibility while in the land where hunters had the home town advantage.
The click clack of Riyo's boots froze as she saw her friends throwing themselves against a powerful opponent. It was now or never. She could just as easily go back to where they had started, but...
She was a lot of dispicable things, but the ghoul refused to be labeled as a coward.

Another burst of sound - the voices of a thousand holy angels coming from somewhere vaguely around the Sun lead's pocket. Allan tightened his grip on his sword and furrowed his eyebrows, the wind dramatically billowing his beard. "Well, time to get serious."
This was never, ever a good thing to hear from the Sun Lead. This was the exact phrase that sent all Hunters running the other direction, and while most of them loved and respected the Sun lead a lot more than the other leads, it was important to remember that while in battle - it was best to keep at least twenty arms length away from Allan - or maybe just try to avoid being spotted entirely, even as an ally.
Said Sun lead began swinging his sword in a helicopter-like motion which really wasn't that bad. "I understand your passion, your kokoro must burn strong, but one day perhaps you will wake up and see that we are fighting on the same side! Even if you have nakama, can you live with yourself as you do. I use this attack out of pity, so that you remember who you truly are!" "

- The ground literally crumbled beneath them into a bowl-like crater, pipes hissing and groaning as they popped, with very little resistance, gas and several questionable liquids entering the air around them.
Still not that bad, other than the weird rash some students were developing from the strange steam. And then, through the hissing, the popping and groaning of more pipes exploding, there was another voice, one entirely different than the sun division lead or anyone else assembled around the Infirmary front door.

Fighting on the same side? What the hell did that even mean? There was no way they were on the same side. Shun didn't get much time to think about it as he was sent flying elsewhere from the massive explosion.

Danny tried to reach out and grab for Roch as the explosion sent them hurtling, but she was too late, her timing was off.
Now was one of those times she desperately wished her useless little black wings could work. C'est la vi.

Christof was glad, he pondered as he flew through the air, that Calder had unstuck his sticky skin when the explosion came.
If he did manage to find Amrita, he very much would have wanted his legs intact.
Even so, he concentrated on his landing.
