- Shikai is approved, though do note that if someone is of a higher mastery level of Shunpo/Sonido/Hirenkyaku/Bringer Light then you, you will not be faster than them.
- Your Bankai ability, make it hard for them to move, not impossible like it looks like it currently is. Also, people with greater reiryoku then you won't be as effected by it. May I suggest something like this?
-- 2+ levels below = completely immobile
--1 Level below = very hard to move
-- same level = speed is reduced, making it impossible for them to shunpo[unless their shunpo is greater than your reiryoku]
-- 1 level above = Speed is lowered and they can tell it, but it isn't completely dehabilitating
-- 2+ levels above = It does nothing to them.

Personality:
Virgo Angelus is a very passionate person in the terms that he never does anything half-hearted. He puts all his soul into his goals and uses everything to his disposal to achieve success. One can find his passion burning it's brightest when in battle as his spirit flows with every blow, especially when he is fighting for something he believes in, mainly the protection of his comrades. It is because of this trait that he is nicknamed 'The Angelic Guardian'. However passionate he is though, Virgo does not always display emotion. He is described to be Emotionally Numb as his expression hardly ever falters from blank and/or uninterested. There are times however when he is seen to smile and show some form of emotion like anger, fear, jealousy, etc. This however is very rare and can only be brought about by certain conditions. Along with Virgo's emotional numbness is his famous 'Zoned Out' look where it seems he is endlessly looking into space. Virgo is also known for tuning out the world and ignoring others, mainly orders from others besides his Captain and even then he may not always listen.
During Combat Virgo will not show mercy. Once he enters a fight he aims for victory no matter the opponent. Even if he has no chance of winning, Virgo will not falter. Virgo runs on a mental state of 'A Warriors Way' which foretells that a warrior must always fight to the death to claim victory by all means. A note being, that to the death, does not always result in death. There are times when Virgo will hold back do to having to. But that credo, a way of life, is what he lives by. Virgo has been shown to have a bitter weak spot for Children and Animals and at no time bids them harm and will actually go out of his way to defend them from harm even by sacrificing his body. Virgo adores small and cute animals. When in battle with Virgo it is not just his ruthless savvy ways one needs to look out for but also his Tactical mind. Virgo is very cunning and has a great battle sense. A usual trait for those of the Eleventh Division. He enjoys confusing and surprising his opponents with sneak attacks and traps.
Virgo does have a Bull-Headed streak to him. He does not go against own creeds. This makes him often a very stubborn person, in short a hard person to deal with. This again goes along with emotion detachment. Another thing about Virgo is that he barely ever speaks. There are only a few alive who have ever heard him speak. Generally Virgo communicates with a series of Shrugs, Nudges, Head Shakes, Eye Movements, and in all he speaks in Body Language. Or he may just write a note. When he does speak however his voice is known to be very soft and light and on times seductive.

Aedan, a Child of the Streets, was forced to run for his life. A Thief, the Child ran far trying to get away from his chasers. However fast her ran though it would not have been enough. Without looking both way Aedan ran out into the streets into oncoming traffic. In a Flash Aedan was struck down by a Car, his small body flying from the force. With a cruel bash Aedan's body broken and skull cracked, he died. But his Spirit could not cross over, he was stuck as a Plus. The reason for his unrest, he couldn't remember his name. Who was he? It seemed the Child had gotten Amnesia, even in death, from the severity of the crash. But even without his memory, the poor Child was still forced to run and hide. Hollows, many Hollows kept coming after him. After 2 months of this pattern, the Child would be saved. A Woman, a very pretty one, appeared vanquishing the evil Hollow, looking to the Child she swore to end his suffering, cleansing the Child she sent him to Soul Society, but still his Memory would not return, rather it would remain faded.
Appearing in Soul Societies 80th District of North Rukongai, the Child was once more placed in a position where he was forced to always run and hide. However he was not alone. It seemed that at the same time he arrived a young girl his age arrived. The two met and quickly became friends, living running and hiding together. This girl was named Virgo. In their time together, the Boy got to hear her story as well as he his. Hearing the boy had no name the girl decided she would name him. In the end she decided on a male version of the name Angel and as such he was named Angelus by the girl. Growing up was quiet rough, as they were forced into the Slums of Rukongai, where they needed to steal to survive. However the tales of Hero's who had rose from the Rukongai and joined the Gotei 13 had reached them, this gave the two a drive. They two would become Shinigami of the Gotei 13 and get away from the Hell and Darkness they lived in. In secret the two trained together in Swords play using Sticks.
Feeling the Promise, the two thought they were ready to take on Serietei, however their hopes would not go as planned. Before the pair could get out of the Rukongai, they were ambushed by Killers and Thieves from lower Levels of Rukongai. The two did their best to defend themselves but were unable to, they were not ready they were weak. Virgo, the girl, was slane while Angelus was injured and on his way to death. But he did not. Pushing through his own pain, Angelus cried over his dead friend, in time burying her body and for weeks over he remained by her grave, his tears gradually drying. It was then that Angelus decided, he would get revenge. So alone he trained harder, developed his own Battle Styles, his strength was his speed and as such would use it to his advantage. With a heart full of anger he attacked, with just a plain old stick, Angelus killed all those who had destroyed his dream and most of all brought about chaos to his world. But it wasn't enough, he needed to release his anger more, he needed someone stronger.. He needed to kill more.
On a war path, Angelus ran to Serietei and in blind furry Challenged them. At first there was no response, and as such Angelus made a whole lot of noise. Unable to ignore him Seriertei had no choice but to deal with the nuisance on their door step. Feeling it wasn't to important, Low Level Shinigami were sent, however none would return. Feeling the situation was calling for a more personal touch, a Higher Ranked Official was called. Angelus challenged this Official and proved himself an advisory even without a Zanpakuto. This news reached the 11th Division which caught interest. As such someone from the 11th Division approached Angelus and offered him a deal, to join the 11th Division where he could gain more power. Thinking it over Angelus agreed. It was after all his and Virgo's original goal. When asked his name, Angelus simply shrugged and decided, "Virgo Angelus." and as such it remained. In his time as a low ranked member of the 11th Division, Virgo had achieved a Zanpakuto, and as such his power only increased along with his rank. It didn't take Virgo long, but in a short time he made it to Lieutenant of the 11th Division.

Shikai Name: Oni Taiji ( 鬼退治 Demon Slaying )
Shikai Incantation: "Vanquish All, Satsugai-Sha!"
Shikai Description: [ Appearance. ]
Once released into it's first Stage, Shikai, Satsugai-Sha form into a Scythe shaped Weapon. The Chine of the Scythe forms a 7-part Segmented Blade. Each Segment a different size, the Toe the Smallest while the Heel is the Largest. The Segments are able to split apart and extend to a length of 13 Meters, being effective as a Whip type Weapon. The Segments of his Scythe have the Appearance of Spinal Coloum, only with a Single Blade Protrusion on the Top. The Segments are actually held together with Virgo's Reiatsu, and as such when the Segments are broken Virgo can easily and quickly repair them. Just as the Segments can extend they can also be used as Projectiles, Virgo able to Break off the Segments and use his Reiatsu to control them in flight. When the Segments of Virgo's Scythe detach, what remains is a Lance like weapon, as which a blade protrudes from the head of his Scythe's staff and/or body. Virgo can then wield it while at the same time controlling the detached segments.
Shikai Ability:
Surasshu no Kōtō ( スラッシュの高騰 Soaring Slash )
Getting Air, Virgo spins his body, the Chine of his Zanpakuto splitting up to it's maximum length. As Virgo Spins, so does his Zanpakuto. The effect creates a Rapid Spinning Ball. Anything around or Below Virgo would be slashed to bits ( A Person would sustain a lot of Deep Cuts ).
Surasshu Bōseki ( スラッシュ紡績 Spinning Slash )
Extending the length of his Blade to it's fullest, or even just Half, Virgo will then Spin once or multiple times, the Blade in it's extended form following suit. Anything caught within range will be Slashed.
Kaosu Kakusan ( カオス拡散 Spreading Chaos )
The 7-Segments of Virgo's Blade break apart, each Segment Flying off in a different Direction but ultimately surrounding Virgo's body, the Segments spinning rapidly. The Segments are then controlled mentally by Virgo striking with Speed towards whatever target he chooses. Once contact is made the Segments return and reshape.
Funka ( 噴火 Eruption )
By Stabbing the full length of his Blade into the Earth/Ground, the Segments will split apart underground, while underground the Segments will Vibrate at a Rapid Rate, this in tern causes the Earth/Ground to become soft and then unstable quickly breaking apart underneath the surrounding area. Once the Earth/Ground Breaks the Segments will detach from each other and Fly out from under the Earth slashing at a target while they are off balance. The Segments then return to Virgo forming as one.

Once released into it second Stage, Bankai, Satsugai-Sha's Scythe form will Change. The Chine of Virgo's Scythe, no longer has it's Segmented Property, in fact become just a Normal Blade. The Top half of the Snath, again takes on a Spinal Coloum Appearance, only this time with small none blade protrusions. When activated, these Coloums will actually release Virgo's Reiatsu in a Powerful wave. Anyone who gets close will feel a pressure, this pressure makes the user have a sense of heaviness. However those with very High Spiritual Powers will feel little to no effect. Anything Virgo Slashes with his Scythe will suffer internal damage rather then external. In short it does not cut the body but rather releases small bits of shrapnel into the blood stream. Over time the shrapnel will reach vital organs and nerves causing Damage. These bits of shrapnel can be destroyed by heavy bursts of Reiatsu. All Damaged areas of the body can only be repaired by Healing Kido's, they will not repair over time.
Bankai Ability:
Teashi o Setsudan ( 手足を切断 Cutting the Limb )
By slashing at a Targets Limb ( Arm Leg or Neck ) small particles of shrapnel is released into the Targets bloodstream. After [ 2 ] Posts the Targets Limb's Nerves will be damaged, in which that Limb will become unusable.

I figure as a Member of the 11th Division, I'd keep to it and not have any Kido. Though if I feel like it I can train for them. I'm not a picky person *Coughs*
