References/examples: I've run various shops in the past with my friend, far too long ago for me to easily find.
Reversed I have the most experience here. It's kind of slow moving due to the only available artists having life kick their a**, but I've been trying my best to keep the RP going in it.
My duties there are RP manager. I run events and metas. I organize the guild. Update information. Try to find the status of unfinished projects. Be a familiar face in the shop so people are more comfortable with me. Deal with problems when they arise. Generally try to make things easier since the previous owner left it a bit messy.
I don't really have many examples since I'm unable to color and mostly stalking animal shops leaves me few opportunities to be a manager or helper. I have run a battle for a
LaLuna meta once.

Comments? I'm about two and a half hours ahead of CST, I think. When I do events I usually use EST, but I can do either since I'm a bit of a nightowl, even when I have an early rising. I work, usually during the morning/day. Other than that I normally don't leave the house so the only thing keeping me offline is when I want to play the PS3 which sits roughly 10 feet from the laptop(big room). Normally I go back and forth unless I'm truly tired and don't want to deal with people.
