A Miracle BabyOwner Entering: Kamiki Parent 1: Sequoyah UncertParent 2: Xandir UncertLink to at least one RP that indicates them as a couple: hereLink to approval post of the owner of the other parent: n/a- I own both What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? Xandir leaves a little trinket - a lock of Sequoyah and his manes, braided together, tied with cord at the end and adorned with one of his feathers, a few shiny beads, and the iridescent scale of a kirin. Short IC Response: Xandir stepped along the beach, savoring the feel of the soft sand beneath his hooves. He looked over the ocean and basked for a few moments in its tranquility, his eyes lingering over the beautiful tropical rainbow that stretched over the sky. He pawed the sand for a moment has he contemplated his words before he spoke. "I know its probably stupid to keep trying," he said, frowning. "The first time I made a wish, I figured it couldn't hurt anything, right? Well, it did...it did hurt that my wish didn't come true." He shook his head. No, this wasn't going well, he didn't want to sound angry, "But I guess what I'm saying, is I'm going to keep trying. I'm gonna keep wishing and wishing and wishing, as hard as I can, until you guys get tired of hearing from me," he said with a lop-sided smirk. "Sequoyah and Amitorlin, they haven't worked yet, yannow? But its only a matter of time until it does and I'm sitting thinking that maybe...just maybe if a little one comes along that his... like, really his maybe he will... I dunno. Stop." He pawed the ground again, looking down at the sand. "I know that sounds selfish, but he wants a child of his own. We've adopted several foals, but I can see the stallion inside him burning - that primal drive for him to carry on his line well after we're gone. That's the only reason he'd interested in her. So you know, just maybe if a little one came along - a gift from you - that was really... a part of him - that part of him I can't give him - he'd be happy?"
Xandir looked back up the rainbow - as if he was hoping for some kind of sign or reply. He gave a sigh and pulled out the little trinket he made and stepped into the ocean, deep enough that he could feel the waves lapping at his knees. He dropped the little treasure into the water and closed his eyes, wishing quietly to himself until he saw the rainbow fade away.Would you like for it to be tikified?: N (well, I'd be perfectly happy/excited with items, but I prefer the colors/markings be left more in line with the parents <3 )

 Uncert Parent 2: Monoceros
Uncert Link to Breeding Permission: here-Im waiting to hear if one of them wants a chance at a basket from this. I will edit once I get a response. Lifemates: Yes What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? A glowing star representing the heavens and the father for the stars that dance in the night sky and praise their moon and shower her with their glowing love. And also flower and a string of beads that give off a warm loving glow representing the moon, returning the love of the stars. Lastly she leaves a bright seemingly glowing rainbow shell, many colors swirling together, this holds the star, flower, and bead almost seeing to cause a glow of rainbow like an aurora in the night sky that wraps around the moon and her star showing the world what love they have for each other. <3(sappy I know but i dont care lol) Short IC Response: Tell me a little about your couple. What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing rainbow when he or she comes to ask for a basket? Both parents can offering something or just one up to the entrantsWe met on a dark starry night, the moons whispers lead me to him and the start light lead him to me. I had traveled and made dear friends, but my heart yearned for more. I was happy, but I found something was missing and then I was lead to Ceros, his glow matching my own. A kind heart and soul, but we both were searching for something and seem to have found it in each other. Our love is one befitting the sky, as the stars compliment the moon we compliment each other and our love has grown brighter with each passing night. Our hearts are whole with each other and we now wish to share our love with the world, bring forth new light, a rainbow of life. We wish for the gift of a child to teach the ways of the night the was of love. We wish to share with them our love and rear them to find their own light and love to teach others as well. We wish for a child of our own, a family...a true family. Then we shall both truly be complete. This we humbly ask of you. Would you like for it to be tikified?: Yes, whatever you think fits, markings, rainbow-fied lol....whatever your imagination gives you ^_^
-note: they are both mutants with Nokomis's wings and being of 3 breeds and Ceros with his mane of clouds. I understand a child may not have any mutation edits though it would be loved, but I understand it may not happen, is a slim chance.

My Long Lost Family MemberSoquili in search of a relative: Relation: Brother Race (first choice): Hippogryph Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): Wind What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A small beechwood tiki idol. Short IC Response: Kateri eyed the rainbow for a moment, wondering if this whole ordeal was a foolish one or if there was some truth behind the magic. She'd always been skeptical of such magic as allowing her heart to even hope for a second, seemed to always crush her over and over again. She'd lost her brother when they were both very young. Their family had been in the mountains during the summer to reach cooler temperatures, and she and her brother would always climb and explore. It had rained, and he'd slipped into the waterfall. Kateri pushed back the memory. She knew he was still very much alive. She could feel it. 'I will find you one day. We left too soon, before we could truly look for you, but I know you're out there and you're strong. I will find you. I swear it, brother.' She gently placed the idol she'd found at the base of the rainbow, watching it shimmer. She wanted to believe. "If you're really magical, please help me. I don't ask for you to magically poof him here, but I ask you show me the way to find him..." A single tear slipped from her eye as she nudged the idol toward the rainbow. "This is all I have to offer. Thank you." She turned away, feeling hope settle in her heart. She kept her head held high as she trotted away. She'd continue her search, just as she always did. Would you like for it to be tikified?: Yes of course

My Long Lost Family Member Soquili in search of a relative: Midori Relation: Mother Race (first choice): Half-Kirin Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): Wind What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? The basket of her first born child, Phaedra, which has been her prized possession for many years. Short IC Response: Midori looked up toward the rainbow longingly before nudging the basket forward, its paint old and cracking. She had offered to the wishing star a few times before, but in vain. Finally, she broke down and brought what she'd seen as the most valuable thing she held onto. Other baskets were cleaned and repainted to reflect other newborns, but this one was special. It was little Phaedra's, the first glint of hope in Midori's life. It was empty, and she hoped that the rainbow would understand. "Oh, rainbow," she began, "It's been so many years since I've been home... I've had children, and they've had children, and now even their children are having children. And my poor mum, she's missed it all. I've gone back to where she once was, but I couldn't find her. I miss her, is all. I thought she would be here for all of this, but she's just... Not." A frown swept across the mare's face, something she almost never did. "Everybody else has their mom when they need her, but where's mine?" She waited for a moment before nudging the basket forward a little more, then headed back home to tend to her family.Would you like for it to be tikified?: Sure! Nothing waaaay extreme, though, please.

An Extra Gift(s)Owners Entering: LOLTERNATIVE x Vanya & LOLTERNATIVE x Astraeus Parent 1: UncertParent 2: UncertLink to Breeding Permission: N/A own both. Lifemates: Nope~ What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? Vanya leaves one of her feathers and Astraeus (unknowingly) leaves one of his star charms. c: Short IC Response: Vanya's eyes sparkled as she looked up at the rainbow, amazed at the colours. Instantly her mind went to her youngest daughter, Vanmoriel. Most likely she was already painting the rainbow. All her daughters were off doing their own thing and while Vanya was happy about it, she was a little lonely. Raising children gave her a purpose beyond looking pretty. "Perhaps it is time to have children once more.." In her mind she went over the men she had collected. All beautiful, all hers. She admired them, that was certain. But after Taarab, she wanted something more than looks. She wanted a connection. Her newest addition was proving to be interesting. He was brilliant, really, and she enjoyed listening to him explain things to her. The way his eyes sparkled when he pointed out constellations. "Perhaps, the magic of a rainbow will help.. It would be nice to raise a child again.."----- Astraeus peeked behind Vanya, having come to ask if she wanted to go to the Artisan's Guild together. He heard her speak and felt his insides turn. So she was planning to have a child? He wondered with who and was surprised to find himself a little jealous of the unknown stallion. Eying the rainbow, he pushed his logical side away and wishes as hard as he could for Vanya to notice him beyond a member of her harem. For Vanya to choose him. As soon as the thought left his mind, his logical mind took over once more and he began to feel silly. Shaking his head, he turned and made his way to the Artisan's Guild. ----- Vanya heard someone leave and turned in time to see a blue tail leave around the corner. On the ground, something sparkled and she moved forward to find a golden star. Smiling softly, she gingerly traced it with her claws. Placing it where she once stood, she left a feather of her own. "Some more colours for you."---- Would you like for it to be tikified?: Yes~ I love the idea of brighter / tropical colours and flowers and what not. o vo

A True FriendWho is Wishing?: Familiar- DeltaTell the wishing star a little about yourself: (IC) "Hello up there Wishing Star/Rainbow. I have been on my own for quite a few years now. At first being alone did not both me. I could come and go as I pleased and did not have to worry about anyone or have to check in with anyone. I enjoyed my freedom. But lately, I am starting to feel the isolation. I watch the other familiars interact with their Soquili and I feel a sort of longing. The more I watch them, the more I realize that I do not have to give up my freedom in return for friendship. So please great Wishing Star/Rainbow, please help me find a Soquili I can call my friend." 10 Things I Like: steampunk, masks, tribal markings, dragons, magic, star gazing, red, black, white, blue 10 Things I Don’t Like: clashing colors, dull browns, too many bright colors that hurt my eyes, What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? My Long Lost Family Member Soquili in search of a relative: Petrushka [UNCERT MASKED] [UNCERT UNMASKED] Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): Sister. Race (first choice): Pure Kirin. Race (2nd choice, must be mini, common or uncommon): Pure Unicorn -OR- Unicorn/alt!Kelpie lines mix. What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A small pile of purple gems like those she wears, various skulls and bones of small animals, torn pieces of blood-stained colorful fabric, feathers, and herbs. Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing rainbow when he or she comes to ask to find their relative? Petrushka had always been someone who needed to be led -- she needed someone who she could rely on to help her function, to guide her. She used to have that with her Master -- she only knew him as that name, a two-legger from the caravan of storytellers who had passed by through these lands. She never knew what it was like to live on her own, to support and take care of herself. No one had ever taught her, leading her to develop dependency on others in order to survive. It was the only way to make sure she would never try to run away, after all. But now her Master was gone -- killed -- and Petrushka found herself alone and lost. Her Master had traded away her sister long ago, when they had both still been foals, and for the first time in a long time she wondered where she was or if she was alive (and sometimes, when she had that thought, she wasn't really sure she was thinking of her sister or of herself). Petrushka nosed the pile of offerings at her hooves before looking up at the rainbow stretched out across the sky. Maybe she could depend on it; maybe it would lead her to where she needed to be. "You will take me to my sister, yes? Maybe lead her to me? I need her, maybe she needs me, too," she said, nodding to herself. Yes, maybe her sister could use her. She could help, she could be useful -- gather materials for spells and rituals. She was good at that. She could kill things, too. Sometimes skulls and bones and blood needed to be fresh. Sometimes her Master wanted to eat meat. Yes, surely her sister needed her, too, and the bright colors in the sky would lead them to each other at long last.Would you like for it to be tikified?: Yes! Especially evil/twisted themed tiki!

An Extra Gift(s)Owners Entering: Sadiki (Huroggmeten) x Kazan (Apotropaics) Entry is for us both. heart Parent 1: UncertParent 2: UncertLink to Breeding Permission: http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=11630811&page=62 (Second and third posts on page 62)Lifemates: Yes What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? A braid of hair, locks from both stallion and mare entwined- symbolic of their eternal devotion and tender relationship (two halves of the same whole, separate entities united by the love of souls.) ~ The delicate fingers of Sanuye, Huroggmeten's Indian Persona, wove this offering upon bequest by the stallion Kazan. He approached her one day not with his lifemate, but with locks of hair, and she braided them together calmly while pondering the meaning of eternity. The idea came to Kazan one morning when he awoke to peer back at his mate's unbraided tail, coiling around his in a manner reminiscent of the braid that tangled preciously from her mane. It was the morning they discovered their eldest daughter's pregnancy. The thought remained with him, one he shared with his beloved, and they determined that this was to be their offering. Short IC Response: Tell me a little about your couple. What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing rainbow when he or she comes to ask for a basket? Both parents can offering something or just one up to the entrantsThey make the offering together. Kazan gazed up at the wishing rainbow, his heart's desire thrumming through his veins as cherished memories of his beloved flickered through his mind. They had been through so much together, core aspects of each other's growth and development. Without one, the other would be lost. Without love's truest form, neither could stand to exist. Such things he knew to be true for them both, from the hushed conversations on winter's longest nights.
They had seen the horrors of the world, and found solace in each other's company. They had seen cold hatred and violence from the purest of races, and sought refuge in the feel of each other's warmth. They had brought new live into this world, and those children had begun to raise children of their own... They had helped his brother recover from the heart-wrenching agony that had consumed him after being abandoned by the mare he thought he love, and had raised the children of that ill-fated union as their own. Generations had come and gone, and still their love endured. Tested by the trials of life's angst, love had persevered and never wavered in the face of adversity.
They had done everything together, a union of trust and adoration. There were no secrets between them.
At Kazan's side, as was her place since he had rescued her from the depths of her despair amidst the ocean's salted waves, Sadiki nuzzled her mate fondly. She smiled as he looked down at her, and their twin gazes moved as one to rest once more upon the rainbow of heart's wishes and truest desires.
It had been some time since new life had begun in her womb... was she too old for such things now? Were her bones too frail, the trials of bringing three lives into this world too great for her gentle form to bare? They had discussed having more children before, but there were so many lives already in need of tender care and affection... they had been blessed with three lovely children. Would the spirits see fit to bring the joys of young foals into their lives again?
"We wish, kind spirits..." she murmured, her voice clear despite its hushed tones... "...for another life to come into this world, union of our blood and spirit." His voice was strong, and their words blended as they made their final statement."... in this, the winter of our lives. Thank you for your time and consideration." They turned as one, sharing hopeful glances as they moved with careful steps towards home. Would you like for it to be tikified?: Y - this lovingly Lifemated pair would adore the chance to embrace the festive nature of this event.

Short IC Response: This couple is a fling, filled with bad-assery and un-traditional family values. It's pretty self-explanatory that the foals would be accidents, but Cannoli would raise them with love, affection and a little bit of rock n' roll. A deep breathe, and then another long gallop. Hooves stomped rebelliously to the beat of her own thoughts. Cannoli lost herself momentarily in her own mind. The sounds of nature over-took and shook her to the core. All in an instant, she froze. Looking up, she admired the colors of the rainbow. "Radical..." She turned over her shoulder to bring her friend to see the colored sky above, she hoped this would be exactly what she needed to crack the ice. Or at least, get him to crack a smile. Would you like for it to be tikified?: Omgosh, yes. Punk-rock tiki madness!

I was born to a herd of Soquili and their familiars, who once had an opposing gathering of Skin Walkers and evil alike. The tie around her neck. Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing rainbow when he or she comes to ask to find their relative? After falling down the rabbit hole to heartland, Dice never saw her family again even after escaping back to the Kawani she still has no idea where they're or if they're alive and well. She had been alone to deal with her troubles and has wished many times that she didn't have to do it alone, that she could have someone to share the joys and the bad times in her life with away from those who were involved in them. As she stares up at the colourful rainbow, her offering at her feet she closes her eyes and takes a deep breath in, hoping that her words would be heard. "I'm not sure if this will work but I have come to give it a try. This beautiful neck ribbon that I offer to you was the closest thing I had to still being apart of my long lost family, it has been with me through my journey, the good and the bad and now I am giving it's value to you in hope that I may see one of them again." She pauses. "My wish is that my family would find me again, if only one of them that would make me happy, just to know they're alive and well. To be able to catch up and make up for the many years we have lost together. So please, please bring them back to me..." An Extra Gift(s) Owners Entering: (Strait Jacket Girl x Angelique) x (Strait Jacket Girl x Jentzerlok) Basket owner(s?): Strait Jacket Girl Parent 1: Uncert Parent 2: Uncert Link to Breeding Permission: N/A Lifemates: Yes What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? Angelique leaves a blood red rose that smells beautiful a gift of love once given to her and a lock of her mane with a beaded feather, and Jentzerlok leaves an odd trinket that resembles a broken Tiki Mask and a shark tooth from his necklace from his homeland. Short IC Response: One of a kind love Jent is a wandering soul looking, He's gruff and is rough around the edges but Angelique she's past those things to the heart that lay within. As a result he's become fond of the small mare. (They will both be responding one more than the other >.>) Today was the day. Angelique wanted to start small. So many doubts clouded her mind when it came to raising a child with her troll but she knew she wanted to. She wanted a child more than anything. She knew deep down that the nomadic troll who'd swept her heart away would always mean well but he was always moving around. Would he make a good father if he continued to move? Would he settle down with her so they could raise the child. They were mates but she'd never been able to figure out if children would be right for them. Her choice had been simple though. She'd heard of the Wishing Rainbow and decided it would be the answer. She would ask for a basket for them. If her wish was granted she'd know they were meant to raise children no matter if he settled down or if they traveled with the children. She'd stay at his side through it all. A basket bred of love. She'd decided to give up the precious rose that a friend had given her at one time before she'd finally found her troll for good. It was a kind friendship that had developed into a close and loving friendship. And so she hoped for a child that would know such things. She was there at the wishing rainbow. She dipped her head and gently set the rose that had been once tangled in her mane before the rainbow, the thorny stem was wrapped in a lock of her mane that was tipped with a beaded feather. "Please, Show me an answer." She brimmed with excitement having made her small offering. Jentzerlok eyed the wishing rainbow with caution as his lil mare approached it. Dis was a god ya didnah mess wit da gods. But she had dun been askin' fah a chance. He didnah like dis in da least. He been wishin' he couldah tole er nah but he couldnah tole er nah. He'd foun' love in dis odd lan'. He walked carefully after his mare, he had been understandin she was afraid bah could be doin nothin tah calm dem because she wouldnah tell 'em. He lowered the broken tiki mask he'd found and it caught on his necklace tearing a tooth from it's holding. "Pleaz be gievn 'er wah she be askin fah"Would you like for it to be tikified?: Yes <3
