Araima looked down. "No. At least...," she faltered, "not yet. I want you to stay as long as possible." she said, with a sad smile. She would like for him to stay however long he wished, but she didn't want to keep him here. Afterall, he must have a family, right? That was also the reason that she didn't want anyone else to see him. They might force him to stay against his will.
"Come sit with me," she said, forcing the smile back on her face. "We've alot to catch up on. What was exploring like?"

"Then that is what I will do. I want to stay as long as I can this time." Gale notice the small bit of sadness fall on her lips. He would hope his words gave her a bit of comfort.
He held her hand tighter and began to walk over to the tree, helping her down first before sitting next her.
"Exploring? It's great, you get to see the places the most people can only dream of going." He answered, he gazed upon the leaves being carried by the wind.

Araima smiled as see tried to imagine. She wondered what it was like where he lived. Just as humans weren't allow here, they were not often let out. She had not even traveled far from her own home.
"I think I'd like to see more of the world. I still live close by here, though out with my parents anymore. I even took the house close to here and have taken over for my mother as caretaker of this place. I guess now that I am, I won't be leaving anytime soon." she said with a thoughtful smile. She wasn't one to complain. She loved this place after all.
"Oh!" she exclaimed, remember the gift she'd prepared for him several years ago. "I have something for you."

"This place is very beautiful, there's definitely not another place in the world quite like it. I wish I could take you with me to see the world sometime." He answered, if the desire was there, Gale felt that she should try and take it. There was just that glaring problem of her being an elf, he was sure there was a reason why you didn't see her kind elsewhere.
Gale grew curious when Araima said she had a gift for him. "For me?"

Travel the world with him. If she could, she would in a heart beat. But who would look after this place? She supposed her brother could....
She shook off the thought for now. "I made this, not long after a finished learning how to charm things." She pulled out a stone from a small bag at her side. It was perfectly smooth and a deep red in color. "I thought, that if I saw you again I'd give you this. Even if you leave here, if you have this you'll find me again. No matter where I am." She smiled. "So next time, it won't take so long."

He looked at the stone she carried in her hands, yet again, he never saw anything like it before. Best of all it was a key back to this place!
"This is perfect, I have no idea how you did it, but I'll definitely use this next time." He placed it in his pocket, it was rather big so there was little chance he'd lose it so easily. Something occurred to him that made him sad, in haste, he did not bring a gift of his own.
"I didn't bring you anything, I'm sorry. I'll bring a gift next time, no wait, two gifts! I promise!"

Araima laughed and hugged him. "Just the fact that you are here is enough. I've missed you so much. I don't know if I could ask for more." she said, as she pulled away.
"And maybe one day, I can come with you."

Gale was left off-guard by her hug, he blushed and slowly got his arms around her to hug her as well. Araima did not make easy for him to left go of her, but he knew no matter how nice it felt, he would have to let her go. "As you wish, Raima. Believe me, I missed you so much as well. I don't ever want to lose again."
He smiled and gently took a bit of her hair to cover her ears. "You look human enough, no one would no the different if we covered up your ears. You can get away with it." He stated, returning her hair back to where it was. Gale hugged her once more.
"But you do have one other problem, Araima, you've grown from a cute little girl I once knew into a very, very beautiful woman. I'm sure other humans would say the same about you."

Araima blushed at the compliment. She was glad he couldn't see her face. "I don't see how that would be a problem. Have humans never seen woman like me before." she teased.
He still had his arms around her. He could help but be aware of how strong they felt. He was warm, safe. She found herself hoping he wouldn't pull away. This didn't seem like the quick friendly hug she gave him a few seconds ago.
She flushed again. What was she thinking?

"You would be too beautiful as a human woman, they wouldn't be able to give you a moment's rest." He answered, when noticed that she wasn't letting go, he decided not to let go either. Gale wanted to enjoy this moment they shared to the fullest. This feeling, it was like what he felt back then, only greater.
"Araima, I, I love you."
He went wide eyed, he had no idea when those words escaped from his lips. He wasn't thinking that, but his heart knew it. Gale was falling in love with her.

Araima looked up surprsied. The blush on her cheeks was clearly visible. She looked down, resting her head on his chest.
"I... love you too." she said. It felt right. Even thought they'd only been together that one day so long agao. All she could thing about was him. It was the reason she'd never stopped coming here.

"There had to be reason, why we made that wish, that promise to see each other again. Why we never stop looking for each other. This was it, wasn't it?" He asked her, he was so happy right now that she loved him. Gale's heart was soaring. He leaned on the Father Tree, drawing Araima closer to his body and wrapped his arms around her safely.
He felt this was meant to be, he was to be with Araima, no one else.

Araima nodded. "It must be. There was never anyone I could imagine being with. I could never stop thinking about you." she said, leaning on him. Never had she felt so happy than here in his arms. She wished they could stay like that forever.
"Do you remember, after I gave you some fruit to eat last time you were here? I told you not to be too loud, because I was hiding from my brothers. Do you still remember your reply?" she said, chuckling at the memory.

"It took me years to try and figure out the path to this orchard. How it worked, I only wanted to come back here to see you again. That was my goal, I didn't want to let the memories of you go, not for anything in the world." Said Gale, he loved the gentleness that came with he being this close to him. Hours could pass and he wouldn't know. He raised a brow to her question.
"I'm, not sure I do."

"I believe, you thought I was hiding because they were picking on me." she recalled. "You claimed that you could protect me if they came around." She giggled. "You were smaller than me. I couldn't help but laugh. You were adorable then."
