The sudden releasement of shadow and wind energy ignited the sword into a tall pillar of exploding flames. This lasted only for a bit as the wind quickly escpaed into every which way of the room. The Shadows attatched to their owners quickly slipped back.

Kurai shielded his face as the bright light of the exploding sword flooded the room. The Shadows of which Aldora released quickly took this time to sweep into the extended shadow behind Kurai that the bright light created. For the light of the pearly gates were hostile to them. Slowly his shadow sank back as the flame completely vanished.

"... pfft..." Kurai glared straigh at Aldora. "Shadow magic too?" Kurai took note of the shadows he saw releasing along with the wind. Kurai brought himself back up after his swing at Aldora. It was a rather akward manuver for him. First tossing his blade and then swinging another arm twoards Aldora and then all together bring both hands to shield himself from the bright light.

Kurai watched as she stumbled backwards. He rubbed his nose with content and let out a smirk. "hehhh Finally..." Kurai smiled as he remembered how she let out a powerful punch on his stomach. "Repaid! " Kurai spoke with a smile. The sight of a pained little gurl wasn't too pleasent to Kurai however.

"I would heal you if i could Young Aldora... But not only is this a tournament but i dun't know how either!" Kurai joked and then snapped his fingers as if to summon a flame with style. Unfourtantly only a few sparks emitted from his fingers and just died out. Kurai Blinked and looked at his hands.

"come on! Come ON! Flame!" Kurai said angrily and tried harder. Still ojnly sparks and little flames. Kurai's air was now coming out in steam and vapors. "whats wrong..." Kurai groaned and then turned to Aldora, Suddenly he became dizzy and his steps suddenly stumbled about as he tried to focus on Aldora.

"... Shadow magic effects?" Kurai wondered and then steadied his fists into a defensive position.

"Whatever... nothing a Guy can't beat a little gurl in a fist fight.." Kurai said with a confident smile seeing that she also curled her fists up and took a defensive position.

"Oh.. Want me to attack first?" KUrai said with a smile.

"HAve your way young lady then!" Kurai said and then leapt upwards into the air. "See you take my attack AND my speed along with my WEight!" Kurai yelled out as he was in his mid-air flight. He then threw swung his leg around about his head then bringing his heel straight down at Aldora's direction./

"DOOOOWAYYYA!!!!!" Kurai let out to put himself into a fighting spirit.

"KEEEYAA!!" Kurai continued as he quickened his falling rate twoards Aldora.
If she dodges.. i can easily throw a forward punch at her. My height should be of an advantage. Kurai smirked and as expected Aldora went to dodge it. gotcha...n...!?!?

Kurai's leg was suddenly tugged against and to his suprise Aldora had actually was able to time the correct momment as to grab his ankle while he was still in mid air. Kurai's upper body began to loose balance in the air and tilt downwards threatning to fall in a painful position. Kurai quickly threw his arm's behind him to catch himself, but instead of meeting the cold Ground Kurai was brought back into the air with a sharp pain coming straight into his side of his body. And at the same being pulled straight to Aldora. Kurai's body shot back up to the air. Kurai clenched his teeth tightly as he felt the pain, he tried hard not to let out a pained yelp.

Damn the gurls got some nice legs.. Kurai thought as he saw Aldora leap straight into the air Kurai was able to dodge her 2nd kick by simply shifting and twisting his body about in mid-air. This however made him futher away from him completely away from Aldora's body leaving him unable to attack, and he was still stuck in Aldora's grip.

Gotta... regain body control... Kurai thoughts rushed about his head on how he was going to do this. Quickly he thought of summoning a flame, but as he tried before, there was no hope. Suddenly A painful crunching feeling was felt around his ankle on which Aldora seemingly gripped harder. A purple wave seemingly took over his leg and the feeling of compression was strong straight into his legs. Kurai's eyes widened and felt his right leg completely loss of control from the ankle down, leaving his foot disobeying him.

Kurai then felt the cold air return around his ankle as Aldora let go of him. Kurai fell to the ground with a fantastic FLUMP. and his back shook from the pain.

"Itaaa...." Kurai groaned and reached behind him to scratch his back. "STUPID LITTLE GURL!" Kurai yelled out and without thinking stood up. Without his Righ foot listning to him Kurai was standing akwardly and almost fell if he didn't wave his arms about like a maniac and somehow found a way to support his body with the remaining parts of his functional body.

"what the.." Kurai said as he carfully looked at his right leg. Kurai then dropped his right leg down to his knee. "... DAMN IT! What the hECK!" Kurai asked confusingly and looked straight at Aldora. "Shadow MAgic!? What the heck are you!?" Kurai then slowly eyeballed her with suspcicion. She really must be Aili's sister... Kurai then snapped his fingers some more. "still.. no flame..." Kurai groaned angrily. He then coughed for a bit. "... that... what did you do to the AIR!?" Kurai yelled out and looked at her with some anger. It just occured to him that the sudden abscence of the clouds and the thickness of the air has drastically changed.

"tahts what.. .huh..." Kurai smirked. "Take off my Flame manipulation so i can't use ranged attack, and then take advantage in close range sinc eyour better... damnn.." Kurai smirked and then gripped his necklace. "If i knew how to heal myself and my ankle.. im sure that would be very useful..." Kurai chuckled. "Especially with this vast amount of light energy in this room.." Kurai then lifted the hand which he just gripped the necklace with into the air. HE lifted one finger pointing straight into the air.

" we can fix this air promblem pretty easily.." Kurai said with a smile. And then then Kurai threw down his finger. "HOLY LIGHT!" KUrai yelled out. With that his finger let out a violent Yellow glow, from the sky and seemingly the sun shot down a small straight beam of yellow light crashing straight through the Glass cieling which encased the fighters in. The light screamed straight twoards Aldora's feet. What Kurai just had done was make a small hole through the glass cieling. Air rushed straight through the hole in the cieling at an immense speed that it seemingly cracked a whole panel of glass itself. The Glass panel cracking finally gave out and the entire panel of glass shattered tossing pieces of glass about the arena. Kurai let out a content Smile.

"yes.. thank you" Kurai smiled and gripped his necklace again. He then Snapped his finger and found himself back with the ability to use the returning oxygen to manipulate his flame again. " yes Aldora.. now we can really fight... I promise you a good one.. being the sister of Aili.." Kurai however still was faced with a very large promblem. He had no way to move his legs seeing that his right foot went completely dead. Kurai knowing this sculpted a new Blade in the shape of a large broad sword for a defensive style. He then took carful gripping of it. Knowing Aldora was fully capable of Projectile type movements and maybe the ability to summon her own blade too.

"oh it wasn't?" Kurai wondered from Aldora's statement. He rose his Firey broad sword above his head shielding him from the falling pieces of glass. Stupid... why did i make it above my own head... Kurai then released his grip from his pendant and watched her seemingly dissepear into the shadows. "tsh.. and yet you still use Shadow magic or whatever.."

Kurai groaned and then thought about this for a while. A Shadow user using medical like skills? Is that possible? and how is she using shadow magic in such a holy battle ground? ah yes... Kurai then held his pendant again.

Without Light there will be no darkness. and without Darkness there would be no light... Kurai then smirked. But in this case theres plenty of light magic for me to use..

"Hey! No time for games silly gurl!" Kurai yelled out as he tried to stand up again. "Come back out of there! itaaa---aaa..." Kurai groaned as he fell back onto his knee. "STUPID! GURL! how can i play if you totally disabled my foot?!" Kurai groaned and then smashed his broadswords end into the ground as support for a walking cane.

"Lawd! I feel old!" Kurai angrily snapped at Aldora. "There you ARE!" Kurai shouted out as she popped her head out. He then lifted his Sword and swung it so the end scrapped along the ground. The Ground let out a mighty spark and then a line of flame shot forward twoards where Aldora showed up. But in result of removing his sword from the ground which he had as walking support caused him to loose his balance and fall straight forward onto his stomach. Fountrantly not onto the line of flame he just created to shoot out at Aldora.

"....." Kurai didn't say a word but just quickly picked himself back up using the broad sword.

"ga-ROAN.." Kurai exaggerated as he looked this way and that way trying to find wherever Aldora was. "where is that little trouble maker now..." Kurai muttered to himself angrily clenching both hands on his sword. Suddenly from behind him in his own shadow came out Aldora's hand. Kurai saw it coming only too late as he attempted to Swing down his broad sword onto her hand.

"GOTCHA NOW!" Kurai yelled out but Aldora's hand shot right past his sword and straight into his hand which he used to carry his sword. The Hand disobeyed Kurai and forced him to let go of his broad sword, crashing down into the ground rendering it usless and turning into simple flames. "CHEEE!!" Kurai yelled out angrily as he reached down to his own Shadow trying to yank Aldora upwards by her long purple hair with his left hand. But Aldora completely submerged out of the Shadow and shot upwards Swinging her own Left hand straight into Kurai's chest. Kurai was completely lifted off the ground now from Aldora's leap out of the shadow.

A sharp pain in Kurai's chest shot upwards into his own body as he was flung into the air and then falling backwards onto his back. "great.. what just happened.." Kurai groaned angrily as he rubbed his head with his left hand and struggled to roll onto his stomach to get up.

"nothing to it..." Kurai smirked angrily as he only had his left hand and left leg to support him into a kneeling posistion. Kurai then held his left hand on his right shoulder and massaged it a bit. "sheesh/ you know the points of the body to hit don't ya.." Kurai said with a smile. "Too bad that won't do anything..."


"Kurai-niisan, careful with what you do. Don't want to to strain yourself too much now,"

Kurai just smiled and shrugged his left shoulder as he shook his head. "ehh don't worry about this boy.. " Kurai chuckled. "I can take care of myself don't worry. But i promised you a battle then huh? Well! lets keep going then!" Kurai then threw his left hand from above his head straight down to the floor. There a straight line of flame formed out and then Sparked out to form a long glowing orange staff. Kurai quickly gripped it with his left hand and slowly tried to bring his right hand to grip it too. But this proved difficult. With great difficulty Kurai used the staff to support him back onto Two feet.

"COME ON!" Kurai yelled out happily and then lifted up the staff and smashed it into the ground. 3 flame collums shot forward out of the ground and around formed around Kurai. But then died out. "Oh yeah!" Kurai smirked at the display of the flames following Kurai's command. "this should help..." Kurai smirked. "NO more hide and seek ok Aldora!? its no fun if you keep hiding!"

Kurai concentrated slowly on Aldora's movement as she dashed about twoards him. He could easily tell that if she tried any phyiscal attack it would be very easy for him to swing the staff, even with one hand. It would be just a matter of controling his balance. But his vision became a little blurry as he continued to wheeze his way through the battle. Something was taking a massive toll on his breathing and he wasn't sure what it was. It diffently left him restricted on quick movements.

soon enough Kurai's eyes flickered about.

"Aldora.. stop wasting your time with that Priestess.. come with me and I'll show you how to truly use your shadows..." A tall figure spoke with messy hair there and here. "I don't want to!" Replied a soft and childish voice. "SHUT UP! Stop acting like a child Lady Darkness! And fill in your obligation as a user of Shadow magic!! You make us all Look bad!!"

"Gaa!" Kurai yelled out in sudden fear of some voices and visions flooding his head. Kurai then gripped his necklace with his broken arm's hand and then turned his body quickly about seeing that Aldora was no where to be found.

"Lady.. .Darkness!?" Kurai whispered to Aldora as he saw her just seemingly standing right behind her. Kurai then shook his head and smiled.

"An Opening!!!" Kurai yelled out, and he then rose his Left staff into the air. His body then shook with some strange fury against his own pain as he clenched his teeth angrily. His eyes let out a shine of Red and his angelic pendant flew around the chain to shine against the sunlight.

"lady.. darknesss...?" Kurai repeated as his body was shuddering from the pain and fatique. "Lady.. Darkness..." Another voice seemingly appeared out of Kurai's mouth and a wide grin seemingly took its place.

"Still Pretending that Shadow magic is for good use huh?" Kurai then twisted his hand about and the Flame seemingly emersed itself into a giant purple one, the clouds about him completely seprated from Kurai and Aldora as seemingly a large shadow circled about Aldora and Kurai's body. The Angelic pendant was seemingly the only thing that wasn't covered by the shadow. "you should be punished for pretending your a good gurl Aldora..." Kurai harshly whispered and then Slammed his staff into the ground. There a the shadow spun together and purple flames enveloped the entire shadow and then shot upwards out from the ground around Aldora and Kurai.

"Kurai Nightmare Twister!!!" Kurai let out a wicked grin. And then his top shirt was completely ripped up within the own storm itself, as flames flickered about and stormed against both of their bodies. Kurai's laughter shot through the stadium as the angelic pendant shone brighter till Kurai's laughter died out to 3 short breath coming from the familiar voice and body of Kurai. Kurai fell to his knees and then let out a lot of huffs and puffs.

Kurai was on his knees seemingly panting for air and such. he then fell to his arms. Kurai then sighed and then shook his head furiously. "what... wh..." Kurai let out before coughing and wheezing. "ow... so...tired..." Kurai then looked upwards weekly and saw Aldora coming to him.

She lost? Kurai was then delt with a sudden slam into his diaphragm aarm and ankle seemingly all at once. Kurai's bones let out a sharp crack and snap. A large amount of air shot out and Kurai's breathing was back to normal. Then his legs and arms were back to normal.

".. Thanks.. Aldora?" Kurai asked confused. "I won? but.. how..." Kurai wondered and then gripped his necklace. "ouch.." Kurai quickly let go of his necklace. its hot...

"Probably just from the flame.." Kurai nodded his head as he answered his question out loud.."

Then the crowd lifted out otheir seats and cheered loudly. Kurai looked over to the crowd and waved his hand weakly. "I guess.. i really won..." There was announcer screaming Kurai's name as the winner and the display bored displayed Winner with Kurai in the center. Kurai then looked over at Aldora.

"Im not sure how i did this.. but..." Kurai then rubbed the back of his head. "Feel like getting something to drink? I think that was one heated battle..." Kurai said with a clumsy smirk.
