"Ugh, are there seriously no snacks here??"

Oberon couldn't find any. All he heard was people whining about this and complaining about that. He'd assumed a meeting would be a lot like the art galas his mother took him to when she wanted to use him as an excuse to peace out early when she was tired of talking to people. Oh, sorry, my son needs to get some sleep!

Right now, he was up past his bedtime and would be seriously grounded if his mom found out. Thankfully, his housemate was there. And if he ended up getting caught, he could just say that he was with Ganymede. Er, Paris. Sometimes it helped that he had an older senshi living at his house. Other times it was super annoying because he couldn't sneak out on his own.

"What kind of meeting is this?? Don't you know growing kids have to eat?? What if I end up starving? Or getting dehydrated??"

One diminutive girl who just happened to be an Eternal senshi felt rather badly for Princess Polaris, but nonetheless kept her silence as she reclined on the floor, ankles crossed in ladylike fashion. Eternal Sailor Chibimoon knew how disorganized and vicious some of these people could be when someone tried to step forward, when anyone tried to use their expertise to corral this herd of inexperienced, sometimes unruly sailor soldiers. It was why she had no urge to rule, no desire to use the name Princess Small Lady Serenity Usagi Tsukino to perhaps try and establish some kind of order amongst the Order.

Instead she simply murmured to herself that it was a pity that they were all so suspicious of each other still. It baffled Chibimoon yet she was still reluctant to do anything about it. Those that wanted her advice, that wanted her expertise, would find her. Certainly Sailor Europa, who she'd spotted quietly in the crowd, had done so on numerous occasions when she wanted some advice.

No, Chibimoon was here simply because to not be here would have perhaps been worse than to sit quietly and hope that nobody called on her to do something spectacular. It was hard trying to perform your mother's miracles when everyone had faith in you and wanted you there. For an unwanted, defunct princess? It was damn near impossible.

----

Another young woman in the crowd kept her silence but was brazen where the moon princess had been unobtrusive. Super Sailor Albali, who was both the subject of curiosity and sometimes pity for her abandonment at the hands of Princess Ares, stood taking meticulous notes in her own particular shorthand as a peculiar look of amusement touched her face. What was brazen about her though was the fact that the scarlet cloak of a Blood Moon Court's Inner Sanctum member was draped about her shoulders as she attended. This girl wanted no one to question her purpose, her loyalties, or why she was there.

Really she could care less if they all worked together or separately as long as her goals were achieved and what those goals were...well. Nobody could really say what it was that Sailor Albali wanted and Albali liked it that way. Let them think that she was the last defiant remnant of the Blood Moon Court or at least the only one that cared enough to stand proudly under the mantle of her affiliation. It never mattered to her one way or the other; the information was all that mattered. In-between notes and taking down the objections and petty arguments around her the girl's phone was busy scanning everyone that she could possibly manage, hoping to scribble her own notes and formulated thoughts later.

It was going to be a very long night.

----

Perhaps the hardest to spot, the one who least wanted to be called upon, seen, or even really be there was sitting right outside the roof access to the large hall. Clothed entirely in black and hovering around the opening in the roof like she was the goddamn Batman, Lina Knight could barely restrain how incredulous she was. To her a dress and wings did make someone a beacon of wisdom because she knew that royal titles were not so easy to obtain.

Harder, perhaps, than becoming a General-King or General-Queen but were they really questioning the authority of this powerful young woman? Lina's scouter registered that Polaris was one of the most powerful people in the entire room, all but screaming with pure energy of the senshi kind. It was very similar to the readings she'd obtained from Castor back when they had still moved together and it would have been interesting to see this girl in action.

To her, it was no wonder that the Order was losing to Chaos if this was how they conducted their meetings! It took quite a bit of restraint not to drop down through the window dramatically, screaming at them all that if they didn't get their s**t together and start trusting each other they would all die. All of them. It would take time, because the cats could replace senshi almost as fast as they lost them, but it was so much easier to make an officer. Officers were trained, officers didn't give lip back to their superiors, it was the great advantage of the Negaverse.

Lina, once so very sure, was now very queasy and very afraid. If this was the best they could do? Even after everything that had happened at the Surrounding they still hadn't worked together or learned that it was the only way? Doomed. Utter doom.

In the crowd was a small body, not unlike several of that others that were floating about. Immediately she didn't call out as a senshi, or even a chibi senshi, but instead looked more like a child who was ready for bed. She lingered in the background, the bunny slippers on her feet hitting the ground at a slow pace as she walked. She looked almost as if she were browsing, looking around for the perfect dress to wear. She'd walk up to someone and then rather quietly walk away before wandering over in another direction.

It wasn't until she seen a very familiar hairstyle that the child stopped lingering. She made her way over, carefully and cautiously, until she was standing nearby Sailor Chibimoon. She didn't know this senshi but she was simply looking up at her hair in awe. It was not unlike a hairstyle she'd had her own hair styled in last summer, and definitely very much like bunny ears.

"I like your hair," she said simply. "It looks like bunny ears!"

Athene was one of the later senshi to slip into the hall that had chosen as the meeting place, the place seemly packed full of those that had managed to get there earlier. Polaris was already speaking as the dark-haired senshi opted for a spot relatively near to the back of the hall, doing hia best to be a disturbance to those who had managed to get there earlier.

At his team leader’s question of meeting more often, he spoke quietly to the affirmative. Information sharing was something that Athene figured was important and the dark-haired senshi had no problem sharing what information he had with other senshi or knights.

Someone from closer to front than he was, Athene only heard the voice, made a rude comment about Polaris failing to introduce herself however she handled it pretty graciously. For now Athene was focused on listening quietly as others around him voiced their opinions and take the opportunity to take in as much information as possible.

Cora had arrived in the meeting early as it was important to her to be prepared. She felt she owned Polaris a favor, after all she had saved Hypnos (and of course many other kids as well) back then when the Knightside Elementary had been assaulted by the Negaverse. That's why she had located herself near Polaris so that she could focus primaly to dampen the princess' huge energy signature. She didn't want her or anyone to get hurt.

When she spotted Hypnos, she gave her (and everyone else in the front line) a little wave with her front paw from her position.

Turning her head a little bit to see who the youthful voice belonged to, Chibimoon couldn't help but beam at the young senshi of sleep. Super senshi of sleep which moved the girl immediately up a few notches in the princess' estimation. Not that she really looked down on the chibi senshi, she was an overgrown one herself with all the problems that being a chibi senshi brought along with it. It was simply that as a chibi senshi you didn't get to do much so being around long enough, finding a way to be useful, that was how you grew in your power.

Tugging on one of her own long pigtails Chibimoon gestured at the girl's star-clipped ribbons. "I like your ribbons. Your dress looks very comfortable too!" The glamour prevented the connection from being made and sometimes she was rather thankful for this. After all, how many pink-haired girls who spoke pidgin-accented English with rabbit buns in their hair were roaming about Destiny City and its surroundings? One. Looking down and seeing the bunny slippers the senshi's red eyes were decidedly starting to become tinged green with envy.

"It all looks very comfortable. I will trade your shoes for mine?"

One of those people, who thought of the world of the little princess and believed seemingly unendingly in her powers was Juno. Standing much like the self proclaimed sworn protector she was, the Amazonian super senshi was nonetheless quiet. Not that she needed words. When you were friends you didn't always need words, the sheer presence comforting. Juno was near enough that Chibimoon could touch her should she want to, however she was keeping silent and simply listening to this and that for anything that might be relevant to her or her princess. She did however offer Hypnos a small grin and the cocking upwards of her thumb. The memory was vague, but she remembered the unique styled outfit of the chibi senshi from summer camp.

"The database is, and has always been a good idea. It just seems to always fall to the wayside. Either those assigned to it run into problems or well... the word never travels around and no one really knows how to access it."

"If people would like to volunteer to work on it again that would be great. Like you said, some of us aren't quite as battle ready as the rest. Maybe we can work with the Guardians to find a way to make the database more accessible. So the newest senshi and knights who really need that information can get a hold of it."

"I don't know anything about a forced meeting of knights."
She answered thoughtfully. If Niflhel had been then he hadn't mentioned it to her.

"If there is anything important from it that you'd like to share it'd be greatly appreciated. You never know what kind of information will be helpful down the road."

At the time of Cora's wave, Hypnos had been preoccupied with the older senshi in front of her. The soft pink hair styled like bunny ears that had first caught her attention and even the bright red eyes that were almost suspiciously similiar to that of a rabbit's own eyes. Perhaps this was the senshi of rabbits? Did she hop super fast? Anything was possible! The only thing Hypnos knew was that she seemed very nice, and she liked her outfit!

"Oh, oh thank you very much." She smiled happily at the other senshi, actually motioning to take her slippers off for the other senshi before she caught a glimpse of the other senshi's feet. There were quite a few years between the two of them and as magical as the slippers were they probably weren't going to adjust their size unless Hypnos had just powered up.

"I don't think they'll fit, may I get a raincheck? I bet they'll fit in a couple years!" She giggled before finding Cora in the glimpse of her eye. She waved to her guardian cat with a smile before catching a glimpse of Juno as well. She didn't remember explicitly who she was but she could recall where they'd met. The hairstyle was so unique and their experience quite horrifying that it was it was hard to forget even if you didn't recall names.

"My name is Hypnos, and I am the Senshi of Sleep. I am very pleased to meet you!" She directed to Chibimoon, and Juno as well.

Camelot was not sure he was comfortable talking about that meeting, when they had not figured out what it meant in the scope of things. The details of it were important, and the things they had discussed as a unit, but it felt strange to him nonetheless.

He did agree, though, that shared information was the most important thing a new senshi or knight could have access to. He always tried to explain what he could, but he was terrible at it and generally scared more than he helped. Not the proper result he wanted. Becoming a senshi or knight was overwhelming, and they needed a method to filter and make the information required a little more comprehensible and accessible.

He nodded along to the discussion, his attention wandering only some times, to see people he recognized or glance when he heard voices he knew. It felt very good to be seeing them all, at least. And he was glad that they were talking, discussing, helping one another. It was refreshing and calming.

Chaonis looked bored, and tilted his head at Grus. She was accusing him of the terrible crime of caring and that made his nose wrinkle petulantly.

"Yeah, yeah," he said, but he grinned at her after a moment. So he cared a little bit. It wasn't enough to ruin his reputation. Anyway, it just meant she owed him a ton and he'd have a lot of fun collecting on it all.

He didn't see why everyone couldn't just man up and do things for themselves. That was how he had figured out everything he needed to know, and how he chose to help train any newbies he found. The hard way.

Mont Blonc had been trying, but honestly...every time he gathered up the courage to go out, he never found anything - no monsters, no Negaverse... He wondered if maybe he was doing something wrong? It wasn't like he got out of his neighborhood much.

Someone mentioned the forced meeting some of the Knights had been dragged to. Oh, he remembered that. He didn't know how anyone that had been there could forget it. He'd been a bit disappointed that this had...pretty much stayed the same after their little call to arms, but he was new. he didn't know what he was expecting, or what he was doing, really, and he'd been a Page for half a year now...

"Ah, uh, um...yeah, some of us got dragged in to some kind of meeting, but..." He was a bit nervous to speak up, "Well I'm sure someone else that was there could describe what went down better than I can. Some of it kinda went over my head." He made a gesture for emphasis.

Pravoski had, for a long time now, stayed out of everything as best he could - living his life in the sewers and prowling restaurant garbage cans like any normal kitty. It was unknown what had shaken sense in to him and woke him up, but now the orange and white moggy was here for his first Order meeting. Little legs and sleek body snaked around feet until he found a place safely out of stepping-on range.

The moment that Nysa had heard about the meeting, he had decided it was necessary to go, merely to support the Princess who was so boldly addressing the current gathering of senshi and knights. He was not necessarily the most chatty of the bunch, seeming to merely take in everything silently, but he stood at attention. Should the Princess Polaris glance in his direction, he was more than certain to offer her the kind, dutiful smile she might have needed for support.

________________________________

"...why am I 'ere again?" a certain blonde senshi grumbled as she stood near the gathering of guardian cats.

"Good question... I don't think you had to be here if you were so against it, Iris..." The round manx cat didn't exactly spare the eternal senshi a look, just because she was somewhat preoccupied.

Though Iris knew why she was there, she grumbled quietly to herself so nobody else around her could really translate what she said. The fact that there was another Princess present. It hadn't been a fact when the meeting had been presented to her, just a rumor. Yet a rumor had the ability to make one curious, and now the yellow suited senshi was indeed quite curious about this Princess Polaris (the girl who had organized that sparring contest a while back).

The blonde had opted to keep to her eternal senshi form, since she still had issues with the idea of people actually knowing her own secret, but a certain knight's cocky words struck a nerve in her.

"....what a f*ckin' dickface! Last I checked... everyone that was at th'f*ckin' Surroundin' was bustin' their a**... there weren't any princesses on the sidelines sippin' on champagne and watchin' as that f*ckin' youma busted sh*t up..."

"I don't agree with your choice of words, but I do agree with the sentiment..." the feline resigned to saying in a sigh.

When Polaris gave the opportunity for others to offer their opinions, the eternal senshi finally offered something.

"Any of ya new knights or senshi out there that aren't on a team... get yer asses on a f*ckin' team! Patrollin' by yerself these days is suicide... so jus'... don't!"

She crossed her arms, then glanced towards the other members of her team that were nearby. They knew exactly what she was talking about, and for the most part, seemed to know this lesson well thanks to the most recent Christmas holiday season.

"Forced.... meeting...." He paused what was that about? Normally he was on top of things but something about that meeting escaped him. He stood there looking thoughtfully and still watching the crowd. "I'll get back to you on what I remember of that Polaris."

There was a shrug oh well. He was watching the others, now leaning on the stage looking a little more relaxed as his eyes scanned around and up to the entrances. Pausing for a second as he looked out.

"HM..." He thought it was Lina, to be honest if that was Lina, she was the first actual knight he knew of while the rest of them had been pages. Being the only knight.... and not to mention the only knight he knew of that use to be a negaverse officer, he wondered if there was anything she could supply information wise.

However, he was still wary of anyone just sitting outside on the roof; and wasn't about to go talking to them and leave from standing in front of the stage. He couldn't just ditch Polaris and go investigate anything that worried him. So for now he settled just to keep an eye on whoever it was and take no action.

"Honestly I wish we could all find a way to work together, either in small teams and set up meetings and how they work around that or as a whole. Since it seems to work damn well for the Negaverse." He paused he'd been a civilian long enough to see what went on, on both sides. "I'm Niflhel of Saturn by the way. I believe I forgot to say that earlier."

Then Sailor Iris spoke up. "She has a point." He added, tipping his hat to her. "Less dangerous to patrol in pairs at least and have back up on your phone.... Better than trying to write a message and send it when fighting."
Always good to have a senshi nearby when you're a kngiht

----------

Victoria was there with the asteroids standing beside Iris. Pausing when she started mumbling, "... you know.... no one can understand you when you mumble."

As he listened to Polaris speak and a bunch of people sound like jerks, "Wow... and here I thought you could be immature." He was joking with Iris a little trying to get his princess to relax before glancing over to *********, "Is she always this grumpy at a meeting not hers?" Just like she wasn't there, he still wasn't the best at this whole people thing, un-intentionally making jokes or what not that could hurt their feelings... though at least with Iris he'd probably be clobbered after the meeting for it.

He straightened up when Iris started yelling about not patrolling alone. He just nodded while trying not to wince at her loudness.

Zirconia broke her reclusive habits to appear at this meeting, just as she did for any other assemblies she had been invited to in the past few months. While the cat had become a more shadowy figure to catch one on one, these meetings kept her going. There was a glimmer of hope in them, under the muck and grime of children bickering and being suspicious. Order was still trucking along, even though she felt her own contributory efforts had been diminished with the wave of hopelessness in her own abilities that still resonated, even though it had been so long since the establishment of the DMC. As long as she was alone—and she was alone, no matter how many friends on this ‘other side’ she made—it would never leave her be.

This meeting was special, though, as at the front of it all was a familiar senshi, with the gorgeous adornments of a princess status. Polaris was the kind of down to business senshi she could put what remaining faith she had in, she thought, even though their meeting was brief. She distinctly remembered thinking this was a senshi who had the right kind of attitude. This led to a silent disapproval and disgust, as usual, for those that didn’t share her opinion and acted like disrespectful children towards their speaker. However, the well groomed forest cat was too busy trying to stay in the back and out of the way (And a bit out of sight, given what happened at the last open Order based meeting she went to.) and such priorities kept her from saying anything aside from a small “Tsk.”
----------------------------
For Sailor Eunomia , this senshi stuff still had a ring of novelty to it, so she of course rushed to the meeting, no matter how inconvenient it was for alter ego Evie Caffrey’s lifestyle. The tall, tanned girl had her arms crossed and made sure to stand in the vicinity of familiar teammates, even if one of those was Iris. “Idiot,” She said in an agreeing gesture with the rainbow senshi in a huff in regards to the ‘dickface’ comment. It was the closest to ‘you’re right, Iris!’ that was ever going to come out of her mouth. Except possibly the hint of the nod about her announcement regarding teams, even if she said it in a more demanding choice of words than Eunomia would’ve used. It was a lesson they all learned during that battle, and it really couldn’t be disputed, even if it seemed like sometimes the blue-haired senshi was just looking for excuses to take the opposite stance to Iris, not today. There were too many other people she’d rather be disagreeing with right now in the area. At least poor Polaris seemed like she tried, though there was only one princess she had experience dealing with. And only she was allowed to trash *that* princess.

After her little 'chibi senshi are welcome to join my team' sphel Hug-bell had gotten down and was walking the crowds to see if she knew anyone pausing to introduce herself to a few. That was until she came across a grumpy looking fluffy cat and she stooped down so she could speak to Zirconia.

"Would you like a better view? You can sit in my hood if you'd like?" She also held out her hand in a offering of rubbing. If only because half of Zirconia was her cousin Hug-bell wasn't going to out right start petting her in the middle of a meeting.

The child pulled her hoodie down. "Oh... uh.... I might've used you as an excuse to get out of the house for the night." The child added glancing back to the meeting. Hoping that Zirconia understood that she meant Zia and not the cat herself.

Valhalla glanced over to both Ganymede and Europa as they stood off to the side, watching and listening but not saying anything.

"Meetings are always like this, aren't they?" he asked, particularly in Europa's direction. "Sailor Maia told me before... They just talk about whatever they feel like and never get anything accomplished because no one is big enough to step back and let someone else voice their opinions without someone else talking over them." It was pathetic, in his opinion.

Too many people with too many opinions. That's why he liked being with the Jovians... They all saw each other as equals. No one above, no one below, regardless of age or 'rank'. At least that was the ideal.

He caught sight of Zirconia's fluffy tail and felt his heart swell just a bit. Even though he hadn't talked to her in quite some time, it was always good to see that she was still... alive, really.

"Wish he'd quiet down," he added with a grumble, nodding in the direction of the other squire of Jupiter. While he would agree with what Sessrumnir had to say, he didn't think getting everyone to b***h at him was the best way of doing it.
