What was that? Was it a.. BOSS? Come on, that's not even funny. They were rushing towards the tower in order to free themselves from that minipet madness, in order to find an exit, yet they understood they probably have to fight for it, but who can predict it would be in such a literal way? Fighting a boss! That's just vulgar and trivial. They are minipets at the moment, but it doesn't mean that's what they are, so probably they shouldn't be trying to behave like natural born minis. That is just a temporary effect, funny, interesting, but that's it, it weren't' their true selves... At least, the horsewoman tried keep reminding her of what she were: being a minipet surely was erasing her previous identity from her memory. Was it probably just because minipet's brain was too small and too simple to contain the full-fledged identity of a horseman? Well, then hunters and students should not be having such problems, she laughed. Eisheth the elnin sighed. A good number of minipets hiding the identities of horsemen and hunters, were all of them able to recognize who they were before? Was it likely they ever get back to their true forms?... And, one more thing. She was almost positive one of the minipets resembled Mei, but how the holy Jack could students be there, as well? Too many mysteries, just too many mysteries. Eisheth thought, she probably has to corner Cymbeline after they get out of here: the alchemist simply had too many questions. Except for the fact, Cymbeline probably won't be really helpful... should she just seek for Medea's audience then? She was still unsure about it, the head priestess was a tricky person, and Eisheth could not feel like really trusting her. The elnin tried to attack the dragon along with the others, her claws were light and surprisingly powerless, at least comparing to her old self; yet, the dragon was nowhere near the normal hunter/student/horseman opponent, too. They were just minipets, all of them, and the dragon was no exception. A funny thought touched her mind, as she pulled back after the attack: could it be that the dragon itself is yet just a minipet reincarnation of somebody else? Some of the characters from the real world? Well, Eisheth thought, at least let it be a division leader then. Or somebody from Amityville, just for the hell of bringing students here. But... no way it could be one of the horsemen, no, Eisheth was quite sure she would be able to recognize the horseman immediately. And no horseman would be dumb enough to actually just mindlessly attack them, in the first place. "What is it, Kiwi?" Heidla not yet recovered from her agitation inflicted by the poisonous flowers around that last fragment she tried to get. She was both helpless and angered at the same time. "Is it the enemy? Is it the traitor?" She was still thinking in the paradigm of mission/betrayal instilled in her by the incomprehensible fragmented voices, though Kiwi was definitely crossed out of the list of possible enemies. She could control herself well enough to regain her memories, and among them there were a couple that gave her a perfect innocent Kiwi standing by her side. Besides, even her mad and violent self needed someone to attach itself to, and as the famine horse… mmmm… pet was the only one she could recognize in this world, she would not want to do him any harm. "Are we fighting now? Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh................." she hissed and prepared to attack. There was a wild light in her eyes, and her fins and her wings were trembling. A very threatening little roar was almost physically on her lips, and she was quite dangerous – that is, she was emitting danger and ready to hurt. Minipet-wise, because somewhere in the back of her mind she could still understand that the form of a pixie daeva priestess was not probably the best option for battle. Besides, it was hard enough to be battling her own mood – Heidla was quite conscious of the fact that the humming voice in her head could be a reason disturbing enough to make her attack even her friends – but now she found a perfect culprit. Here was this creature she knew nothing about, so without thinking much about it, she could put all the blame on him. And it was huge – and huge meant, she could attack him almost relentlessly, that would give way to her hatred and frustration without the creature dying too fast (Actually, she didn’t realize that it was huge enough to ignore her attacks). And there she was, letting out her claws and flying in the direction of the monster! Yay! She put all her strength into the attack, trying to tear the flesh apart…. Not too successful, though. There was a tiniest scratch left on the enemy’s skin, but that was fair enough. Though her bloodlust was not satisfied, Heidla smirked. At least, she didn’t miss. Missing was always too humiliating for the priestess to admit, and damage done, however insignificant, still meant she did something. Besides, if they all made tiniest scratches, they would still tear the creature to pieces. She looked around to see whether Kiwi was following her example, but couldn’t see him. Could it be he was hurt? Or worse, attacked and devoured by the enemy? Her eyes narrowed, and she made another roar. No, that wasn’t true! Wasn’t she acting too suspicious and unsure? After all, they were horsemen, strong and proud even in their minipet disguise! Soren was getting sick of this. He did not like being a minipet. He did not like that his helmet was getting in his way. He did not like that it was so annoying to do anything in this form. He did like attacking things though, and this boss was in his way. After he ran in to deliver his ferocious headbutt he noticed a pet. It was oddly fluffy, and the white pelt seemed to call to him. And...was it female? She was certainly attractive in such fine, luxurious, soft, white fur. Well, it didn't hurt to look a bit. He was just appreciating the scenery. Soren - Horseman HP: 30 Element: Dark Target: Boss Damage: 4 (or 5 if there's some sort of Dark bonus? IDEK) He dissipated in the last thread after status effect so I'm assuming he has none?

Saya was so very tired .. She didn't think she had enough to attack yet. But why bother attacking? Her head buried under her paws, she decided to heal herself for the time being. Healing others .. Well, everyone left anyways, so what was the point?
Quote: Name: Sayaka Valens HP: 5+4/30HP Faction: Hunter trainee Type: Light Status effect: You see a fragment surrounded by a patch of flower-liek coral, but upon nearing closer, the flowers emit a strange, toxic gas. You feel strange, lightheaded. And suddenly, everything makes sense. A voice calls to you whispering to you to remember your task a quest given to you and only you spanning centuries. You remember something else, hatred and betrayal: how someone you had trusted simply ignored your every word and plunged your world into further anarchy, bloodshed and confusion. A hatred consumes you and you pull away from the others. They would just betray you like they did in the past, you cannot put your trust in them. No, the fragments tell you so, they whisper to you, and understand you. They call to you, so tantalizingly close and yet... where are they? The huge dragon was a real threat and Rep's initial instincts were all Sun - to attack the threat outright.
<> he snarled, bristling outwardly as he did it.
There was very little else he could do for the other hunter but attack the creature and hope to hell chasing it off would somehow fix what was wrong, he wasn't about to pin him again when doing so could get them both murdered.
He he reluctantly did what he wished he didn't have to, and let go, hissing, "Tantrum all you ******** want. I'm off to be useful."

At the end of the strange path (Armagnac had insisted they follow it) Sherry found that not only had all the other minipets found the tower, but they had also found a large dragon thing. Other creatures were already moving in to attack. Based on previous experience, it was a reasonable thing to do. Sherry joined in. The boss was . . . bigger than he would have figured. But draconic or not, it'd had to go down before they could do much else in this strange place.
Well, at least that's how Mort figured. Diplomacy wasn't exactly an option.

Kat stared in awe at the creature before them. It was big..or they were all just way too damn small. But surely this was something all of them could handle, yes? Well..maybe. If they were in the original forms, they would stomp this pest into the dust. However, being the size they were, that would prove to be slightly..difficult.

Obstacle after obstacle..when would this all be over and done with? Maybe after this they would get back to their..normal lives and not be stuck in these forms? She loved her minipets, but she hated being stuck as one. This size was too inconvenient for her!

And then, without warning... another ******** dragon thing. And oh, she had had it. Thankfully, it seemed many of those around her shared similar feelings, and for a minute it seemed the dragon-thing's form was hazed under the sudden onslaught of tiny creatures. It would have almost been funny if Madison hadn't been a tiny creature herself. But she would bite. Sigh. At Kouki's urging, she leapt forward, snapping and managing to sink her teeth hard into something, tearing a bit of it free.
