Finally, Vlad felt some of his aggression leaving him. The stranger was well trained if he was able to identify a human weapon so quickly. Most soquili wouldn't know the difference between an arrowhead and a bear claw. Even Vlad wasn't sure he'd have been able to figure out that much. "She is a good sister," he agreed. Mary's arrival may have been an embarrassment but there was no denying that it had saved all of them some pain.
It was a little late for such things, but Vlad felt that introductions were in order. "My name is Vladislav Draculesti. This..." He nodded to her. "Is my sister, Mary." He didn't remark on the stranger's comment about not judging based on appearances. In many respects, he believed the stranger's first impression to have been the correct one.

Tannin was extremely relieved that Mary had come when she did, of course things would have been way worse had she not. They both knew that it seemed. " I'm inclined to agree with you sir" he said, the tug of a smile at his lips " While this may have been a terrible encounter to start with, It is good to have met you Vladislav Draculesti" He dipped his head, his armor clanking. This was a eye opener, definitely, he could never just take someones appearance and circumstance to heart and dub them evil...Maybe this is what Kaiya searched so hard for. " Perhaps now that doubt is aside, we can be allies in preventing things like this from happening" His burning gaze fell on the tragedy before him..."We can try at least."
He bowed " I must get going, night will fall and I await my mentor any day now...may we meet again someday." He then bowed his head to his sister and turned on his bone hooves, blending into the night with only the light clinking of his tack to speak of his going.
