Sadly word has come from above that I must leave you guys again. The military has decreed that we need a place to live in Halifax before we move there. ^O^; So we are going on a trip to find one. The military nicely let us know today that we are to leave for said trip early monday morning. Yes...this monday.
I'm going to be gone from the 13th to the 19th. Atleast it will be an interesting trip. I'm hoping to drop in on the local Druid Grove over there and a wonderful shop called Little Mysteries.

Hey all, the inter-national competition for color guard is coming up, so I'm going to be gone for a week or so. I'll be leaving on Monday and won't be back until the next tuesday or wendsday. Wish us luck! mrgreen

Alright the time has come!
Some of you are aware that I'm undertaking a big move. I'm moving across the country (Canada) On May 9th. Things are going to be super hectic around here for the next little while.
My stuff leaves May 9th and then I leave May 11th. That is when I undertake a drive across Canada with my husband. We have our route planned and the cities we are hoping to stop in overnight. I can't make any guarantees for meetups because we might be exhausted but I thought I would put them down anyways.

Regina
Night 4
Winnipeg
Night 5
Thunder Bay
Night 6
Sault Ste. Marie
Night 7, 8
St. Catharines (I have familly and friends here)

Those aren't set in stone ofcourse, but they are the hopeful route. After that we will be in a hotel in Halifax until June 1st. So as you can see, things are going to be a bit sketchy about my online presence for a bit. I will be bringing a laptop along and if the hotel we are staying at has free access I'll be online to check on things and update folks on my progress. Until the move I'm going to be a bit busy. I'll be checking in often enough but might not post much.

wow time does go fast your move day is already here dang
your gonna be having alot of fun i guesse going across the country
i here it's quite beautifull and fun to do so here's hoping
think i will be missing you tho

My presence might be a bit spotty for the next couple of days. My husband is on 8 hours notice for deployment to Lebanon and so we have been busy running around getting everything he needs for it.

Ok, just thought I would drop the message here. In the next few weeks I might be jetting off to see my great grandmother. We received word this morning that she is in the hospital and has gall stones. (Like kidney stones, but in your gall bladder.) She's 93 and the doctors have gotten all but one stone - they will try a second surgery after she's recovered a bit, but if they can't get it out...Well, she'll die. I haven't seen her in nearly a decade and she's survived almost everything - including cancer that should have claimed her life within months of her diagnosis. So Ryan has said since his friends are going to Washington, I may be able to hitch a ride with them and go see her. If the opportunity arrises, I may disappear without notice. Or if she passes and I can get a plane ticket, I probably won't have time to swing in to tell everyone.
Should I disappear during the next few weeks with minimal notice, a friend will be monitoring my account, so PMs and all will be all right. If she posts as me - it'll be TanyaDawn. xD Sometimes she forgets, so yeah. Any bumps or anything on my main if I disappear will be her, not me. Not unless I can take my laptop with and plug into my grandmother's internet. Which makes me shudder to even think of depending on her for that. sweatdrop
