Fullbring Basic Appearance:
Her stuffed cat, Miko, is usually thought to be the focal point of her abilities. In truth, there is a very small bead buried in the palm of her right hand, just underneath her scar. From it extends the wavy brown lines that form her odd tattoo.
Fullbring Active Appearance:
Ichiko’s fullbring is, in all technicality, subconsciously active at all times (thus the manifestation of the tattoo). However when she is conscious of it and actively channeling reiryoku, the tattoo glows a white-gold.
Fullbring Abilites:
-As the name indicates, Ichiko has the power to bring inanimate objects to life. She can also, with enough expenditure of spiritual energy, make them larger, smaller or even cause objects with no animation potential (such as, say a toy block) and cause them to grow limbs to move around. However working with objects without animation potential (i.e. limbs of their own, eyes, etc.) causes her to expend more spiritual power.
-Miko, her once stuffed toy cat, is the main facet of her powers and, as far as Ichiko knows, the only object to come to life. Unlike other objects Ichiko animates, Miko has been exposed to her for so long that the stuffed body has stored up spiritual energy over an extended period of time giving her life and personality without much need to rely on Ichiko if at all. Being the product of her powers, Miko knows more about them than Ichiko does, and does her best to instruct her, but for the most part keeps her ignorant of the spiritual world for her own protection. Miko can change her size at will either remaining in her small cat form or enlarging herself to tremendous size, claws and all, to combat hollow.
-Most of the objects around Ichiko’s home are alive in some way or another, going about their business in the middle of the night when their master and her family are asleep. Miko watches over these ‘underlings’ in the evening and monitors their activity, making sure they keep the house clean and don’t cause any trouble. They don’t really have any value in combat but make good distractions and will automatically move to defend Ichiko if she’s in trouble.

Personality: If you happen to inquire what Ichiko was like somewhere around two years ago, you’ll probably get a list of adjectives all in accordance with ‘hyper’. Not much has changed since then except, perhaps, that she’s a little more controlled than she was. A vibrant and energetic girl, she seems to draw people in through an aura of blinding friendliness. She is terribly curious, adores adventure and abhors boredom, and a bit impulsive overall which tends to get her into more trouble than she can get out of. A bit of a chatterbox, she likes to fill in silence with nonsense, songs and games. She has a mischievous streak and can seem like a bit of a troublemaker, but derives enjoyment from the smiles of others and dedicates herself to raising their spirits in whatever way she can.

History: Ichiko is, as her name states, first born of the Akiyama family, bakers whom spent most of their lives on the countryside. Originally the only child -despite her parent's efforts for a second- she spent most of her life with their attention solely on her. She got whatever she asked for as long as she behaved well. But a country life was simple and complacent and not at all entertaining. Driven by the folktales her mother would tell she started sneaking out at night to explore in search of the unexplained. Her attempts often resulted in failure and possible injury and much of her childhood was spent earning herself bumps, cuts and bruises. When her parents learned of such behavior they tried to stop it by explaining none of it was real- so Ichiko turned her attentions to detective stories instead. Needless to say it didn't stop her from getting into trouble and therefore grounded.
Lo and behold one boring, endless summer she encountered two friends who would forever change her life- Hina and Osamu. With the pair of them exploring by itself was exciting, it didn't matter if she found something or not. And both being of a slightly more reasonable nature Ichiko also earned herself two good consciences to stop some of her crazier shenanigans. Though it got a bit lonely when Hina was away she'd fill the time until she came back with Ozzy and wrote fervently to the younger girl.
Around the time she hit 13 her parents finally managed to give her a little brother to look after. It took effort to adjust to his presence, but eventually she even let him play with her precious toy cat, Miko, from time to time. A year later, Ichiko’s parents made plans to move after a, um, ‘incident’ and she had to leave the country behind. She spent one last summer there, saying her sad goodbyes to Osamus and Hina but promising to write to them about life in her new town, Karakura. And she does, spending some time everyday writing to them; sometimes even video chatting if Osamus’ connection is sound.
So moving to Karakura was pretty normal, right? Um, no. One day she started noticing that the people in the corner of her eye were becoming more real, and occasionally more gruesome to see. And then the next, Miko suddenly came to life and started kicking big white beasties out of the way. Not as strange as the ‘incident’ but still pretty odd.
Miko has been alive and walking for two years now. Aside from that, it’s been pretty boring in the town.

The real "item" though is the music inside the locket
Weapon Release Incantation: Let my voice be heard through eternity
Released Weapon Appearance (Active): As the music fades into nothing it simply merges with Kiyo's body. A red stripe appears around her neck, and then it branches off in four directions. Two of those branches slide across her arms and before it reaches her hands, they branch into five more branches which then end with circles on her knuckles.
The third branch slides across her back stopping again with a circle before it reaches her butt. And lastly the fourth branch slides a bit across her chest stopping before reaching her breasts, splitting once again into two branches that fall over her breast (though they are super tiny x.x), continuing across her body, along her legs, a circle formed on her knees, and then continuing until it reaches her feet where they split once again into 5 branches and stopping with circles.
These red kinda glowing stripes represent somehow her armor, which manipulate her physical abilities and make her do that what a normal human being can never do.
Weapon Abilities:
Speed of Sound: Kiyo is able to increase her speed, fast enough to even hold up with a cheetah.
Million Phoneme:She's able to emit ultra-soundwaves by screaming in an incredible high frequency. Not only will her opponent feel the soundwave's strength once hit directly but also slight stabs here and there which can cause inner bleeding if hit several times.Looks like this.
Sonic Sew: Kiyo forms soundwaves around her hands and uses their high frequency to pierce her opponents. With every punch she does, her opponent not only feels the pain of the punch but also slight stabs, which, if hit several times, can also cause inner bleeding.
Sound Sleep: If she screams in a high enough frequency she is able to make weak willed opponents faint without causing them any damage. In that way, she can eliminate opponents which are to weak for her to fight.
ECHO: This not only does increase her speed but also her strength x 4, making her a difficult opponent to beat, however, this "effect" can last only just a few minutes 5-7 min at most (5-7 posts). Also it has a few side effects after it being used.
1) She loses her hearing for 24 hours, and even though she regains her hearing again, it won't be as good as before. So if she uses this attack too often than she will eventually become deaf.
2)After it being used, since she lost all her spiritual energy, she is not able to fight any longer, mentally as well as physically. In short, if her opponent is not finished yet, then she's done for.

Personality: Most of the time quiet and nonchalant, but is easily angered. Her words are very blunt, and sometimes even hurt people, but at the same time she's awfully polite, making people think she might be joking around (which led her to a lot of street fights)

History:
Kiyo actually used to be a sweet girl who, even though a bit shy, never failed to smile, but... despite her bright smile, life wasn't holding a very bright future for the little raven haired girl.
She came from a quite rich family of IT engineers, and even though her parents were always busy, she never felt lonely because she had a loving brother with whom she'd sing day in day out.
Music was a passion for both siblings, and they would practice their vocals without wasting any seconds. Even though their parents had planned another future for them, seeing both their children this happy, they decided to let them pursue their dreams and eventually bought them instruments. Now, they could escort their voices with the beautiful melodies of their piano, played by her brother, and guitar, played by her. Kiyo's brother was extremely gifted and mastered the piano in no time, while Kiyo had some struggles with her guitar. Nevertheless she never lost hope, she loved her guitars sound and wanted to continue making more of those lovely notes.
Her brother however was getting a lot of request for joining quite famous music schools, and eventually, in less than a year, her brother was soon going abroad. This was something which Kiyo didn't like at all, and she evetually became unbelievably sad, she even became seriously sick, causing a hard time not only for herself, but also for her family. Her brother eventually had no choice but to refuse, however their parents did not allow such a thing, cause it was a rare opportunity. Kiya would get used to not having him around, and maybe that was for the better, since she was too attached to her brother.
There was only one month left until her brother had to go away, and this was also the last time they could celebrate Kiya's birthday. She was turning 8 years old, and even though she should have been jumping out of happiness since it was her birthday, she did not smile that day... well until...
In front of Kiya's eyes was swinging a cute heart locket, and behind it was her brothers face with that stupid grin of his.
It wasn't just a simple locket, but it had music attached on it. It was his first composition, and he gave it to his most beloved sister.
"Don't worry, I'll be coming back and be a famous pianist"
"Really? Promise?"
"I promise. And also if you ever feel lonely just listen to this, it will definitely cheer up, after all, I made this music thinking of your lovely smile."
Her smile returned and she did not hesitate to wear her brothers present. But, as the day was finally getting brighter things took their turn and the sun that seemed so dazzling just a while ago, now seemed dim and... red?
What happened? What was going on?
The walls were crushed and furnitures were scattered everywhere, but they weren't the only thing in that demolished room. There were bloodied bodies lying around everywhere, and pale looking humans standing on top of them with a worried look , some having some kind of chain attached on their chests and some not. Three of those humans without those chains were her family, and she easily recognized them. As she was trying to get closer to them, she realized that her body was in great pain and she was barely able to move. Her bones were crushed and not just that. A piece of glass was lying on the ground in which her reflection could be clearly seen and...
Was there something stuck in her right eye? It was difficult to be recognized from all the blood covering it, but it kinda resembled a piece of wood. She started to shake, and slowly her pain started to become greater and greater. Tears started to fall, though it was difficult to tell if they were really tears or just blood drops, and the little girl screamed. She looked at the direction where she saw her family... wait, weren't her parents beside her brother just a while ago? And who was the man in the black robes?
Her brother was watching her carefully, a sad smile curved across his lips.
"Sorry, lil' sis..."
What did he mean by that, why did it sound as if she was never going to see him again? What was that man doing with that sword of his? Where did her brother go?
As she woke up, she found herself in a white room with big windows, sun rays making the cold room seem so much warmer. Beside her bed was sleeping in an uncomfortable position a young woman. Her face was thin and she also had dark circles around her eyes. As Kiyo touched her with her small hands which also seemed way too thin and fragile, the woman immediately woke up and shouted.
"DOCTOR, DOCTOR SHE WOKE UP!"
Not long after that Kiyo found out that she had been in coma for about 2 years and that the woman beside her was the sister of her mother, her aunt.
It was not sure what had really happened but the police suspected that a bomb had exploded. The intention of the criminal had been to assassinate the Oguri family, but had failed to kill the youngest child. The reason of the attack was still unknown and so was the culprit, and Kiyo's memory of that incident was also lost along with the sight of her right eye.
Her beautiful mom was forever gone, and so was the teardrop that fell down her cheek, her handsome dad, was also forever gone, and so did the 2 other teardrops that followed the first one, her lovely brother was forever gone too, and so were the uncountable tears that followed the previous ones.
"Liar!" she had whispered while holding tight on the music locket.
A few weeks after her recover she noticed that the world she once knew was not the same anymore. Not only could she see now the world of the dead but also hear things she did not want to hear.
The world had become loud, too loud, it was almost unbearable to listen to. She started to hate this world, BOTH worlds,and tried her best to shut both her ears and eyes, so that she would not need to see the carefree lives of those people.
At the age of 11 she started to train boxing but quit as soon as the band was formed. However, she never really stopped training, since she would often practice at home, while listening to music full volume.... using her speakers... And her room is not soundproof... (not to mention all the street fights she causes, often coming home with several bruises)
At the age of 15 she eventually found some people whom, even though she does not consider them truly friends, she does kind of trust them. With them she created a rock band called (still thinking of da name). She plays the guitar and is the lead vocal of the band.

Before I approve I have one or two question~ :3
Firstly; Do you not have a Visual Reference to Kiyo? If not thats Fine~ I only just wanted to ask ^^ If I missed a Link... Whoops~ . o.

Secodly; Her ECHO ability. Is it possible to get a few of the Side effects of using such a strong ability.
Other than that one minor Detail I don't see anything wrong with this :3

Omg lol, glad u liked my character haha XD Well, the side effects... let's seeeee... hmmmm Fist of all, like in EVERY anime, when using a strong attack than of course after that she'll be drained out of her energy and won't be able to even lift a finger, plus, because of the enormous noise and high frequencies, even though she might be immune to loud noises, there are also limitations, so each time she uses that, she will lose her hearing for 24 hours, and even though they might recover her hearing won't be as good as it was before... in short if she uses it too much she will become deaf <---- she won't be able to make music anymore and well, music is her life so, she might as well be dead razz I hope that's satisfying (didn't really think of the side effects until u told me haha XD ) :3 Thanks for approving. I'll patiently wait for another 2 to approve *_* My head is already exploding with ideas MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So. Your blades abilities aren't broken into shikai and bankai so it's a little confusing. Also: being able to move at the speed of sound seems a little overpowered to me. If the blade only has shikai - which I assume from a human - it seems like it has a lot of abilities for a human turned soul reaper.

Somber Ash So. Your blades abilities aren't broken into shikai and bankai so it's a little confusing. Also: being able to move at the speed of sound seems a little overpowered to me. If the blade only has shikai - which I assume from a human - it seems like it has a lot of abilities for a human turned soul reaper. Overpowered, really D: Damn sad I totally did not think of dat -_- Ummmmm..... Theeeeeeeeeeen... How about her speed not being at the speed of sound but, slower (duh) though, I would really like to keep the direction changing in mid air thingy (because it's just too cool *_*) Let's say what I wrote above was just a way of saying she's really really fast, fast enough for a human with some powers.... Okie... I must sound really stupid right now, I know... Teehee :3 But is the speed the only problem or is echo also a problem in her abilities D:
