Oh man it was REALLY hard to choose customs and ended up taken on two more than I initially thought I'd take on...

But well, everyone has OCs and not too many dastardly edits, so 300k will be the prices for everyone <3

Hair Style: Short, wavy/curly- completely and utterly a mess.
Hair Color: Bright Red

Eye Color: Bright Red
Skin Color: Paper-white. Black panda-like markings around the eyes, and then a red spiderweb-making around one eye (see 'Spenser' reference for probably the best look at it, but it's the same marking around the same eye for both 'Spenser' and 'Faux'

Clothing Edits: Typical mad-scientist gear- long labcoat, thick rubber gloves... Normal pants where visible, normal shoes are fine. (see the 'Faux' reference for the rough idea)
Clothing Colors: Gloves and shoes should be black and sort of shiny, pants can be white or gray. His labcoat is... ostensibly white, but should be covered in a lot of mysterious ominous stain-age, especially slime green and cherry red (it might vaguely look like he fished it out of a dumpster- and cherry red, not faded blood-red because the stains aren't... actually blood. They just look kinda unsettling if you don't remember blood dries kinds brown-ish. Again, you can see the 'Faux' reference, but maybe not QUITE as grungy).

Other Edits: A tail similar to the Gaia Squid Tail item (I put it in the references)- it should be somewhat cartoony and vaguely absurd and non-threatening (instead of the color of the Gaia item, could I have it striped red and black?)
Also, a sort of unsettling slasher-smile (you can look at the Faux reference for roughly what I'm looking for).
Also, a red shiny spider-shaped pin on his coat (see 'Faux' again).
Also, I know you said you're not good at weapons, so optionally- maybe holding a scalpel?

Anything else?: While Ersatz is based on another pet that is a mouse/mouse anthromorph (long story), I don't actually want him to be a mouse here. Slightly-mutated mad scientist, yes, but not a mouse this time. I threw in the 'Faux' reference a lot in the specifications, but he doesn't have to strictly follow it- it was just handy that that incarnation was a mad scientist as well.
I have permission to re-create him as a Pockettu from the owner of the other shop- if you choose to make him and need me to prove it, I'll work with you on that~ (He is a Gen 1 pet, and while there are two pets/names, it is just the same pet- one is just anthro'd. They have different names because of Silly RP reasons.)

Skin Color: dolphin gray with white markings around the eyes, throat, and under arms.

Clothing Edits: She typically wears girly dresses. Things with ribbons and bows and little flower designs. The reference has just a basic dress. You can change it to look any way you feel the muse to do. On her head she wears a old fashioned ladies hat. It's supposed to be a rather prettified version of a old fashioned sea captains hat.
Clothing Colors:It just has to be a bright girly color! Pink, yellow, purple, sea green, white, or blue!

Other Edits: She does have two feet, and she has a dolphin like tail (Sort of like in the ref. The tail is like a anthro tail, just shaped like a little dolphins!)

Anything else?: Ghost is absolutely attached to this little red ball of hers. It's smaller then a baseball and can be included if you like.

Clothing Edits: Tank top with modified straps across his chest to hold his weapon and baggy pants with a regular belt and boots. 'Ninja' mask that sticks to his skin and covers his nose/mouth and down to a portion of his chest. See Refs.
Clothing Colors: White top, black straps, brown pants, black mask, and black boots.

Other Edits: Modified halberd, one end is intricately done to look almost like a swan, held in one hand. The other arm edited to be holding his unique ninja mask up as if he's either putting it on or taking it off.

Anything else?: Tattoo of a Sun on his Right Shoulder. Tattoo of a Moon on his Left Shoulder. Main one going from under his right eye, across his mouth then chin, neck, and down his chest some. It has rendered him to wear the mask and he never speaks. Long scar along his left side, reaching from his hip to about middle chest. Now I'll be opening Follower Customs!
