Kiki sees the pit reopening and gasps. She looks up at her master, terrified. "I...I will be good, sir!" While she did not want to, now was clearly not the time to be fighting. She would be good, for now... She tried to scramble away from the pit and the skeletons, fearful of being returned into the pit.

Uzu woke up, her small eyes fluttering open as she sat up. With a small yawn and stretch, she heads back downstairs to look for Kiki and her master. Hearing talking outside, Uzu glances out a window to see the pit, as well as a wounded Kiki. She gasped, but knew better than to run out there herself. All she could do was hope that everything was alright, and that she wouldnt be left alone with this creature.

Kiki follows Raxus inside, grateful that she didnt have to return to the pit. The sounds of the skeletons echoed in her mind as her small body was shaking. Hugging herself tightly, she heads into the house and was amazed to see the wounds gone, but held in her disgust as he kissed her cheek. Choosing to withhold any snide remarks for a while, she simply walked into the next room.

Uzu watched as the two came back. She could see the wounds healing and was secretly grateful that he had healed them. As Kiki walks into the house, Uzu runs up and hugs her. "I'm so glad youre ok!" Kiki had to restrain from pushing the girl away, not wanting to be in any more trouble at the moment. Kiki rather stood there and took the hug with a small nod, but the sounds of the skeletons eating the guards rang in her ears.

Kiki and Uzu finish up their breakfasts and wash up the dishes. Heading back into the living room, the girls freeze, seeing hooded figures in the living room. Kiki just glares at them suspiciously while Uzu hugs her tail, hiding a bit behind Kiki. They look over at Raxus to find an explanation.

The girls nod, but keep a cautious eye on the followers as they listen. They watch them head outside and then look at each other. Kiki looks more annoyed than anything, not happy to be in a situation where she is truly punished as well as with crazy creatures roaming everywhere. Uzu was a bit more fearful, not liking the darkness of their new home, along with all the secrets it seemed to hold.

Kiki glances over and catches Raxus' glare. Immediately wiping the annoyance off of her face. She watches as Uzu gets the attention and has to try hard yet again not to scoff or roll her eyes. Instead, Kiki looks out the window, noticing the darkness rapidly approaching. She walks to the window, staring out in confusion. "What the...~"

Uzu blushes softly as Raxus sits her in his lap, petting her. She swayed her tail slowly. She thinks about his question before giving a small answer. "I...I dont really know, sir. I was in the slave shop for as long as I can remember..." Her voice trails as she too glances out the window to see the dark mass. She immediately hugs onto her master tightly. "S-sir...What...What is that?"

Kiki gasps as she watches the fog closing in, numerous creatures and skeletons emerging. Seeing the skeletons caused Kikis breath to quicken, fear returning to her as she recalls staying the night in the grave. Hearing Raxus snap at her, Kiki jumps immediately away from the window, not needing to be told twice when the skeletons were involved.

Uzu huddled into her master, her small body shaking in fear in his lap as he pet her. She listens intently, but remains curled up in his lap, too afraid to move or say a word for fear that just a small sound would cause something to come after her. A small amount of pink returns to Uzu's pale cheeks as Raxus informs her he doesnt want her harmed, but the idea of the fog coming even closer quickly eliminated the remaining color in her face.

Uzu's body shakes as she buries herself into her master, the sounds of the battle outside scaring her. Her ears perk a bit as she hears Raxus begin to sing. The soothing song caused her body to relax slightly as she wrapped her soft tail around herself. Feeling his lips to her cheek, Uzu blushes softly.

Kiki could hear the skeletons battling on and on and clenched her eyes, failing in her attempts to forget her recent experience. Her body shakes as she hugs herself. The curiosity of the happenings outside was getting to her, but her fear of the skeletons kept her at bay a safe distance from the window.

Uzu continues to remain curled up in her master's lap as the home goes quiet once more. She was feeling safer, a bit more comfortable, but still had a strange feeling about this place, as well as the man who's lap she was in. Feeling his lips to her cheek once more, a small amount of color returned to her face once more. Having no interest in the tv, Uzu leaves her face up against Raxus' chest as it had been.

Kiki steps towards the window as things go silent. Looking out, she sees the last of the creatures disappear and once more stands right by the window. Her intent was to not necessarily anger her master with this move, but rather to irritate and let him know that she was still Kiki, she just didnt like skeletons. Hearing Raxus' request and feeling his cold eyes glaring her down, Kiki rolls her eyes before turning to face him. "Of course, sir." She replied as snidely and coldly as she could get away with, the sarcasm subtle, but there as she heads in the direction of the kitchen, starting a pot of coffee as she grumbles quietly to herself. She was not only upset with her new living arrangements, but was becoming rather annoyed with the attention Uzu was receiving.
