Fins: I would like the optional seathi fins (the full set) on him, but opting for a mane instead of neck fins. the webbing can be filled in with a sort of translucent black, if you can do it. if you check the reference photos you can see that weird fin on the bottom, sort of like that.

Other Notes: based on my own black ghost knife... basically if you can mimic the design and make it slightly more interesting (you may cc small tiny white marking if you'd like, or keep him super simple) so he retains the black ghost look, that's awesome.

Nope! ~*~ Colors & Markings ~*~ Body: Blue with faint purple markings throughout. The underside belly should fade to no markings, same with the neck. Face: Slightly lighter blue in the cheeks, with light purple eyes. Very faint bit of purple eye shadow. Mane: Very loose and wispy hair, with some of it loosely bound together in the back with a strand of plain silver pearls/beads. Two tiny purple beads hanging off one of the lose strands near the face, that stagger in size a little. No hair stick like in the ref, since edits are limited to moderate. Mane is a large loose braid, Like this But with bangs like this It's held together by a bead. Tail: Same color as the mane. The tail will not be braided but it will be super thick with a bead holding it together t the end. also it looks like she just went for a hair cut. Hooves/Fetlocks: fetlocks tapering into this color e0feff hooves same color as mane.
