"Alright." She was feeling far more confident about this whole thing now. "I know this isn't the time for introductions, but I figure things will be easier with names. Instead of 'that ghoul', 'that other ghoul' and so on." And they were fairly safe for the moment here, it seemed. She threw a strained, but well-meaning smile at the other ghouls.
The fact that one of them was emitting a glow of her own certainly made things easier, too. What was it Amrita had called her, Siobhan? That seemed about right. "And thank you for, er, glowing. That's really cool."
"Right, ranged attacks!" She picked up a nearby skull from the pile of bones, inspired by the horseman's earlier attack. Leo doubted she could hit as hard as he had, but she could certainly try! She walked a bit away from the others, just in case this backfired, before lobbing the skull at the creature as hard as she could.
It sailed far clear of the enemy. Well, at least it didn't seem like she would attract its attention with her failed throw. She quickly jogged back to the group guided by Siobhan's light. "Well, that was a bust."

"Yeah! Nothing wrong with introductions, it helps to know names. What's yours, again? I'm sorry, I remember you put in your form, but..." The Vetala trailed off before chuckling at their very happy lamp.
Ranged attacks. Amrita made a face at the suggestion; the last ranged attack she tried, she lost her hand...which wasn't good for anybody. Leaning down she picked up a hefty looking bone, casting a dubious glance at her fellow Year 3. Well, she'd hate to get hit by the creature, it certainly looked all sorts of painful, but at the same time...she really had no aim when it came to throwing. Much like Christof, she preferred to hit with her own two hands.
But, alright, she'd try it his way.
She lobbed the bone in the direction of the glowy-eyed monster, hearing it clatter uselessly back to the ground.
"...Yup. Not doing ranged next time." She grumbled to herself, instead settling into something of a defensive pose. If she couldn't hit the beast, she could at least keep the first years out of harms way.

"I'm Leo." She'd have stuck her hand out, but yeah, totally not the time for that right at the moment. "Yeah, ranged seems pretty hard here. Maybe it's the lack of visibility?" She wasn't a ranged attack expert by any means; the only time she'd fought, it'd been up close and personal. And even then she'd gotten her a** handed to her.

THUD - RUMBLE.
For anybody who had known the Colossus was with their party, the sound of her hitting the ground after falling through the ice was obvious - Albeit, the shattering of all the bones did cause Sura some discomfort as she rolled up slowly onto her side, casting the look of her eyes about the room curiously.
It seemed someone was glowing it up to illuminate the room for everybody, and she passed the little ghost ghoul a thankful look, before she looked away again to glance around the room and the dim lights inside of it.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
It seemed they weren't the only ones in the room either, based on the way lights danced about just outside of Siobhan's glow-range, the Colossus's glowing eyes turning to look towards the shadowy shapes as they turned red...

As one of the shapes passed by her, flinging bones about, she brought her tail swinging through them, the fleshy wrecking-ball slamming into it hard enough to pause the giant shape for just a moment, before it moved on again, leaving Sura to fling some of the flying bones away from her.
Not surprisingly, flung bones actually kind of hurt.

Shun almost threw a dagger at Sura when he heard and felt something very heavy hit the ground, thinking it was the enemy. Thankfully, he held himself back once he saw it was another student.

Sura might not have liked it if Shun had thrown a dagger at her - if it had actually hit her and not her armor. But that would have required him throwing it first.

Shun should know who that was.
The ghoul let out a groan as the sounds of cracking bones echoed around her and she immediately leapt up to her feet, only to stumble on a few more loose bones. It took a moment for her eyes to adjust, but the faint glow of Siobhan helped. It didn’t take long to notice though, that thankfully this was where the rest of the group had went, and next, they were under attack.
“Oh, about time!” Hel snapped, whipping off her gloves and summoning her spear, only to be whipped in the face by some flying bones.

The reaper scowled after she was smacked in the face, and gripped her weapon tightly before all out charging the thing that had barreled through them.
Hel pulled back her spear and swung it before leaping back after making a hit. She glanced around quickly to see who else fell, barely making about Amrita, and ah…Shun! Shun was always a welcomed sight…along with some first years. Okay…they weren’t exactly a welcomed sight, but still, better in numbers, right?

It was an extra good thing that Shun did not throw his dagger then. In any case, more students were still dropping down from the ice bridge up top. For the one that just came down now, he did not have to look to know who it was right away.
"Nice of you to join us, Hel," he murmured. This was both a good thing and a concern. On one hand, they now had another third year student to keep things in line. On the other, it meant that the people up top had a little less firepower right now as well.
"Fall back and help me stay between that thing and the scarelings. We don't know what it's capable of," he warned the Valkyrie. As he did, he remained where he was, just shifting the bag he had a bit so that he could be a little more mobile if needed.

"YES! Good good!" Tseng cried out before jumping to a spot behind the dark haired reaper. There, he snapped into a ready pose.
"Protect the young ones! Defeat the beast! Gain all the glory! We will have this day become a part of history!"

Shun shot a glance back at the horseman, giving a rather flat stare.

“The pleasure is all mine, Shun.” Hel returned, glancing over her shoulder at the reaper who was not in his leather jacket.
“Nah.” She interjected. “How about I stay between you and this thing, while you stay behind me and protect the scarelings.” Was she that full of herself? Maybe. Was she feeling a little reckless, definitely. She just wanted to be all up in the fighting. The more dangerous the better, and dangerous was right next to this thing.

Merope folded his fins tightly against his sides as he fell, curling up into a ball and squeezing his good eye shut before burying his face into his knees. In this fashion the undead sea serpent cannon balled into the pile of bones, the impact resulting in a brief shower of bones. He huddled there, waiting as the other students began to seek each other out before slowly uncurling and rising. He was giving off a subdued glow, one that dimmed considerably when the laughing began.
"Ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff --" Merope began, cut off as --
-- he nimbly leaped to one side, avoiding it all together. As he spun towards it, his glow grew brighter with the accomplishment.

It had occurred to her as she fell, that having become an upperclassman in Amityville, she would be tasked with the responsibility of looking out for their juniors and making sure they all made it out alive, or at least, be expected to do something along those lines. Sure, she was okay with that, and considering she was in her element here -
BAM!
- or not.
The ghoul grimaced as she was slammed into by the charging creature, feeling a twang of annoyance as she was unceremoniously flung aside.
Where were the rest?
Sioban's glow soon caught her attention, and she could begin to make out the figures of the other students that have fallen in before her. Ah, it looks like the two reapers were already starting to take charge of the situation. Edel shrugged and began making her way towards the group, figuring it might be better to stick together for now.
