Huffing and gasping from exhaustion, Ariyoul saw Roxie's tear and felt odd, even a little bad. He couldn't exactly say he was completely guilty though. Perhaps, if this lady Reaper managed to survive him, he'll stay for a concert - if he isn't killed first. Whatever amount of the song she went through that he could listen to was actually not bad.
After seeing the girl's guitar frozen in places, he felt a little satisfied. He was tired, and didn't exactly think chasing the girl would be wise in his condition. She had his pins, or at least, one of them.

The girl sat huddled behind the boxes, bringing her knees to her chest. Roxie just needed a quick rest for a moment to calm down and catch her breath. For some reason, it didn't seem like the "Reaper" was coming after her, not from what she could hear anyway. 'I have to get away...it's the only way' she decided. First, she needed to defrost her guitar so the guitarist began rubbing the ice and melting it. At the same time, she began forming a plan for her escape. All of her pins were fully functional, having only used her Pawn so far. There was likely only one shot at escape and no room for failure.Roxie's Stats HP: 324/500

(You're doing really good ^^ I'm not being too 'overpowering' yet, right? xD) And just as he thought he was going to let her go, she begins to attempt defrosting his perfect, winter-infused ice! Ariyoul examined his pins and found his Lightning Pawn the only one seriously used, besides his Yoshimitsu. Just wait a little longer, and he'll regain his strength...
Ariyoul sat and watched, wondering which pin to stop her progress with. Perhaps he really should break her guitar. She seemed to like it. Poor lady Reaper.
"Are you trying to defrost my perfect ice?"

((Thanks ^-^ No, not too overpowering. Roxie would be alot stronger if she wasn't so timid though lol Besides, she still doesn't have a signature move yet)) After her rubbing, the most Roxie managed to melt was to seperate the strings. They were very much still covered in ice though it would be enough to use her pins. Playing it would have to wait until it was completely defrosted. So she decide to wait a little longer and continue rubbing the ice until, the voice of the "Reaper" called out to her. The guitarist flinched in fear, looking around for the source of the voice. 'He can see me?! I...I have to move!' Roxie jumped to her feet and dart from the backstage. So her guitar was out but she still had her pins. Taking out her Ovis pin, she struch her guitar two times, firing the bolts into the ceiling. Her goal was to some how electricute a lightbulb and give it power. The first shot failed but second proved fruitful. It provided enough light for the girl to see where the exit was; her escape. 'Now's my chance!' she told herself and ran for the opening.Roxie's Stats HP: 324/500

(I like Roxie xD She's like a normal shy person. to all those godmodders out there) "Oh no, you little voiceless sparrow. I want you dead on the concert stage."
Ariyoul fired a bolt of Lightning Rook towards the entrance, tired but staring darkly. He had wished for the damn room to stay dark, but of course, the lady Reaper simply had to activate a bulb. No matter. He'll just destroy it.
...Wait, the bulb was over there. Dammit.
He wasn't strong enough for him to throw a Winter Blade at it, nor was his only positive pin charged. Perhaps he should calm down a little, take it slow... It's not like Roxie was going to leave that fast, right? Maybe he really should destroy that wretched instrument of hers. Ariyoul's comment completely went over her head. She was this close to the exit and getting further away from her pursuer. That's when the Lightning Rook shot in front of her, making her fall backwards in shock. Roxie was stunned, her heart racing as she was almost shot. Bringing her guitar into a hug, she trembled in fear of what she had come to realize. Even if she had escaped, the "Reaper" would still pursue her. Who could help her? It wasn't like she could call for help and was doubtful other players would risk getting erased as well. The fact of the matter was, she was going to be erased while running. 'I don't...want to be erased. So then...' The girl stood and turned around, holding her guitar like she normally would. She looked up, tears welling in her eyes, prepared to face the red eyed man.Roxie's Stats HP: 324/500

Ariyoul sighed, closing his eyes while taking off his hood. He clawed through his dark hair, watching Roxie with his usual icy crimson gaze. This lady Reaper was acting odd. What feisty Reaper gives in without much of a fight?
"Are you prepared for death so soon? Ya know, lady Reaper, I didn't think it'd be so simple for a Player to corner a Reaper. That riff you had earlier? Impressive enough. Just blow it down when I send you to the afterlife, before you piss someone off, alright? Send me a postcard, sure, feel free to."
Ariyoul didn't have much energy left, so he sat on the railings and watched her carefully. If she attacked first with her pins, since he realized his blade had done something wondorous - in his perspective - to the guitar, then he'll just have to avoid it. Unfortunately, all he knew was that she had a Pawn... but that wasn't much of a detour.
What a climax of a battle, this was! Ariyoul couldn't remember the last time he had been in a fight so intense, even in the RG. Maybe the Game wasn't so bad. Roxie shook her head, denying his claim of calling her Reaper. If she was going to be killed, she wanted to die as a player and not one of his fellow foul, evil and heartless Reapers. Still, how exactly was she to do that? It wasn't like she could say anything but... 'Oh yeah, that!' the girl recalled, reaching into her pocket for that pin. Once she found it, she held it up proudly for him to see her Player Pin. It was undeniable proof she was a player, playing for her second second chance. Proof she wasn't going down without giving it her all. Pocketing the pin, she took out her Ovis and struck the guitar strings as hard as possible. The electricity surged through the instrument and broke off the rest of the ice. She quickly switched for her pick and shot a watery eyed glare at her assailant. Striking the guitar yet again, a soundwave was shot in Ariyoul's direction.Roxie's Stats HP: 324/500

Hmm? It seemed Roxie was a Player. And she broke his ice. Oh, how angry he is.
He knew he couldn't possibly avoid both the Ovis bolt and the soundwave, but he'd much rather get hit by that Ovis than suffer the same deafening fate of earlier.
The lightning hit his chest cleanly, blossoming a sharp pain in the torso. Perhaps this Player wasn't as thoughtless as he thought.
"A proud Player, are you? I'm a Player as well, sparrow," Ariyoul murmured, fishing into his pocket, brandished the black skull pin, and flipping his Player pin to activate the scan. The girl was a Player, and a legal one. Her voice must have been her entry fee. It clicked in his mind, making sense.
"Ah... It seems your voice was... That makes sense, little sparrow. Kind of a shame. I needed a partner, but after my beautiful masterpiece of ice you decided to crush, I... really can't let you go." The guitarist watched as the lightning hit Ariyoul and was a little surprised that it did. She was even more surprised to discover her assailant wasn't a Reaper but instead a Player. 'He's...a Player? Then...we can stop fighting!' Roxie smiled, relieved at this revelation. However, it didn't seem to make a difference to Ariyoul as it seemed he still intended to erase her. The girl shook her head in disbelief, taking a step back. 'Is he serious? But...we're both Players! Why?' she asked herself, getting teary eyed again. She couldn't, she wouldn't erase another Player, relieving them of their right to a second chance. But he intended to do just that. Ariyoul looked at Roxie, who seemed to be crying again. Geez, were other Players that afraid to be erased or something? His second chance was just a bonus in this little Game.
"Don't make that face at me. I'm not the evil one - you crushed my hopes and dreams embedded in my ice," he mused nonchalantly, flipping Excalibur. "Alright, alright, if it makes you stop the waterworks. Play somethin' that won't wreck my ears, would you? And be careful about it. Don't need my body blown apart too."
He had something in mind, and he gripped his Player pin and Yoshimitsu pin. A Reaper probably set up this farce... and he'll rebel soon. But what was happening now was going to be done... Wiping her eyes, Roxie nodded in agreement to play something. This would be her first time playing for someone other than her family, so her nerves were beginning to surface. What song should she play? She did have one in mind but would need the other music for it to sound right. Going to the stage, she began to set up the music she had on her mp3. Luckily she had this on her when she died. Once the music started and she was set up, she'd begin playing loud as she normally would without hurting anyone. It was strange how the sound that came out only hurt when Roxie wanted it to. Probably a side effect of being in the UG.Roxie's Stats HP: 324/500

"Hmm... I know this song. You listen to weird music," the hacker mused. He smirked as the familiar chords streamed to his ears. This was an old song that he remembered and edited on his sound editor as a child.
Roxie seemed nostalgic of this place, as well as a little nervous. Perhaps something happened here. If so, why was she here in the first place? If the memories were so awful, why come relieve them?
He stared at his Player pin, rubbing the white skull, keeping an open eye and ear for the guitarist. Best he stay alert, or she'll be a little disappointed. Yes, he didn't wish for her negativity.
"Play this. I remember it as I grew up."

Roxie pouted when she finished the song at Ariyoul's comment. There was a wide variety in her taste of music. She listened to just about every genre, taking enjoyment in each. That wasn't weird, was it? Looking up at the only lit light, she began to think about finding a partner and fast. At this rate, she might not last long, especially if there was another incident like today. Coming back to reality, the guitarist nodded and agreed to the next song Ariyoul requested this time. This song wasn't new to her, so she should be able to play it right. 'This isn't so bad I guess. Then again, I'm only playing to one person...' After tuning her instrument, she began playing the song. Slowly, the girl was beginning to loosen up the more she played.Roxie's Stats HP: 324/500

Ariyoul was very fond of his ice, obviously, so he tossed an rose-shaped piece of ice at Roxie and sighed, "It ain't the best, but you get my drift." The hacker brushed off his clothes, ridding then of dust and pouted. "My hoodie's messed up, dammit. It took hours to find this thing."
He stared up at the ceiling, counting the lines that intersected and connected. It wasn't very interesting, truth be told - while Roxie was strumming, Ariyoul didn't have much to do besides listen in interest. He was never one to sit still.
Ah, he was also a little fond of calling Roxie "little sparrow."
