"A teacher and three students..."Seriously, Lorina thought Cedric's blush was one of the cutest things he could possibly do, but she kept the thought to herself. Instead, she listened to what he said. His answer almost caused her to frown, since she certaintly wasn't born into fame and talant. "So, you're saying a good portion of your career is luck?" Surprised by the thought, she lowered her hands to evaluate that idea more. Sure, she'd read magazine articles about The Pack's overnight success, but she'd always assumed they each had an agents that worked to get them where they were. If it really was all luck, then she would need to go check out one of Bonaventura's or Caliu's classes to find out how to make luck, because she certaintly did have much.

Cedric knew he had to chose his words carefully. He didn't want her to think that it was just luck. It was more than that. A whole lot more. Cedric had luck and more. "Well part of it. You also need skill, connections, and will power. No one is going to look at you if you can't sing or play an instrument. No one is going to listen to you if you don't get in their way and have people you know help you and no one is going to help you unless you help yourself." He answered her.

"A teacher and three students..."Considering his words with thought, she nodded once, to show that she was listening. It was nice to hear that becoming famous wasn't all about luck, though she was still sure that it played a large role; Lorina just hated that she didn't have an luck. She was the type of girl who would wash a car and then it rained the next day. His last few words were fairly inspiring, so she quickly wrote them down in her teeny notebook as she told him, "And how did you 'help yourself'?" Generally, Cedric was a shy sort of guy, so she was curious as to how he broke into fame. If what he was saying applied to himself, then there had to be some part of him that was determined enough to not back down from what he wants.

His answer was going to be a little personal and he took in a breath before he answered the girl about his break through. "I'm a shy person and if I didn't take the step I wouldn't have met the other members of the pack. All the tv interviews and the public appearances." He answered her. He had to get over his shyness to do those kinds of things.

"A teacher and three students..."Well, that made sense, and she could see where he would need to forcefully get over being shy to do things like an interview; else he would have ended up being miserable. "So you managed to get over some of your shyness." She restated, musing about how tha could possibly help her. Lorina wasn't the least bit shy, but she didn't have the best of luck. She was hoping for that to create a certain balance, but there were a couple of things left that might be able to help her career grow. "Any other words of advice?"
With only a handful of students signed up and all of them being returning members, Bellatrix thought it was time for a new tactic. Leaving the table and equipment with the current captain, she stood from her seat, choosing to mingle among the students for a bit. With any luck, she would find more members for her club.

Koran wondered around the club rush thing. It was clear that there were a bunch of clubs, but he wasn't sure which ones that he wanted to join. There didn't seem to be any Asian language clubs or an anime club. He weaved through the aisles trying to find at least one that suited his fancy and would help continue his nerd obsession.

Cedric scratched the back of his head. He didn't think he was totally over his shyness. "No. Not really. I can't go on dates with women and if I do I have to have known her for a while and it's usually my friends who introduced me." He answered with a gentle smile. "I think the most important thing is to trust in yourself and never give up."

"A teacher and three students..."So it seemed Cedric wasn't completely over his shyness, but that wasn't too surprising. It was part of his nature, and if she was remembering right, the last issue of Modern Witch said that he was single. Was that a result of being shy? Ah well, it didn't really concern her, as she was far more interested in gaining more information on making it to fame. His last words were great, since she knew that giving up on herself would never be an option. So out three things he'd mentioned to become a success, she fit into two. That's be find. "Thank you very much mister Hickman." Setting her pen and tiny notebook into her bag, she beamed a smile toward the man. She would move on for now, since she'd still had yet to find the drama club booth, and because if she spoke any longer to Cedric, she was sure she'd end up saying something really stupid. "I hope you'll visit the club again."

Sitting behind the booth labeled 'Drama Club', Solo anxiously checked his watch again. After he had started as a teacher there, he had been approached by the Drama Club advisor asking for his assistance; he would be in charge of crew and painting sets, which he had agreed to partially for a way to grant extra credit to his art students. Also, the teacher had promised to introduce him to a member of his favorite band and had quickly followed through. He glanced up as his redheaded friend approached, relieved that he didn't have to man the booth alone any longer.
Having arrived a little behind schedule, Adney was relieved to find his assistant advisor already set up. Moving to slip into the empty chair beside him, he glanced at the information laid out. "Thanks for setting all of this up." he smiled, relaxing a bit. He had been running late due to his pregnant fiancée, but Solo seemed to understand and simply nodded. The redhead glanced at his partner, wearing a dress shirt and vest, then down at himself; he was wearing a nice shirt, yes, but the sleeves were rolled up to his elbow and the top button undone. Shrugging it off, he turned his attention back to the students milling about.
Wandering about the rush, Cam continued to look for a familiar face. He had agreed to make an appearance at the Drama Club booth to help drum up some business for it, though he was also here to check on his old music teacher and his club. While Cam had been a member of the music club for most of the time at the school, he did have a habit of missing meetings every now and then. He had heard through the grapevine that Cedric would be there, which had been another thing to draw him to the rush. He continued around the area, slowly making his way towards the Music Club booth. There, he spotted his old teacher as well as Cedric and a student. "Ceeeeeeedriiiiiic~" he called in a sing-songy tone as he approached, smiling brightly at the sight of his dear friend.
Despite her many years at the school, Asta had yet to actually join a club. However, since most of her friends had either graduated or would be soon, she decided it was about time. That, and the fancy fiery one had mentioned he would be here that day to support his brother. Gravitating towards the soccer club booth, she studied the various things laid out. She had been a fan of this soccer for many years, and it was one of the only sports that she actually understood completely; after all, the sport had been around a long time, though it had grown and changed drastically over the years.

Simon peeked in curiously, he had no idea what was going, no one told him anything important... well, at least not yet anyway, "S'pose it comes part and parcel with being a new student..." he mumbled, deciding that just staring at the goings on from a distance was going to tell him nothing he strode in, looking about to see what was happening, he felt qand looked like a curious lost puppy, nt sure where he was, or what he was doing, but sure that something of interest was near by, there were a few studnets littered about the place, or at least Simon thought they were students, he decided it best to just look in on stalls, wait until someone put him out of his misery and either told him to get out or informed him as to what was going on. ((I think I have the right idea with this post, correct me if I'm wrong.))

Angel noticed the girl looking at his soccer booth and smiled at the girl. "Our team is co-ed." He told her. Angel knew well to use both girls and boys in soccer games. "I hope my own granddaughter followed in the soccer steps." He wanted to show that he supported women in sports.
((Yeah. Now just go up to a booth. There is a list on the first page.))

Using his magnificent detective skills, ie reading the posters and unintentionally earwigging conversations, Simon discovered that this was a club recruitment drive of some sort... and not being so sure what some of the clubs were about and others just not taking his interest, he ventured to the soccer clubs table, "Honestly, I don't see why Americans can't call it football, you use your feet to kick a ball across a field. The main parts of American football involve their hands and a leather creation that more resembles an oval than a sphere... and there I go again." Simon said, realising he'd gone off on a tangent, and it was probably rahter rude to be criticising the name of their clubs, "It's not their fault the predominant amount of studnets would recognise football as "soccer"" he thought, just examining everything they had on the stall.

Cedric smiled at the girl. He was going to do his best to make sure the music club was successful. "I hope to see you at the club." The man said to the girl. He wanted things to go fine. He had a moment of quiet before he was surprised by the red-head drummer. He was so surprise that he fell and ended up on his back looking up at the ceiling. "Thanks Cam." The man commented with a frown. Mizuki picked up herself from the chair and walked over to her husband. Carrying with her her new born daughter. The drama booth was looking nice and it almost made Mizuki jealous of what it. She smiled and used Isadora's little had to wave at her father. The girl let out a smile as she spit out a bit. It was a normal for babies. "Hi daddy. Don't I look cute today." Mizuki said in a high pitched voice and acting as a mock Isadora.

"A teacher and four students..."Smiling at his words, she nodded enthusiastically. She was signed up for the club, and she was sure that having John as the advisor would keep her busy doing something to improve. Raising her hand in a simple wave, she was about to turn away when a head of red hair caught her eye. Staying where she was, she watched in shocked silence as Camrion Sol approached the Music Club booth. "Oh. My. God." Her words came out just as they had before, when she’d first noticed Cedric. How could both stars be here, at the same time, in front of her? Distantly, she registered that he was saying the other man’s name, and she simply stood by as Cedric fell. With her initial surprise thawed out, she began laughing. Cam’s trick wasn’t necessarily creative, but it was amusing, especially to an imp like herself.
Choosing to return to her booth, Bellatrix was mildly surprised to see her cousin leaning against the table top. Frowning faintly, she continued on her path. There was no need to argue with the girl now while she was on the clock, and it seemed that Aurora thought so as well, as the siren moved on once the teacher was spotted. Sighing, she sat down, a small smile appearing as her captain reported the joining of a new member. Well, that at least was good.
Having spent some time near the color guard table to chat with the captain and flirt with the assistant, Aurora looked up to see what was going on at the table beside her. She was surprised to see two of The Pack’s members, but she certainly wasn’t as thrilled as the orange-haired girl that stood a few feet away. The group was fine, and she had nothing against them, but they didn’t have more than a couple of songs that fit into the genre she listened to. Her mother and uncle would have been much more thrilled than she at their appearance. Still, that wasn’t the reason she was choosing to leave the booth. The advisor was returning, and Aurora had no urge to pretend to be nice to the woman at the moment. Leaving the table, she chose to continue her wandering instead.
After a few minutes, she found herself in front of the Drama booth. Tthe majority of her attention wasn’t on the obvious advisor; it was on Solomon. She hadn’t been sure at first, but now that she was closer she was confident that he was the man who’d tried to save her sister. Sucking in a breath, she moved to stand in front of him as she asked, "Can I…talk to you for a moment?" There was no way to know if he recognized her, as over five years had passed since they last saw each other, during her junior year. The next year she’d never seen him, and she hadn’t made any effort to seek him out before leaving the school for four years. Yet, she was hopeful that he would agree, and she cast an apologetic glance to Adney; she would hate to get in his way and keep other students from the table.
So far, he was still only signed up for the soccer team, and as more time passed, Richard wasn’t sure if there was anything else that interested him. At least until he found the fortune-telling booth. Pausing, he glanced down to the different contents. He’d never even considered learning how to read the future, since he was usually bombarded with the present. Being able to read minds and emotions made it difficult to keep from becoming overwhelming, but now he’d mastered the ability to shut away everyone else’s thoughts unless he specifically pried into one’s mind. That left him with more he could do, and since he was currently working on his degree to become a doctor, perhaps having the chance to read the future would allow him to help more people. "Hey Ms. Bonaventura," he started politely, remembering her name from a class taken a few years prior. Looking down, he noticed a sign, and a faint smile crossed his expression as he continued, "Will you read my future?"
Wandering through the crowd, Rebecca was vaguely aware of several thoughts not her own. She was able to push them aside, but this was a prime example of why she hated crowded places. Sighing, she kept searching, knowing that her brother was somewhere in the room as well. He’d been the one to force her up this morning, saying that she should start at Reed’s with enthusiasm. After consenting, she got ready slowly, hence why she was later than most. Now that she was here, she remembered why she’d fought to get here in the first place; but it was too late, as she knew her brother was keeping a part of his mind open to ensure that she stayed.
Feeling a bump in her arm, she realized suddenly that she hadn’t been paying attention as she walked, and had run into another person. Looking up, she spoke quickly, "Ah, sorry-" she paused, taking in the boy’s appearance. His skin was dark, and his ears looked like those of an elf…his name was Karon…he like to spend most of his time on the computer…Shaking her head, she pushed back the thoughts. They weren’t her own, and had no business being inside of her head. "-um, yeah. Sorry."

Looking up at the girl who approached, Solo prepared to talk to her about the club when something about her made him stop. She looked so familiar, but he couldn't quite place her features. As she spoke, it finally hit him; she was the sister of the girl that he had failed to save five years ago. He frowned faintly, adjusting his glasses to inspect her face again as if to be sure. He nodded at her request, looking to his partner advisor a moment; the other man nodded, and the blonde stood from the table. He waved a hand motioning for her to step around the booths and towards the area behind them where they could have a bit of privacy.
Coming up behind the drama booth, Pyry stood with his son propped up on his side. He and his wife had split child duties that day, and he let Ephraim down so that the little boy could climb into his uncle's lap. He looked up at the sound of heels, spotting his wife approaching with their daughter. He smiled at the wave, moving around the booth to stand near his wife. The spirit looked to his daughter, who Mizuki was attempting to vocalize for. "You look cute everyday." the man responded, smiling still. "Just as lovely as your mother." he added, casting his wife a smile as well.
Letting out a deep laugh, the redhead drew to a stop near his friend's feet. "You are most welcome." he responded, bending down a bit to offer his friend a hand. A guitar case hung from his back, as he had a tendency to carry his bass everywhere he went. "I bet you came here to draw attention to the Music Club." he spoke as if he knew the answer to such, though he wasn't surprised. "And while I would wag my finger at you for using your fame, my brother dragged me here for the same reason." he admitted, turning his head briefly to take in the sight of a girl. She seemed to be staring at him, and he flashed his most dazzling smile. "Well hello there. I hope I didn't frighten you too."
Looking up as the coach spoke to her, Asta nodded. It only made sense that their teams were co-ed, as doing otherwise would be quite discriminatory. She was about to say something when another student approached and commented about the name, causing her to frown. "The term soccer is British origin. Fancy upper class shortened 'Association Football' to 'Assocer' and then eventually to 'soccer'. 'Soccer' was not common until after World War Two, mostly because Americans had invented new game called football." she explained, having been in England at the time the term had been coined in the 1860s. Having been acquainted with many important and rich people at the time, she had also picked up on the term.
