I keep seeing this one on one of the cars for a staff member here at school.
"You can't be Catholic and pro-choice."
Ahem... I'm right here, b***h.
What makes this even funnier is that a lot of Catholics view you as such by virtue of your baptism. Doesn't matter if you're a practicing Baptist now, you were baptized Catholic, dammit. So, apparently, holy water fizzles the part of your brain that would allow you the mentality necessary to be pro-choice?

"God is Pro-Life"
...Should I care?
That one was covered in little hearts too.
<> <> <> <>
Oh yeah, and another:
"Abortion: 1 dead, 1 wounded"
Right. That TOTALLY explains imnotsorry.net, doesn't it?
<> <> <> <>
As far as those, "Smile, your mom was pro-life" (or something to that effect) slogans go...I just laugh. b***h, no, my mother is pro-CHOICE, kthx.

WRONG! You're a fetus. Oh wait, you're talking? My mistake, you must be a child and therefore can't be aborted because . . . you're a child. I don't know how to spell it out further.

I'm sure you all remember divineseraph, hey, stop rolling your eyes, I have a point to make here. Now, have you recently seen that little sig of his? It has a picture of a man and a woman, underneath the man it says "This man decided to not be a father and refused to pay child support; he's a worthless, dead beat dad" (or something to that effect) and underneath the woman it says "This woman decided to not be a mother, and got an abortion. She's pro-choice." (we'll forget for a moment that not all pro-choice people get abortions and not all people who have had abortions are pro-choice). Well I made a rebuttal to it that I thought was cute. What do you all think?

Well I made a rebuttal to it that I thought was cute. What do you all think? Cute... got any larger versions? The thing about his sig... is that I think men ought to have the right to decline parenthood. Of course they need to do it within the first few weeks their woman is pregnant (or within a number of weeks of finding out she's pregnant, ie so if she waits til month 5 to tell him he still has 1 month to get the paperwork filled out... however that would be a case-by-case basis). A man shouldn't be forced to be a parent, or financially trapped for 18 years because some woman tricked/duped/traped him. He consented to sex. He did not consent to parenthood. So long as a woman is able to have an abortion, he should be able to decline parenthood. If abortion is denied after 24 weeks, getting out of parenthood should be denied after about 18 (so the woman has the time to get an abortion if she wants one). See... his signature would only be "queer" and induce a sense of irony... only if one believed a man shouldn't be able to opt out of parenthood. It's supposed to make you think women who abort are "dead beats." However, I see his signature and don't think "hmm, since men are forced into parenthood, so too should women." No. I see his sig and think "women have the choice, so too should men."

in response to "i bet pro-choicers are glad their parents are pro-life": as an accidental conception, causing my parents to retire later in life, deal with another angsty teen, have a late-in-life pregnancy (more risks of complications), and give "the talk" for a third painstaking time... i completely support the right to abort. i wouldn't have wanted me. i don't know why they chose to keep me, and if they hadn't i would have been DEAD and not given a flying ********>

No. I see his sig and think "women have the choice, so too should men." Indeed. I've always believed that men AND women should be presented with the option to end their parenthood before birth. But the prevalent attitude PERPETUATED BY THE LIFERS is that any man that does not wishto be a parent is somehow "less of a man". You've all seen the slogans "You're not a man if you run out on your kid" or some s**t like that. The majority is perpetuated by the same people who hate women. It's really just an attack on sex.
