 Hannah Crow Hannah followed her new roommate into the kitchen and hopped up to sit on the counter top. "Chocolate please.~" She said happily, the promise of pancakes set her into a good mood. ((Sorry, I know it's short, but I've been dry on inspiration lately.))

"Hullo, my name is Lorina Jinn" Now in the kitchen, Lorina flashed a smile to her roommate as she hopped onto the counter top. The answer she received set her in a more confident mood, as chocolate chip pancakes were in her realm of knowledge. Knowing that she wouldn’t need to call for assistance, she went about the kitchen, collecting everything she would need after firing up the stove. It didn’t take long to make the pancakes, and she was pleased with how well they’d turned out. Setting a short-stack on a plate, she handed the dish and a fork over to Hannah. After setting out a container of maple syrup, just in case it was needed, she went to retrieve her own batch of food.

Hannah Crow Hannah took the dish with a smile and cut the pancake into a bite-sized chunk. "Thank you~." She said happily. After a few minutes of eating she paused and stared at the plate for a second. "Uhm..." She began. "Thank you for being so kind...And...I'm sorry if I seemed mean before...I don't meet new people very often." She said, looking apologetically at the floor.

"Hullo, my name is Lorina Jinn" Flashing a smile in response to the thanks, she moved to sit on the sofa. After taking a bite of her own pancakes, she grabbed the remote, and quickly turned the television on. After a few minutes of eating and flipping channels, she settled on some soap opera. Leaning back, she heard Hannah quiet voice, and glanced over to the girl. "Mean? You appear to be far from mean, Hannah." She grinned, standing up to set her plate into the dish washer after finishing her food. "Besides, you're my roomie. It's be hell if we didn't get along."

Hannah Crow Hannah's expression brightened up, she hopped off the counter and bounced over to the sofa. She sat down and crossed her legs. She shuffled a bit to get comfortable and started watching the TV along with Lorina. "What show is this?"

"Hullo, my name is Lorina Jinn" Moving over to give Hannah room on the sofa, she smiled at her question. "The Young and the Monsters. It's about a couple of families that lives inside the veil, with plenty of dramatic problems." She half-shrugged, as if she wasn't very aware of the plot besides the basics, which in truth, she wasn't. This was show she occasionally flipped to when nothing else was on, though recently she had been considering auditioning for a part in the next season. "Seriously, it can be pretty sappy, even for a soap opera." She smiled, but snuggled back into the cushions for comfort as she asked Hannah, "What sort of stuff do you like to watch?"

Hannah Crow Hannah stared at the TV for a moment, the show was clearly pretty low budget, the actors didn't seem invested in what they were saying. "I like cartoons." She said simply. The way she was sitting on the sofa meant her feet didn't touch the floor so she swing them idly back and forth. "I don't watch TV much though, I like drawing better."She looked towards Lorina, the height difference meant she had to tilt her head upwards. "What about you?"

"Hullo, my name is Lorina Jinn" Looking away from the screen as Hannah spoke, she smiled, handing the girl teh remote as she said, "I don't know if any would be playing now, but you can have a look." She shifted her position slightly on the sofa, making herself more comfortable as she listened to her roommate speak again. She nodded, though she wasn't large a fan of drawing. Sure, she would doodle during some of her classes, but she never seemed to have the patience to sit and draw a complete picture. "I act and sing, though I've only gotten a handful of jobs in the past couple of years. Still, school is helping." she responded, her tone light as she thought of her pursuit in life.

Hannah Crow Hannah looked over the remote and started scanning through the channels, trying to find one she recognised. "I've never tried acting before, and whenever I sing out loud I just start feeling silly." She replied sheepishly.

"Hullo, my name is Lorina Jinn" Smiling as Hannah responded, she shook her head, telling the girl, "Acting is fun. It's like playing a game." The mention of singing caused her smile to widen, as she was never one to feel silly or embaressed while performing. However, she knew that other's didn't share that emotion with her, so she could understand how one might not like to sing out loud. Glancing over to the clock, she took note of the time; it was growing darker outside, but she would be up for a few more hours, memorizing lines for an audition she had in a week. Setting aside the thought for now, she gave her attention back to the television, watching as the channels flipped by as Hannah tried to find a suitable program.

No_Superman_10 Hannah Crow Hannah eventually settled on a channel, it was one of those all-day cartoon channels. "Yay~ I like this one!" Hannah got herself comfortable in the sofa, bringing her knees almost up to her chest and relaxing. She felt that she could relax around her new roommate. "Big brother will be so happy to know I made a friend~" She thought.

"Hullo, my name is Lorina Jinn" Please that Hannah appeared confortable, she sat for a few moments longer. The cartoon was a curious and amusing show, and while she did wish to spend more time watching it, she knew that procastination would only keep her from her dreams in the long run. She sighed silently, but stood anyways, excusing herself from her new roommate as she said, "I'm going to go reherse in my room, but tell me if you need anything." Sh flashed a smile, then moved to do as she said.

 Lucian And Hannah Lucian approached the door and knocked lightly, hoping Hannah was okay. Hannah looked up from the TV and looked around, she paused for a moment before hopping from the sofa and walking over to the door and carefully opening it a little, she caught eye of her brother looking down at her and a small gasp of glee passed her lips. She threw the door open and lunged forward, wrapping her arms around Lucian's waist and making him have to take a step back to avoid falling. "Heya sis." Lucian said quietly and with a smile. "Me and my friend Simon are going to explore the school a little, you want to join us?""Sure! But um...I should tell Lorina first."Hannah skipped back into the dorm and knocked on her roommates door, poking her head inside. "Umm~ I'm gonna go out with my bro for a little bit, is that okay?" She asked quietly, not wanting to upset her new friend so soon.

"Hullo, my name is Lorina Jinn" As she rehersed her lines, Lorina was unaware of someone knocking on the door. Thus, she was surprsed to see Hannah poke her head in, though her question brought a smile to her lips as she responded, "It's fine. Just don't forget your key in case I'm out." She was planning to stop by the drama club a little later, and she didn't know when her roommate would be returning. Of course, she didn't need the older girl's permission, but during their brief aquantiance, Lorina was beginning to feel partially responsible for her care. Her brother had asked her to be kind earlier, and she had every intention of doing so. "Enjoy the island!" She added cheerfully after another moment, hoping that the two would find their new home to be as wonderful a place as she found it.

Lucian And Hannah Hannah gave a wide smile. "Okay~ See you soon!" Hannah closed the bedroom door and picked up one of the keys from the table before heading out and re-joining with Lucian and Simon. She grabbed Lucian's hand and looked up at him. "Where are we gonna go first?"
