Riltmos didn't have time to let out a sound, his mind gone into a panic at the sudden whirling of the forest around them. What was happening? Everything was spinning - dancing - shadows? Whose? "Father-?" Silhouettes...The entire world was spinning and suddenly he was falling, the ground rushed up to meet him as it solidified.
He was staring at the sky- or where it would have been if the trees weren't so thick. Wherever they were, it definitely wasn't where they were before. Riltmos shakily stood to his feet, clutching his spear. His yellow eyes darted about as he caught his breath, when he started holding it he couldn't say. He listened to the forest around them. It was eerily quiet for a forest, and not a hint of whatever part of the river they had been near before. His internal compass had been thrown for a loop and he was throughly lost and confused.
"Well," He swallowed nervously, "I'm guessin' we're somewheres else entirely, aren't we? What do we do now?" The boy was suddenly parched and ached for water.
