Millie was really annoyed by all the hocus pocus that the Duskull was trying to pull on her. She fired off another Hydro Pump to try and get that point across.

"What are you trying to accomplish?" Millie asked in half frustration and half disbelief. Now she figured out what kind of move he was trying to use and it just bewildered her that, well, it could possibly work. She shot another Hydro Pump, not letting down her attack for a second just so she can end the battle quickly.

Slowly but surely the repeated water blasts were wearing the Duskull down. Millie however thought it was going too slow, and put extra effort into her next Hydro Pump.

After gazing into the Duskull's eye for so long, something stirred in Millie's heart. She faltered while preparing her next Hydro Pump, but then Lizzie's words spurred her into action again. Still, her heart was fluttering so much she had a hard time in aiming her attack.

Whatever was causing Millie to go crazy over the Duskull was gone now. She was relieved, but it was no time to celebrate. It would only take one more Hydro Pump to finish him off and she intended to. This battle had gone on for long enough.
