He knew she hadn't ment it but she didn't want her to forget who he was or that he cared for her, even if only as a friend as far as she was concerned. "I waited to see if you were ok. To help you feel better if you want me to cause i knew he would do something. I don't like seeing you like this." he reached out and brushed off a speck of mud from her cheek. "Your much prettier when your smiling and happy." he said wishing she could only see him for his real feelings for her...

She brushed her hand though her hair pulling out some of the mud that got into her hair. "I should have listened to you..." She tried to wipe her tears away and calm down only to get more mud on her face. "I probably look like some kind of horrid mess of a monster." She never expected Jax would think she was pretty or anyone to think that way about her besides her family. "You're not trying to pull my leg are you?" She knew that Tib called her pretty then did this to her, she didn't want that again.

Jax frowned and wanted to punch Tiberius. "Never look like a Monster. You would never be one no matter what. And would i do that to you? Your friend...I'm always your friend right Kalis?" he said softly holding back that he would never get to be more to her...she didn't think of him like that right? He smiled and took her hand. "I wouldn't ever be like him about that. You are beautiful. Don't think you arnt." he said with a smile. "You'll feel better if you wash up ok? I'll wait in the hall." he said hugging her again and then leaving and sitting in the hall.

He was right, Jax never thought of her as a bad person he was always there for her. Once he left her room she went to the shower she had installed and cleaned off, being sure to dress into something that she worse all the time, Taking the muddy clothes she wore she tossed them into the trash, She refused to wear it ever again. Quietly she dried and brushed her hair out, looking at herself in the mirror and tried to smile only to frown again. She always though even if they were identical twins that her sister was so much prettier that herself. Making her way to where Jax was sitting she was much more calmer and at least she wasn't crying anymore. "No use crying over spilled milk huh?" She commented before sitting next to him and leaned her head on his shoulder. "Thank you. I'm so glad to have a friend as great as you." She smiled even if it was feint before she sat up a little more to kiss his cheek.

Jax rubbed his face and sighed. She never saw him how he wanted her to. She was always looking at him as a friend or a big brother...He didn't want to scare her or show any of his harder side that he knew was from his father. When she came out looking her normal self he smiled and wrapped an arm around her shoulders and hugged her. "Its what i do best." he said as he smiled when she kissed his face. The closest thing to a real kiss she had ever given him. He smiled and rested his head against hers and smiled. "I'll never let you down Kalis."

She smiled more glad to know he was there for her always. Thinking about it for a moment she moved to sit in his lap and rest her head on his chest. "I'm guessing, though it's only a guess, you watching this probably hurt you as well." She was probably wrong but since she got her heart shattered once, it wouldn't matter if it was shattered anymore. "Jax, we're best friend, I come to you for almost everything. I was wondering. What do you honestly think about me?"

Looking at her and forcing off a blush he wrapped his arms around her and listened to her and frowned a little. What did he tell her? He felt he should only be honest with her...he had never lied to her before about anything she asked him and he frowned a little more. "Kalis like you said im your best friend. But since i knew you, even when you were smaller then me and young, i knew...always knew you would grow up to be a beautiful woman. I....have liked you for a really long time Kalis and...have just waited till you saw it for your self..." he pet her face. "Your beautiful and i love you. Ive never even seriously thought about anyone else." He had tried to flirt with Coa since she was older then Kalis and he was less scared and more accepted by her parents then Kalis's but soon found she only had eyes for Hess and he knew his heart only longed for Kalis.

Kalis never expected him to actually love her, dull little her. She was expecting for another heartbreak but she didn't know what to do now. She went silent from the shock then started crying again. She felt so bad for never noticing it before. Someone as stupid as her would have someone as great as Jax love her. She felt she didn't deserve it. "I'm sorry.." She buried her face into her hands. "I'm so stupid I never realized I hurt you so much. It must have been torture to listen to me talk about my feeling for your brother like that."

Seeing how she took it he frowned and reached for her chin and lifted it and kissed her lips softly. He didn't know why but he wanted her to calm down so she wasn't so upset. "Kalis its ok. Im not mad with you. And do not think of him as my brother. He is not my brother in any way except blood and i hardly think that counts sometimes." he said as he smiled at her. "You don't have to return my feelings if you don't have them for me i jsut wasn't going to lie to you since you asked me what mine were." he said with a smile as he nuzzled her.

Kalis froze some as he kissed her the tears didn't stop falling though but instead she wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her head against him. She needed it she needed to let it all out, it helped relieve her pain. She cried until she couldn't cry anymore. Once she calmed back down she didn't let him go, she only loosened her hug once she relaxed some. "Jax, would it be to soon to ask if you wanted to be more than friends?"

Seeing her like that, seeing cute face looking so sad he held her close and looked at her when she loosened her hold. "Did i not just say i loved you. I think i would very much love yo be more then friends with you. Its not too soon to me at all if thats what you wish as well." he said as he nuzzled her. "Lets go back into your room though, i don't think we need to have everyone seeing out conversation out in the hall." He said lifting her and holding her close as he walked back into her room and shut the door.

"I still need to tell my parents about earlier. Dad's going to be so mad at me." She blushed slightly as she was picked up and taken to her room. "So you wouldn't mind if I was your girlfriend? I mean I still don't understand why. I really don't think I deserve someone as great as you."

He laughed and smiled as he sat next to her on the bed and held her close. "You know most of the base will wonder how i could deserve someone as great as you. Im sure your father is not going to be happy about me much more then he would be about Tiberius." he said as he nuzzled her. "I would love very much so to call you my girlfriend."

"I don't know why? Your mother and step father have proven enough that you're a great team member and apart of this huge family of Autobots. Is your Step Uncle, Hunter picking on you again like he does Prowl?" She started to laugh some as the nuzzles tickled her before she placed her hand on his face and stroked it, remembering how he kissed her. Leaning up enough she gave him a soft kiss on the lips and smiled.

He laughed and smiled. "Hunter always picks on me but i know its in fun. And how i am with the team and the Bots and what i do for the base is one thing, but to your father when it comes to one of his daughters thats a whole different thing in its self. Hes not going to be happy about it but i'm sure he'll see that if your happy im better then Tiberius." he said softly before she kissed him and he smiled as he hugged her close. "You really are beautiful." he said softly.
