A pelt in this humid heat? That did not sound pleasant. Still it was not unheard of for a beautiful coat to be desired. "I hope he obtained it and you meet again," she decided before her head shook. "I have never been much of a hunter," which was not to say she wasn't a fighter. It was perhaps the one thing in which her father would have preferred she had more of a passion for; it would have been much more useful than the want to compete with her brothers. "It will be interesting to see what game there is here."

Only Broken Bones nods at her first statement. "I'm not the best hunter, fishing is actually what I enjoy most. But for a beautiful pelt or a favorite bit of meat I'm willing to go hunt." He shakes his head, glaring at the surrounding foliage. "I've seen almost no trace of animals, save for birds and reptiles. I can hear them, though, scampering through ll these plants." He gives a small sigh. "Trees I can deal with, even a patch of bushes, but I'm not used to an entire place being so choked with plants it's hard to move." He cuts his complaint right there, not wanting to bore her with his views on all the water too.

"I can hunt," she felt the need to clarify, "but left it to the more enthusiastic." She did not know how to explain the feeling that hunting for sport stirred, nor why amongst the tribe her priorities were ever more turned towards being a fierce warrior without it sounding as though she looked down on those who did the hunting. That was not the case. It was not her calling, not amongst so many of her own.
"It will be difficult here, compared to home..." she paused. This was home now. "This climate," she corrected.

"More then just the climate. There's all this greenery and water too. We'll need to relurn hunting." He grumbles, then grins. "But the fishing will be great."

"It may be for the best to relearn hunting together," she decided. Whether it was still the tribe mentality or the fact she had seen no other Totoma yet, suggesting banding together seemed the best idea. "What say you?"

"Together is a good idea. We can watch each other's backs and will have twice the chance to get our prey." He nods as he says this, as if it makes the best sense in the world. Which it does. "Perhaps a nap first, I expect anything worth hunting will be out and about during the cooler parts of the day." Only Broken Bones rearranges himself, head resting on his forelegs. "Besides, we just had the fish so its not like we really need to eat just yet." He adds, closing his eyes.

Do-or-Die smiled, her head nodding in agreement. A nap sounded divine. "A rest would be appreciated," she murmured as a drawn yawn proved how much she would use a respite. She nestled her nose between her forelegs; it was nice to have a friend.
