I will agree that anger can be used to boost power, but it goes much deeper than that. I believe that anger is the most pure form of emotion there is. When people are angry they don't hold back anything. Only then do you get to see how people truly feel about things. Many things can be resolved through anger, though I'm not promoting going out and beating the s**t out of anyone you disagree with. And I don't believe there is a 'wise' way to use anger, though it will only destroy the weak. Next time you're around an angry person, just take the time to notice the sheer amount of energy they release. Especially if they're angry at you, because they're directing all kinds of stuff at you whether they're aware of it or not.

There are a few other little slivers that I disagree with you on, but I don't feel like typing out a paragraph on those.
Anger leads to rationality, you don't have a clear head when you are mad and may do thinks you other wise wouldn't. Also it depends on the anger, sometimes people will say things untrue when they are mad so in some ways I disagree with you.
They may say somethings that they wouldn't usually say but they're still true. If, in the heat of an argument, I tell my father that he acts like a 5-year-old with the power of control over others, I probably wouldn't otherwise say it, but it sure as hell isn't untrue. People rarely say untrue things when angry; it reaveals a whole new side of them. You don't truly know a person until you see them angry.
I have to disagree on that, my mom is an extremely negative and angry person and so is my sister.

all the times they have yelled at me it has had no substance they dont even know what there saying when there like that and its certainly not true.

heres an example: another time stephany said I was 'being stupid' cause I had asked a question (sorry I cant remember what it was at the moment) but then I asked why I was being stupid for asking a very logical question (yah I'd planned on asking her why and when I had ever bin those things, just to learn from it or to show her that she obviously way out of line) and she just grumbled said she was to tired, funny thing seconds ago she had bin screeming at me.. again.

so as for anger being in any way 'pure' come an live with my family and you'll see how inaccurate anger can be : p

I'm not going to disagree that there can't be exceptions, but I don't really see how that's an exception. People's moods fluctuate, or maybe your sister just couldn't think of an example or reason, so she used the old "tired" line.

...No wonder I'm unhappy, then. xd sweatdrop I have gotten angry...three times in life. o.O

*sigh* People should just be upfront and honest about things. It'd be a lot simpler than being angry and then being upfront. -_-

Enigma - I would have to disagree with you on that. xp Sisters don't have to have a reason to be angry at you. They're your sister. Their purpose in life is to annoy and aggravate you until they get older and realize that's not what it's about. Usually. I don't know many people who haven't eventually developed a relationship that isn't based on anger with their sister...or brother...or mother...or father... sweatdrop

Although...while thinking on my sister. When she's angry she can lie through her teeth. As in, lie well enough she believes it. When the police showed up two years ago for her, she said that I had lied and that's why they were there. She then fought them and went to jail. sweatdrop Two years later, she still believes what she said out of anger for the police actually showing up to arrest her - that I lied. It's my fault. She did nothing wrong yet she's stuck there in a group home.

Some people with mental illnesses or imbalances can do that. They create their own reality and no matter how angry they get, what they say about what is happening is the reality. Not what is really there. sweatdrop

Yes, I realize that everything people say might not be the actual truth. But honestly, if they really believe it, it dosen't matter. I mean, if I had truly convinced myself that yesterday I ate a stapler yesterday, but when I ate it no one was around to see it, who's to say it didn't happen? I mean all history and the past are are memories. So even if they're false, it dosen't matter, because the only person who actually saw it happen believes that it happened. But in your case, you know that it wasn't true, but still, if she believes it's true, in her mind it actually happened, and is the truth. So really, she's speaking the truth as well as she knows it.
