I will 'toss' them out only if you want them out. I just logged onto my mules and quit 90% of my dead guilds. (The ones where the newest post was from 2011 or earlier.)

Do you think I should just keep deciding on the theme, or maybe put in a poll the week before some suggestions, and let the guild choose? Might be more interactive that way.

Well, that's a bit understandable, with all the bugs he's having to deal with right now.. ^^;

Great suggestions have already been made, I don't really have any good ideas. But while I agree the guild has slowed down, it's the only guild with decent activity on my list. Some days the lack of posts suck, some days I don't mind it. I'd like to see more people post but I also do enjoy this little group we have here. I'm pretty much on the fence since I don't consider myself a contributing member, the only suggestion I have an issue with is removing "dead" members. I lurk, it's what I do. I highly doubt I'm the only one here doing it, I don't think it's fair to punish those who are either too shy to post or don't feel that they have anything to contribute to a discussion.
