STar stretched as she walked, muscles still a bit stiff from the train ride, just trying to enjoy the relative peace of the resort while it lasted.
When she finally reached the beach she calmly looked around, relieved when she noticed that there weren't hordes of people around just yet. She noticed Kiah looking a bit uncomfortable and silently debated on whether or not to ask the elder woman what was wrong, before she noticed the other's she was with, and instead walked down the beach a few more yards before finding a descent spot and laying out her towel and taking a seat, just staring out at the ocean for a little while before laying back and making herself comfortable.

Kiah followed Evelyn's eyes to the seemingly never ending deathtrap and shivered, turning her sights away from it. "As long as you can keep yourself afloat, you should be fine...," she answered, shying away from the idea of getting even closer to the ocean. "I really don't want to go near it... I'll just bring a glass of water to splash around if I get hot or something..."
"Do you really think it's safe to drink by the water...?" Kiah worried, seeing Liv call over someone for another glass. "I appreciate the offer, but I really have no interest... I'm sure Luci will have plenty of people to teach if the other kids can't swim."
Seeing Star walk by, Kiah gave her a small wave as she walked passed, not wanting to bother her since she looked like she wanted to be left in peace.

(( Beach Party! o:
I'm only here for a few minutes, I just wanted to stop by. I'll be back later, though! c: ))
Kanda hadn't spent much time at the beach, but with his new outlook on life lately he decided to embrace the vacation. He donned his new pair of swimming trunks and stopped by the surf shack to pick up a board. He didn't know the first thing about surfing, but how hard could it be? He made his way out to the sandy shore, quickly spotting a few of the others. His eyes rested on the small cluster of women, Kiah among them. He shot her a small wave, but didn't go over because she already had company.

(( Welcome home Yuuuuuuuuu~ See ya later! ))
"I'm fiiiiine," she waved off Kiah's concern, "Anyway there's life guards. Didn't you see them?" she pointed them out here and there, up in their watch towers, prepared to save lives.
"But really I'm not going to go passing out in the water or anything...it's only a few drinks," she shrugged it off, "Are you sure, Kiah? You're really missing out."
Luci had finally given up on the sand castle, coming out of her own little world. When she realized the others had joined her mother, she bolted over, "Miss Kiah!" she jumped onto the woman's lap, flinging sand everywhere as she did.
"Luci! Goodness!" she brushed the sand off herself, checking her drink, giving a little sigh of relief that none of the sand had made it into her glass.

(( Hi-bye Kanda! <3 See you later, maybe! XD
*Avi change* BD I WILL NOT CONFORM!!! ))
Noticing movement out of the corner of her eye, Kiah was distracted for a few moments when she saw Kanda waving at her, surfboard in hand and shirtless. She waved back slowly, a small blush dusting her cheeks before she finally lowered her hand.
She turned back to Liv and frowned a bit, hoping what she said was true. "Okay... but be careful anyway, alright? Sometimes life guards can miss things..." Nodding to show that she was positive of her answer, she was a little surprised when Luci seemed to tackle her out of nowhere, spraying sand all over her suit in the process. She hadn't thought the girl had much interest in her, since she always seemed to be attached to Sil or Lavi most of the time. "H-hello Luci! Are you having fun here...?" she asked, a tad uncomfortable.

Sil had finally learned how to say no to Science Division clean up when the creature they had to capture and eradicate flew and had stingers. While she was a tough girl, nothing on God's green Earth freaked her out more than swarms of insects that had a knack for stinging the orifices which were pertinent to breathing and living. Luckily for her, convincing Komui that her running around screaming in terror was going to do them very little good, she managed to sneak off with the rest of the group that had been evacuated from the infestation that was undoubtedly also the Science Division's fault.
At first she just enjoyed the peace and quiet and slept in the luxury class room with the black out curtains like it was night all morning long, but it didn't take long for her to get restless. After some debate she decided to head down to the beach, slipping into a gold bikini that she then proceeded to cover up completely with a shirt. As she strolled down onto the beach wiggling her toes in the warm sand she still had plenty of expanse of tan leg and bits of shoulder, but the rest was left to the imagination. She turned her face up to meet the warm sun then proceeded over to the familiar girls who had huddled together on the beach, laying a towel out next to the group. "How's it going, ladies? Kyle drown yet?"

Liv turned to see who Kiah was waving at and a little smirk formed on her lips as she turned back around to see the blush on her face, "Mmmmhm...Yu sure does look good, doesn't he~" she teased, leaning in to give her a little nudge with her elbow.
"Yes Miss Kiah!" Luci nodded, "Are you? Are you going swimming? Will you go swimming with me?" she looked up at Kiah with her large, blue, puppydog eyes.
"Siiiil~" Liv waved and sipped her drink, snorting a little, "Nah, Bambi didn't drown yet. I'm curious to see how Yu makes out with his surfing. He didn't strike me as the type for that kind of thing," she looked down to the water, watching the topless men, their torsos glistening in the sun, covered in droplets of water.
"Oh yes...I could sit here...all day..."

(( Alrighty, see you later Gidget! <3 I hope you feel better! :c ))
"Hey Sil. It's going pretty well, I suppose," Kiah smiled at the girl and turned her head in the direction of Kyle, seeing him briefly in the barrel of a wave. "Fortunately, he's an excellent swimmer... He's learned how to float with that gigantic ego trying to drag him down."
"L-Liv!" she whined, face getting redder. She looked back and saw the two on their boards before ripping her gaze away in embarrassment. "I think he'll be alright... maybe he's done it before." Not commenting on Liv's sentence, Kiah turned back to Luci and frowned.
"I'm... having a pretty good time... Luci, I'd love to go swimming with you, I would, but I can't. I'd probably drown in the first few seconds," she answered, trying not to look directly into her pleading eyes.

((Bye Jez ;~; hope you feel better...))
Sil's eyes drifted off to the boys out surfing, partially hoping to see Kyle's head bob under the water for a few seconds. She didn't really want him to die, but she was still very, very angry over St. Patrick's Day and as long as her lethal thoughts didn't come to action she found it a good way to get rid of some frustration. Kanda, however... she couldn't help but lift a slow eyebrow. "I see why you guys picked this spot... as for Kyle... maybe we just tie some rocks to his feet. I only want him to pass out, just a minute. Maybe if he takes just a little brain damage the jackass part might die."
She slid down, laying belly to the ground on the towel, feeling the warmth of the sand seeping through to warm her tummy. Even though she wasn't sure of Kiah's swimming status, by her comment she deducted that she wasn't able to swim. "Luci, how about after I warm up a little I'll take you swimming? I can teach you how to body board. It's a lot of fun," Sil smiled at the girl.

((Wheee summer c: ))
Glad to trade the stuffy castle currently inhabited by a swarm of freaky killer bees for a trip to the beach, Lavi had bolted from the train the moment it had arrived at the station, dumped his stuff in his assigned room and had made his way down to the beach after changing into some simple swimming trunks. After some fanatic swimming and splashing around in the ocean he'd gone exploring around the rocks surrounding the beach.
After collecting a handful of pretty shells he imagined Luci might like he made his way back to where he'd last seen her and her mother, along with Kiah. As he came nearer he noticed the new addition to the party, stomach flipping a little and a light flush creeping up his cheeks at the sight of her, even if she was mostly covered up. "Hey guys," he smiled at the group as he lowered himself down on the beach towel he'd laid out. "Look, Luci, I found some shells." He held out the handful of shiny shells to the little girl with a smile.

((I could use one of these...))
There was a lot of commotion outside The Order. Soma tugged at the notice nailed to one of the doors. "...shut down...killer bees...?" He asked aloud in surprise. "The things that go on in this place..."
There were countless people filing in the same direction. He read the last few lines, "...resort...New Zealand..." He close his eyes for a moment and several memories came to the forefront. He began to feel warmer already. It would be easy enough to get there. For him at least. The young man fell into line with the others. There would be plenty of time along the way to iron out any kinks.
Several dozen paces later, his eyes fell upon his mark. They were bringing equipment with them. Seemed appropriate. Some of the crates were quite large. Large enough to fit a horse. There would be adequate space to fit himself comfortably. He hoped at least. Stepping out of line, he knelt down to "tie" his shoe.
He approached as the movers weren't looking or were occupied with fulfilling their duty. A crow bar sat idle, the key to his lock. Soma grabbed it quickly and darted behind one of the larger boxes. Peering over his cover, he watched them with keen interest and waited. When the movers were farthest from him, he pried open a crate. Fingers crossed, not reading the label, wouldn't be a mistake.
Soma rolled in and slowly lowered the lid from within. He kept the crowbar with him in case he'd need it to exit. With a sliver of light beaming in, he shoveled as much packing straw as he could on top of himself. Footsteps could be heard getting closer. He held is breath. One of the movers grumbled about the box not being close prior. Suddenly a hammer repeatedly fell on the edge of the box. His breath, exhaled in relief.
If the train would take them where he thought, they had a trip of them. It was time for some shut eye. He drifted off shortly after.

"I'm just telling it like it is, Kiah...~" she gave the other young woman a little look, smiling, before sipping on her drink again. She spread her legs out in front of her and crossed them at her ankles, leaning back on one arm, reveling in the glorious weather and good company.
"Miss Kiah doesn't know how to swim? But I can teach you!" she bounced excitedly.
"Told you," Liv gave Kiah a little bit of a smug look, turning back to Sil, "Best spot on the entire beach...I wonder where the rest of the men are..." she mused innocently, swirling her drink.
Luci hadn't even noticed Sil's arrival, but at the sound of her voice calling her name she looked around with more excitement, "Miss Sil!" she scrambled from Kiah's lap and over to Sil, flopping down on the towel next to her, mimicking her position, "Would you really? What's body boarding?"
Liv shook her head as Luci's hyperactivity, "Looks like you lucked out, Kiah," she heard the familiar voice of her favorite redhead, and smiled, "Lavi~" she gave Sil a little nudge and leaned down to whisper, "Well there's one of them...~"
"LAVI!" Luci scrambled into a sitting position and peered into Lavi's cupped hands, oogling the sea shells, "They're so pretty....are these for me?" she looked up at him with adoration.

(( I'm headed off to work too... See some of you guys tonight, maybe! <3 ))
"I don't know... He's been hit upside the head so many times... I think it only kills the intelligent brain cells." As much as she believed Kyle deserved whatever was coming to him, any horseplay in the water made her nervous for everyone involved, especially because she could do anything to help if things got serious.
"Hey Lavi. Good find!" Kiah leaned over to see the glistening shells with a smile, sighing in relief when Luci jumped from her lap in excitement. Laughing uncomfortably at how Liv pointed out her good luck, she started getting up, feeling a bit surrounded. "I'm going to go back in... I'm getting a little hungry... I'll see you guys later." She waved to them quickly and rushed off before they could point out that the attendents could get her something, heading to her room so she could stop feeling so tense.

((John I don't see you on Skype D: Am I blind? Was gonna talk to you about me using Noelle ;u; ))
At the little nudge, Sil craned her neck around to spot Lavi coming towards them, and at the sight of an expanse of bare, toned chest she felt her cheeks warm faster than the sun could ever cause. Even without her glasses on the attraction was just as strong. She gave Liv a small, sour look at her insinuation and said nothing in response. She had just been opening her mouth to explain what body boarding was when Luci's attention was quickly stolen by the same attractively shirtless young man who came bearing gifts for the little one.
"Those are beautiful," she cooed softly, pausing only to give Kiah a small wave before she headed back to the resort. She kicked her knees a little, resting her chin on the backs of her hands with a slight tilt as she regarded him. "Were you off exploring the beach this entire time? Find anything interesting?"
