She bowed her head, and closed her eyes; it was partially out of respect, but also because she thought that Astra needed some time to do whatever she wanted to do. The sound of the flute might not be perfect, but it was one that was filled with emotions, and that tugged at her heartstrings as much as any perfectly played tune.
When the song ended, she didn't move or say anything. Instead, she simply opened her eyes, looking at the lone floating lantern, and waited; she was sure that once Astra felt ready to go, she would be told.
For now, she was just content to sit here.

After she had played her song and placed the fluke in her clothing, Astra watched the little flower float away on the lake, her mind feeling a sense of clarity and calmness. She could not recall a time she had felt so..calm. The sadness and grief was still there, but for now it had dulled. A few minutes passed as she continued to stand there, before she turned to lizzy, feeling slightly embarrassed. "T..thank you lizzy" she said to the pink haired demon. "I'm feeling better now"

"You're welcome, and I'm glad that it helped you feel better," She returned the smile with one of her own, standing up and smoothing out her dress, "Is there anything else you want to talk to me about?"

Thinking for a moment, Astra shook her head. She had said her apology and farewells, so there was not much else she could do. "If..if there is something I can do to help you with..." She paused to think of the right wording. "Your school assignment, then please let me know. I want to help you in whatever way I can."

"Thank you," She nodded, before pulling Astra into a hug, lifting her off the ground; it was rare to find someone smaller and lighter than she was, and secretly, Lizzy couldn't help being pleased. Giving her a brief squeeze, she then released her from the hug, looking at her with a grateful smile, "I'll keep that in mind."

The surprise hug had caught Astra completely by surprise, as it was evident in her face. But since it was Lizzy who was hugging her, she had no qualms squeezing her back, then allowing herself to hover off the ground once she was let go. Yet, the feeling of being hugged felt nostalgic, and she realized who else hugged her. It took all her strength not to appear disinterested in front of Lizzy "If I can, I'll make sure to fight off any hunters too!" She said with a determined look in her eye, and hoping she wouldn't noticed it falter a few moments later when she turned away..

If she had noticed anything different, she kept it to herself.
"Well," She paused, looking thoughtful as she sat back down on the grass, regarding Astra with a smile, "Um... Are you a Hob yet? Have you thought about what you want to do after graduation? We're recommended to get ourselves a mentor in our final year, after all... It might help... With everything." Learning to fight better, to use Fear better, to scare better... Things that the school never really taught them.

"A hob? Oh, ah, yes, yes I am" She responded. With all that had been happening, she had completely forgot about the fact she was a third grader, not to mention she was able to seek out a tutor. And graduation? She hadn't given a thought to that either. "Well...I guess Professor Cricket might be a good mentor.." She mused out loud. She had wanted to increase her healing capabilities, after all. "What about you Lizzy?" She asked. "Is there someone you want to learn from?"

"Ohh, yes, Nurse Cricket is really good at what she does," Lizzy nodded, remembering the field trip to the Haunted House; upon their return, it was Nurse Cricket who saw to a majority of the wounds, and she had proven herself to be trustworthy... Besides, Malodore trusted her, and Malodore was one of the most knowledgeable students that she knew.
"I've been thinking about asking Professor QB," She replied, "He's not a full time professor, but... I think I'll be able to learn a lot from him!"

Professor QB? Astra didn't know much about the professor, having seen him only once in one of his classes. But the class was interesting, and she got to try and scare real live humans! "I hope you do learn a lot from the Professor" Astra said. "If he's at amityville, then he'll defiantly be a really good teacher." Because amityville was a top notch school, and would only employ decent teachers, right?

"Me too!" She nodded, before looking surprised... And then a little dubious at Astra's comment on the professors, "I sure hope so..." It's not like she didn't trust their teachers, but they've been made to rely so much on themselves for a long time now.
"If you get Nurse Cricket to mentor you, I'll be looking forward to being healed by you if I get injured!" She grinned, teasing the ghoul a bit as she giggled.

The mere mention of being refereed to as a 'healer' made Astra blush to the high pumpkin patch and back again. While she did have the ability to do a few simple things, she didn't think she would be as good as Nurse cricket "Ah..y-yeah" She said with a nervous laugh. "Of course I'll heal you!" If she was able to do it properly, that is "Though I think Nurse Cricket or Malodore would be a much better choice, they are the best in the school" And the plague doctor was always really professional as well. "I think they could heal any-" The fairy quickly froze, a sudden flashback making her remember something crucial. No, they couldn't heal everything... "..s-say!" She popped up, trying to change the subject to something less painful. "Hows...Jericho?"

"Everyone started from somewhere! Even Nurse Cricket, and Malodore, I am sure!" She nodded, hoping to give Astra a little boost of confidence, since she seemed to be lacking in it, "You just have to be willing to work really, really hard to get somewhere."
The mention of Jericho caused her smile to falter, even if it was only for a second, "He's... Not doing very well. Riley was someone... Very important to him, after all. He is doing much better though, compared to... Before." She was there when he first found out, after all. When they brought the statue home. He had been crushed... Even attacked Mot in his sorrow. He had shown so much improvement since then.
Of course, there was also the fact that he was afflicted with Insanity... Although that was something she knew she had no right to tell, so she kept it to herself.

Of course she willing to work really hard! She would do whatever it took to learn what was needed, and she knew learning under Nurse Cricket would be a great start. The fairy blinked then in confusion once she had asked about the red dragon. So Jericho was suffering as well? She should of known; she was aware of Jericho and Rileys deep friendship. It must have cut him to the core. "I...see" While she did not like him, this was something she would of never wished upon her worst enemy, including him.

"Mmm," She nodded, brow furrowing for a moment before her expression softened, "He has people looking after him though, so that's good! If you're worried about him, you could always drop by his place, or send him a text..." Looking at the lake, and the lantern which was slowly dimming, she stood up, dusting down her dress.
"Shall we go back now?" She asked, extending out a hand towards Astra; it was getting late, after all.
