Dude, the Witch HUnter has many designs. Let's take Stein for example; his theme is Stitches and like a Frankenstein Theme. That's when Stein performed Witch Hunter with Spirit, it has a blue streak with stitches instead of a crescent-moon style like Maka and Soul's.

This is Maka's Witch Hunter.
Notice how hers is in the shape of a crescent moon and glows a light blue around the edges but glows a blood red in the middle with an eye.
Witch Hunter has many different designs based on that person's scythe design. Makes sense, yes or no?

After a while I realized that I put 'Meister' instead of 'Weapon' for Keeby, so i edit it right away.
