Halili looked at him with her emerald eyes. She wasn't totally sure what she meant, but if it meant she could stay with Majani, she'd do it! She gave off a warm, friendly smile. "Yes! Halili would like that, if she could stay with Majani." The little cub was most likely unaware of how much her words could carry for her friend, but perhaps when she grew more, she'd understand just what she was most likely promising him, between the words they spoke. "It's so warm here, it makes Halili happy. And it's pretty..."

[ Majani blinked. "You'd stay with me?" He looked at her half shocked. "Halili... I have to confess... I really..."He was at a lose for words. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to tell her anything yet. Not when he was jumbly, like now. "Oh... Never mind... " ]

Halili blinked at him, wondering what he meant. Did he not believe her? Halili never lied once in her life, and was most likely never going to be able to. Instead of getting frusterated with him, she only laughed at her friend. "Majani is silly. Of course Halili will stay, Majani is so nice."

[ Wriggling lightly he turned and stared at her. "You know..." he began and blinked "I wanna play. Do you?" He grinned and rolled onto his back, allowing the sun to warm his belly. ]

Halili's mind was simple, so she perhaps didn't notice how Majani's words seemed to switch so much. She laid on her belly next to Majani, wondering just what he wanted to play. She thought about it for a moment, and answered him, softer then she normally did. "Halili would like to play, whatever Majani wants to play." Her striped tail swished against the rock, the sun warming both of the youngsters as they rested before perhaps a rough play time together.

[ He inhaled deeply and puffed out his chest. He would enjoy wrestling but he didn't want to possibly hurt her. Exhaling and Idea popped into his head. With all the tall grasses they could hide and find each other in it. "Hide and seek with a twist." But he had to think of a twist before they could begin. Maybe they could pounce on each other to catch one another. "The twist..." he began to say, "is up to you." he smiled proudly as he came to that idea. ]

Halili cocked her head and him, and blinked. "Meee? Well...ummm..." She thought long and hard. A twist? Hmmm....well, why not? "How about...whoever gets the other, has to do something that they say? Like...if I win, I'll want you to get me something?" Seemed fun enough, and Halili would do her best to not lose.

[ Majani let his head tilt from side to side as he contemplated the idea. It seemed like a Good Idea but who knows? "Sound's good to me!" he exclaimed happily. He loved games. They were one of the only things that entertained him. Or maybe it was who he played games with? "lets go!!" he smiled and jumpped off the rock and scrambled around in the grasses. ]

"Oh!" Halili didn't quite expect to have to count first! But...whatever Majani wanted was good with her. "Okay, I'm gunna count to 10, and then Halili will find you!!"
She hid her head on the rock, and counted as best she could. Which...well, wasn't all that great, but she certainly tried.
"Niiine....ten! Heree Halili coooomes!"
Halili peeked her head up from the rock, to only find silence. Where did Majani go?

[ He gleefully ran under the shade of one of the jungle trees that were in the tall grasses. He breathed evenly under the shade of it and crouched down as low as possible. He didn't want to be seen or heard. He heard Halili say '10' and almost squeeled at the sound. Maybe she wouldn't find him. ]

Halili's eears flicked as she thought she heard him...."Majani?" She gingerly made her way towards the other side of the rock, thinking that he wouldn't leave her alone for too long...would he?
"Hah!" She jumped around the other side...only to find it empty. Darn, not there. She swished her tail as her emeral eyes glanced around at the equally green landscape, trying to catch a glimpse of Majani's odd colouration. No such luck; not yet, anyway. The sun was bright in the sky, meaning that the shadows were dark enough to cover most of the colours that weren't green.
"Halili will find you!" She dove off into a bush, hoping that perhaps he was in this one...

[ He tried to hold back his childish laughing long enough for Halili to get annoyed with looking. He sighed and the need to laugh was gone. A little bug began to crawl around his nose and he hit it lightly with his paw, but the bug evaded it and jumped on his nose. "eep" he squeeked lightly and breethed on it. The litte bug crawled around and over his nose, tickling it. He held his breath than... sneezed rather loudly. ]

Halili's ears perked. She knew where he was! "Halili is going to get you now!"
She laughed and ran over to where she thought he was....and though she was close, perhaps she was only a bush off. She pounced into this bush, hoping to catch him first, and win the game. Winning was always good.

[ Majani squeeled loudly. She hadn't even jumped on him but she was close enough. "You were so close it scared me!" he popped up and in sight. It was fun though. "And as you're rules say, what do you want me to do for you?" He bounced up and down, excitedly. He liked this game alot. Why had he never played it before? ]

Halili perked up, just noticing that she actually hadn't gotten him. "Halili hasn't gotten you, yet!"
Wiggling her butt in the air, she readied herself for a pounce, ready to tackle him down. Only then would she win! Swishing her tail in the air, she lept and aimed right for his chest, ready to tackle him down and claim her true win! Now, if she only aimed correctly...
