Yuki did not hear her parents calling out to her as she was lost in her own fantasy of rabbits and unicorns prancing about to a happy whimsical song of whimsy. With a sudden realization Yuki's face flashed pink before she turned around and rushed over to her parents, enveloping them with a nervous grin. Her parents smiled sadly to her and offered a smile in return as she hugged them both. Her father gestured with his head inside the house as her mother went inside to gather a steaming bowl of soup- ramen nonetheless. Feeling immensely flattered Yuki's shoulders lowered as she let her smile shine bright.

She finished her soup faster than anticipated, but was pained at the dusky evening that overshot her window. It was dark, menacing, cold, and more importantly empty. Well, that was it for the day it seemed. It was over. The day done and all the hours that went with it. Yuki went to the window and grumbled childishly as her mother came to her side with a worried glance, "I wish I didn't have to go to school mom, if I didn't I'd have more time to spend with you and dad! Not to mention the farm too~" Yuki let out a groan as she slumped her shoulders in defeat. Her mother, rubbing Yuki's shoulder lightly whispered a word of grace before leaving her, Yuki smiled and inhaled deeply, filled with new hope.

Yuki stripped herself of all her heavy outer wear and exchanged them for a v-neck and a pair of satin pajama pants while she slipped her feet into a nice warm pair of slippers. Heaving a sigh she plopped her butt down on her bed and looked out her window, a world of many explorations no doubt, but yet so many she could not identify and explore them all. It was a pity, no doubt but maybe she could fill that gap with a friend. 'A friend' Yuki thought with some hope as she turned off her light and scuffled her frame into bed. "A new friend" she muttered out loud before closing her heavy eyelids. She didn't notice it but her mother came into her room and kissed her on the forehead, and later her father kissed her too, quietly whispering their blessings to her.

Locked in an expanse known only as the Dream World Yuki found herself standing in a large array of land. Not earth or soil, not cement or brick, but more of glass linoleum mixture, reflecting the beams that were against her, but yet remained opaque. Like a spectator in a game she saw a couple, walking closer to each other, as if some magnet was pulling them without their will. Soon they clasped hands, as the background transformed into a calm beach coast, overlooking the ocean. Yuki watched in awe as the two remained stoic, unmoving, locked in amorous embrace. But the scene twisted as she found herself holding onto the hand of the one who was originally holding the girl's hand, a strange coincidence. Then the scene flashed again, now she was the female partition. A twisted fate, two differing bodies, the male soon fading from existence as he pleaded 'why me to bear such the fate of love?' towards Yuki. Thoughts collided and crashed against one another like the tides as Yuki was speechless to say anything, was she the one to bear such a death? But she loved all living things! This was, therefore impossible, but Yuki found a seeping secret lapping into her brain, one of a past brought by the Second World War.

The next morning she woke up in tears and in a cold sweat, her clothes moist and her bedsheets soaked as her mother came to console her. Yuki paid no attention to her mother, her eyes glazed forward, was that dream from another life? Another...her? Another...Yuki? Impossible. Another being was seeping into her, was she...immortal? She had felt she had lived here all along, in a state of perpetual knowledge of the environment, knowing each animals birth, death and preferred areas of exploration. she didn't know what to do now...a whispered word fed to her in her dream 'look at your conceivers, look they are fraudulent'.

User ImageBy the end of the dream Hideki faded into the darkness without a word. Yukari, and her son were left alone. Sora, or Hideki watched as nothing much a ghostly observer.

When Sora finally woke up she felt as if she was just stabbed in the chest. "That dream again" she spoke softly within the dark empty room, "What does it mean?" She wondered why she dreamed only of her grandfather. It was really messing her up inside. At this point she was beginning to feel she was no different than her grandfather.

Soon she'd let out a sigh, whatever it was Sora thought it was pointless to keep dwelling on it. Easier said than done. Soon she eased herself out of bed. Then got herself into some clean clothes. When she saw the time she noticed there was enough time to make herself a lunch instead of just buying it at school today.

The lunch box would have a little omelet, some meat balls, rice, a tiny cheese cake, some tako sausage, with some steamed vegetables with a tomato sauce. When everything was finished the wrapped her bento in a green clothe, then she was on her way to class even though it was still early.

Pulling a fresh silk shirt over her torso she tried to make sense of her dream. This was the first that had ever happened, such weird events unfolded. She wondered what she could have done to trigger such a horrendous nightmare?! She sighed heavily as she pulled on her navy skirt and sat down o her bed to retrieve her brown loafers. No socks today it seemed, a lovely Spring day was going to come.

She slipped on her satchel and kissed her mother goodbye as she pranced out the front door in high hopes of a wonderful morning. In all her daze she had even forgotten to eat.

User ImageBefore going off for class Sora bought a couple yakisoba sandwiches from the bread stand. She didn't know why she went and bought two. It was a force of habit actually. The second one is usually given away, or saved for later. She also brought the cake she made last night with her in case any class mates would want some.

She sat on a bench eating her sandwich as she would enjoy the nice weather. It was said that it would get really warm, really fast. Perhaps later today she would go by the shore again for some sea-salt ice cream.

Yuki was busy pacing herself when she came upon that same girl from the day before, the jet black locked mistress who was drawing. She offered a shy smile as she passed her, maybe looking longingly as her stomach grumbled seeing the food. Clearing her throat she managed to attempt a sheepish smile and walked away, covering her waist and sighing, the pain was excruciating. She should have eaten, but what exactly? Hadn't she forgotten to eat? The grumbling was coming back to her, like a makeshift orchestra of intestines.

Suddenly Sora is hit with an intense pain in her head. She tried not to scream out. But holding it all in only made things worst. Her mind was a jumbled up mess. But why? Why was this happening. She no longer knew if she was Sora, or Hideki.

Sora fell her to knees grasping her head. She covered her eyes hoping the pain would go away. Nothing she did helped. Who was Sora anyway? Hideki's memories came flooding in all at once. 'Sora' was being consumed by the wave of distant memories, and emotion. But what was the cause?

Suddenly the pain was too much to bear. She screamed out hoping it would fade. It did nothing. Expect bring unwanted attention to herself. She didn't care that the food she was eating ended up on the ground. She didn't care that the other sandwich still in its wrapper was on the ground. She wouldn't have even cared if someone came up to steal the cake.

As she was screaming out her pain only got worse. she felt as if her body was being stabbed many times. Though the chest, the stomach, her arms, her legs, and even her head. No part of her was safe from the stabbing pain.

"Who.... who are you!?" Sora called out before collapsing.

Yuki was minding her own business when the girl seemed to clutch herself as she fell to the ground. Yuki turned and for a moment before she fell Yuki's eye gleamed with the slightest evil before turning into its solemn gaze back at the girl. Rushing to her aid Yuki was plagued with the haunting words of the girl before she fell unconscious, 'who are you?' the words echoed in her head like a mobius strip, forever looping. Seeing the sandwich on the floor along with other goods Yuki was possessed to snag the sandwich and leave the girl alone. But the other part of her fought, not right now.

She took the sandwich and the other goods and fled the scene, like a criminal, leaving quickly without a trace. Seeing her empty gray eyes made her remember something in the past, like an untimely enemy showing up.
The feeling wasn't good but Yuki found a new body within herself as she ate the sandwich.

Sora would eventually wake up in the nurses office. Her headache was still here. But not as bad as before. She slowly sat up, and stared at the fall. She was in a daze.

Finally she realized why she'd been having those dreams. They were not just dreams. But they were memories. She was Hideki in the past. His despair was poured into her. She didn't quite understand it. But that made the most sense at the moment.

She began to wonder what caused such a painful reaction. Was it that girl? That girl that looked just like Yuki. But it can't be Yuki. She'd should either be dead or... as old as Yukari.

Sora glanced to where her belongings were. She noticed the second sandwich, and the cake were both gone. Someone must have taken them when she was unconscious. Not like she actually wanted any of it anyway.

"A curse that carries over to another me..." Sora muttered as she got out of the bed and wanders out of the room without the nurse noticing.

It had been a few hours since she ate that delicious sandwich, and saw the girl accuse her, but it didn't matter now, she had a full stomach and a delicious cake to accompany her to lunch! waving shyly to the others in her class she sat down and pulled out the assigned homework as the day fast forwarded in a blur.

She left school with a heavier satchel than she had already had earlier in the morning.

Sora went though class as if nothing happened. Some girls were not too happy that she had lost the cake she made last night. Sora honestly didn't care. If she wanted to she would just make another tonight anyway. She probably would have anyway.

The thing that bothered her the most wasn't just the fact that she could have been Hideki. But it was how he died. It was clearly a curse. She had an idea who it was that cursed him. Yuki was the only one who had the motive. Does that mean that she was some sort of witch?

As she walked to the lake she let out a sigh, "Don't think about it.... that wasn't my life anyway..." she muttered. Even though she said it doesn't mean it would actually help. In fact it actually didn't.

She shivered lightly. She suddenly felt so alone. "Not only am I cursed to die back then.... I'm also cursed to be alone too" she muttered as her body shook. "Alone..."

She came to an abrupt halt in front of the stream, the bench was empty. She frowned slightly and sat down, deciding now would be a great time to focus on her homework. Pulling out her English assignment first, she pondered a moment over that black haired girl. But that thought quickly vanished as she took her math homework and soon was enthralled in equations.

When she was done she stuffed both assignments into her satchel and decided to zone out, watching the stream pass by relaxed.

When Sora reached the lake side her head throbbed a little. She ignored the pain as she noticed who else was there. Her expression turned suddenly cold. She didn't say anything for a few minutes.

"It seems as if death wasn't enough" Sora spoke coldly, far too cold than it would have been normally. It didn't seem like her at all. It seems as if all of her guild, and regret were placed by hate, and anger.

Yuki was pulled from her empty daydreams when she looked up and saw Sora, casting her evil vibes, she seemed angry. With a childish smile she looked her in the eyes and said "I have no idea what you're talking about", scooting down towards the edge of the bench so Sora could sit down. "You took a mighty big tumble down, it's a pity someone stole your things too~" she said dreamily, not wanting to reach the p***k of Sora knowing Yuki stole her food. Her mind was acting different now, she felt hostile towards Sora, and Sora did the same it seemed. She felt Sora had did her a great disservice somehow, but after all...a curse was the best she could do in the time she had. But then again a motherly bond afflicted Yuki. She had no idea why or how it happened, she felt she owed her something. And she was a pretty attractive girl as well, however, Yuki was a heterosexual, no she would not do the disservice to god by engaging in sexual relations with the same gender as she. Either she would have to transform herself into a male, or Sora would be just the candidate. Wait a second, transform. Yuki harbored a smile inside, that dream whispered to her something, something very mythical and unheard of. 'You're a witch Yuki!"

"Is that so..." Sora said coldly, 'Please don't do this...' an inner voice said in a pleading voice. It didn't quite show on the outside but Hideki's negative emotions suffocated Sora's personality.

'Run away!' That voice said for the final time. "First death, thne this life... this pain. At least now I know the core of that suffering..." she went on. She wanted to inflict harm. But there didn't seem to be any weapons around. But perhaps she didn't need any.

"If only 'Sora' didn't have to fade too..." she muttered. That part probably didn't make since she the intent of inflicting harm was very clear. "At least then I could at least pretend not to remember..." Sora took a few steps forward. The pace was pretty slow.

Yuki smiled again, her eyes gleaming in its magenta hue, "you're really strange! You should really sit down, you look pale!" She giggled again and set her palms on her lap.
