 John was flying his ship until he realized he couldn't leave earth yet not until he won some money gambling on knive throwing, and fill the fuel tank again, -The damn tank again...sometimes you make me mad. - "Man i could use a drink right now..."He landed on a good spot in the station, he opened the cockpit got out and began Playing his Harmonica just waiting for some help on the fuel tank it has been giving him some trouble but it was just an excuse to get to the station and win some money and hoping not to be nagged by Max or anyone.

Apollo simplex sighed at her response, he would have continued to try but what could he do, she was a grown woman with her own freedoms and he was a man with his, the only thing he could do was thank for fixing the ship and then move on"take care of yourself Max, call me when it's done I'll be in town"he said with a more than slightly defeated tone of voice as he put his hands in his pockets and started to walk away thinking the same as always when he got like this and that usually was, 'wheres the lowest sink bar he could find'

As Apollo began to walk away, a bit of static fuzz came over the speakers of the Athenian. It wasn't long before a familiar voice began speaking, with her message directed towards the captain:
"Apollo, if you're done giving the mechanic a hard time, you might want to return and check your message box. It looks like we got a rather enticing offer."

Max sighed and wiped her face before noticing the new ship docked at her station. "Hey, John, you know better." She said and walked over to him putting an ear to the ship. "Your tank is empty and you still need a new piston of your engine." She said throwing a cloth over her hand. "As for a drink. . ." She said and pulled out a flash with some whiskey in it. "Help yourself."

John stopped playing, and puts the harmonica away as he rubbed the back of his neck.
"You know me...ive been having bad luck lately, i like this ship but its driving me nuts, where to get that for this relic."
John looked back at the Fenrir then at Max.
"Max you're a real life saver."
He kindly took the bottle and drank a little.

Max smiled and shook her sad as she put a hand on the ship. "It ain't a bad ship, just needs a little love. The problem is you don't have the money to rewire it." She said and looked at him. "Whydon't you find a steady job on earth for a while then try to get off and find a hunting job?"

John looked at her then hands back the bottle he didn't needed to be drunk,
"I could try fix it but you know i ain't you..so how you've been?"

Max shrugged, "Good i guess, i work non-stop." She said and opened the panel to see how much really needed to be done on the ship. Max was always willing to help out a friend. But in truth she was lonely, all her friends were out flying, and she hardly ever saw them. "If you want i can put you to work here, you are more capable than most of the kids that i have." She said and looked at John. "And when you make the money i can give you what you ned to fix your ship."

John said to her since he somehow knew she wanted to fly, he took off his jacket hoping he would start immediatly.

Max smiled and nodded, "We will see, i may be flying out with Apollo and his crew, that ship is my baby. It should be finished soon, but there are some ships that docked that need fuel injectors and some spark plugs. You can get started on that." She said and headed back over to The Athenian, smiling as she touched the ship. Glancing down at Argo she rubbed his ears, "What should we do bud?" She asked.

John smiled, it's been a while since he called a person like that, grabbed some tools and get his hands dirty. He walked to a ship to began fixing em.

Max had finished up Apollo's ship and picked up her cell dialing his number and leaving a message. "Your ship is ready, waiting at dock 4 whenever you are finished with your business." She hung up and sat down for a second inner office with a towel over her face. As Argo laid down in his bed and watched her. She needed to decided if she was going with.

After finishing his first two ships, when he was about to fix the 3rd, removing a part of the console to rewire and replace some wires when he puts it back in its place he cut his hand accidently.
"Dammit"
he took a small glue from his pocket and applied to his cut, though he smiled somehow he missed fixing stuff.

Apollo came back after a few hours stumbling drunkly towards his ship and looking in his pocket for the keys that he had left with max and then treed over a wrench someone had left on the floor and hit the ground swearing under his breath

Argo barked at Max and ran out of her office towards Apollo and started licking his face. Max came over and put her hands on her hips shaking her head, "You are so dumb, how do you expect to fly when you can't stand?" She asked and pulled him up and dragged him to her office to get some coffee and sober up before he left. "Whats wrong?"
