Lexis saw a flinching slave through the corner of her eyes and she turend to look at Lance. He seemed to have a grudge against demons, but somehting about him sparked and interest in him. "Why, hello there," she said in a soft voice.

Lexis frowned a bit at his formality and she looked around. She had a feeling that she would like him, and she always trusted her gut. She whistled for the clerk, and when they came, she told them that she was interested in Lance and would like to be able to leave as fast as possible, that she had other business to attend to at home.

Roslyn walked in and she saw Lexis leaning on a cage talking to a slave. Her hair whiped aorund her and she seemed to be in deep thought, but then sh shook her head out and stretched. Her eyes were caught by a glimpse of purple hair and she turned to her left to see Minato being escorted by guards. Curiousity got the better of her and she walked up to the guard. "Excuse me, but what are you doing with him?" she asked them, pointing to Minato to give the word "him" an owner.

"Hmmm, you don't say?" Rosalun said as she looked him over. "So he's here praticaly for no reason? How, how monsterous," she growled a little and then sighed. "Well then, I'll take him off your hands," she said to the guard looking at him expectingly. Her hand was in her pocket to fish out the coin purse she had carried with her. She had allready planned on getting someone for company around the house, but she thought that he might be perfect for the job. She saw no reason for him to be in here,a dn the guard confirmed her thought, which made her want to get him out of this place even more. She waited for the guard to speak, or to go off and get the papers she needed to sign and get him prepared for being brought to her mansion.

Roaslyn could tell that the guard's touch was hurting him, and she cught the guard's arm before he could touch anymore parts of him. "Number one, wounds are nothing for me, I'll have him better before a week. Number two, you should learn how to treat these people you call slaves better, every touch you made put him in pain. And number three, he doesn't belong or deserve to be in such a place like this. Unlike you or anyone else that I've seen in here, he is a gentle soul that has nothing to do with such a place as this. It's a crying shame that someone would put him here in this place, and it's even more of a shame that you treat him as if he was nothing but a speck of dust. You're a piece of work, and one of these days, you'll see the error of your ways, you'll get what's coming to you for sure, because that's nature's way of telling you "I told you so" and nature doesn't like having her children treated like this," she said in a thickened voice that warned the man not to argue with her and would more then likely make him take a second look on things around the shop and in his life, as well as all the things he has done, could do, or will do.

Roaslyn glared at the guards. "He would have made it just fine, I guarentee you there's more to him then meets the eye. Everyone's that way." Seh signed the papers with a fast and steady hand. her signature was neat, curved, and small as well as legiable. "And yes I can handle him, he shouldn't give me any trouble at the moment. I don't think he even wants to cause any trouble. If you don't mind, remove those chains from him! I will not have him walking around with chains on him, that's degrading and worse of all, it's causing him more pain and discomfort. I can believe you would do such a thing to another human being. You two should be ashamed of yourselves and of what you have done. You disgust me," she growled at them. When they stood there, she took the keys from them and removed the chains and cuffs from Minato herself. She did so carefully so she wouldn't touch any of his bruises or other injuries to try and spare him from the pain. "Now, you have your papers signed, your chains back," she added as she taused the tangled mess of chains at them," and I'm pretty sure everything else is in order now. Good day gentlemen! Come on," she added in a gentl voice to Minato as she satrted to walk away from the scene that made her want to go besurk.

Roaslyn stopped, turned around and face Minato. She smiled to him Gently. "As soon as we get home, I'm going to patch you up and let you settle in as well as tell you the house rules." She thought she saw him worry for a minute and decided to tell him something rasuring. "Don't worry, the house rules aren't bad and actually easy to follow. Even I follow them too easilly. I'm sorry you had o go through the things you did, and I'll try to make sure you're comfortable at the place, though I'm not sure how happy you'd be about it." She smiled lightly again and then turned and started to walk into the woods to her home.
