Otto had a feeling he'd just signed his life away. He was snatched up, unable to really process what was happening for a long while. And hey, if she let loose and kissed him, he wouldn't complain, even if her energy was scaring him a little.
Whatever. As long as he kept getting these boob hugs. That was more action than he'd seen in a while.
He could hear gears turning thoughts and plans in her head. Maybe he should take one of those so called bars and toss them in-between the gears. You know. To be a d**k.
"Maybe you can jerry-rig some scraps from the abandoned town?" He suggested helpfully. Why he was helping he wasn't sure. He wasn't even positive he wanted to learn anything, but what could it hurt? Gymnastics had its place here and there. It certainly helped as a means of quick escape. And hey, it was fun to pull off.
"Just don't make me do splits. Those hurt like a sunnuva b***h."

Clerise giggled as she briefly spun Otto around, holding him around his waist and spinning. It turned from a giggle into a near maniacal, hyena-imitating cackle, dropping Otto only to rub her hands together in a rather conspiratorial fashion.
"The TOWN! Of COURSE. I bet there's tons of pipes and pvc there we could take, my god--!"
She turned and stared as Otto bitched about the splits. "If you agree to help me find some stuff in town and con people into helping me out, you will be spared." She poked him in the ribs-- RIGHT in between two of them, actually.

Otto suddenly had flashbacks of being played with as a kid with his Grandpa as Clerise spun him in circles. He wasn't entirely sure how he felt about it. It didn't help his 'I'm Not A Kid' issues at all, that was for sure. He really needed to hit that growth spurt, and fast. No one took him seriously around here.
He dropped to his feet soon enough, catching his balance well enough as she cackled like an idiot.
His eyes lifted up as she made him a deal, wincing from the poke between the ribs. "Uh.. sure. Deal. I guess." He said with a shrug, casting a glance to the side. His lifted a hand and rubbed his chest, that ever present frown on his face. This sounded like wooooork.
"Can't say I'm all that good at connin' though."

No offense to Otto was intended: Clerise didn't take anyone seriously, except maybe Caelius. Even then, if given the chance, she'd so vandalize his office.
SO much vandalizing.
"You can just be a tiny ball of miracles, leaping around like some sort of crazed spider monkey." She nodded sagely, before grabbing Otto's face and attempting to force his lips into a smile, an evil grin on her own face.
"Whatever, mister sourpuss. You frown now, but I know you got nothing but sunshine inside. I saw it." Clerise sounded awfully convinced of this fact.
