Locke Trufeld Blarg E Blarg Blarg E Blarg's Personal Courier Ship- Modified Scramasax-class Frigate, Staff of MercuryHP: 4000 EN: 200 Defense: 1000 Agility: 1000 IFF Jam Pods ECM Pods (CHAFF. Anti-Lock Pods?) Flare Pods (IR Countermeasure) Holds 12 people for two weeks or up to two tons of cargo for a much longer period of time. .... So how much is this going to run me? Any weapons? If so.. @_@ Things get really detailed here.
Weapon/Attack name: Attack power: Usually between 1000 and... 4000~ish for most, common attacks. More if it's something much bigger, but very rarely any ships would have attacks that have more than 5000. Weapon Range: ( On a grid map, how many grid spaces away you can attack. ) ie. 1 ~ 5 grid spaces. Accuracy Bonus: Critical Rate Bonus: Terrain Bonus ( for Sky / Land / Water / Space ): Choose S, A, B, C, D, or - for each terrain. ie. S / A / C / A
I think that's it.. but.. @_@ Who knows. This thing's always very complicated.. Other than that, it looks good.No Weapons. He's got the jammer pods, and lots of agility and defensive screens, but the flipside of this is that on a forty meter machine he's got no weapons. And that's how he likes it. Who do I talk to to set up Blarg E Blarg's piloting license?

Licenses are required for those that uses big weapons like rockets and missiles, and anything bigger than that, requires the Heavy Weaponry License. Also, using a huge carrier ship-typed ships, where you would be the captain of the ship with a crew number of above 10 people requires the Capital Ship License, etc.
So, this ship is all defensive then. Sounds good, but you'll probably want escorts whenever you go doing some missions. o_o' Defenseless ships with goods are easy bait for space pirates.

There's a reason it's called Staff of Mercury.

Sure. You're definately allowed to have atleast 1800 agility on your ship, since it carries no weapons.

Blarg E Blarg Rawk. Give it an even 2000. If it's a frigate class ship it would have hardly any armor with such speed not to mention it would need a kick a** propulshon system which would make maintenence a tad anoying, then again I might be over estimating the meathod they use to calculate speed, that or the size of your ship.

Hm.. I think 2000 is acceptable. Though from the looks of the stats, it might not be very big enough to take on any Mass Transport missions. Not that we'll have many for a while..
Btw, just to let you guys know, once we get Fede Trovata explored fully, we'll be building a Hyper Gate near the planet as well.. It would be risky though, with the war going on right now. Anyway, just letting you guys know what's going on in the RP at this point.

Exactly. It's forty meters. It's not a heavy transport. It's designed to get relatively small parcels/groups of people to places really really fast.

Alright, Staff of Mercury has been accepted. I will be adding that in the program.
Name: Staff of Mercury
HP: 4000 EN: 200 Def: 1000 Agl: 2000
Btw, what do these do specifically? o.o' Just making sure. IFF Jam Pods ECM Pods (CHAFF. Anti-Lock Pods?) Flare Pods (IR Countermeasure)
Also, I will need you to give me the ship's size grade from SS ( Human size ), S ( Small unit size ), M ( Average unit size ), L ( Large unit size ), LL ( Carrier ship size )
And finally, the ship itself's terrain grades for Sky / Land / Water / Space, using S, A, B, C, D, or - for each terrain. These are separate from weapons, btw.
Also, I will need Blarg's character stats as well later on. .. Mmm.. I should put all this in the Mech Battle System Sticky.. Right now, it's in the Discussions thread. @_@

They throw missile and beam lock.
IFF Transponder Lock, Radar and Camera Lock, Infrared Lock,
Respectively.
It's about forty meters long, as are all Scramasax-class machines.
I think that classifies as an M or L size class. It's forty meters.
Sky A Land D, really N/A since it travels in fluids at all times. It must lift before it can start maneuvering. Water B Space A, bordering on S
He, too, is primarily defensive, though extremely focused on any mission he takes.
"The Cargo Must Arrive."

Sounds very good. Accepted, and I'll see what I can do with those weapon deactivating stuff. I'm thinking something that tampesr with the opponent's weapon accuracy bonus.
Each use will probably cost a few EN, but besides EN for movement, it doesn't seem like you really use any EN, so this should be alright. A very nice, rather evasive unit than defensive, since when you say defensive, it mostly applies to those that have high HP and Armor, so they take very little damage. Top it off, perhaps a barriar that would further decrease damages. Very good if given to someone that has Assist Defend.
