 Saiga smiled as he heard her say she didn't consider him a weakling. Because of his appearance, most would assume he was frail and weak though he was exactly the opposite. When Kat commented that it was an honor to meet another kitsune, Saiga blushed slightly. "likewise...though im sure there is greater honor in getting to see you here than getting to see me...an heir to a dead clan..."he said, blushing more as he spoke. Saiga's ears twitched in recognition of the name Kaidan and he looked up at Kat. "y-you mean the legendary scholar Kaidan? I thought he was just a myth my people made up..."he said, surprised. ((OOC: lol yay! cat_3nodding ))

 Kat smiled at his blushing, it made him cuter. She nodded her head. I didn't know he was legendary but yes the very same Kaidan. He died the year before I left home to come here. T'was an honorable burial he received. Fit for a king as my mother said. I do miss the old fox, he taught us so much. She trailed off, memories coming to the front of her mind. She shook her head quickly. You said you were an heir to a dead clan? I am sorry for your loss. The loss of one's family is the hardest loss of all. Only the truly strongest can go on living after losing their family. At least that is what I was taught.She calmed herself down and sat on her back paws, wrapping her tail around her feet.

Saiga looked down sadly when he heard Kaidan was dead. "I see...at least he got to spread his teachings to your family before he died."he said, smiling. Though the knowledge that Kaidan was dead made him feel even more alone, Kat's words cheered him up for some reason. As Kat spoke of the strongest, Saiga shook his head. "if I were the strongest...I would have been able to protect my clan...granted I have already avenged the deaths of my family, I still wish there was something I could have done to prevent the deaths of so many innocent lives."he said, sighing. Looking up at Kat, Saiga gave her a small, shy smile. "can we change the subject please? this garden is no place for my sorrow"he asked.

Kat nodded her head. But of course my dear friend. You say that you are of the necro branch? What abilities do you possess? I have not met a necro branch student yet. You are only the second person I have met since coming here. I liked the trees here so I have been hiding out.Kat stood to her full height, flaring her wings slightly. Plus this is a great area for me to practice one of my skills. She said with a grin, stepping into his shadow and disappearing. Reappearing a few feet away in the shadows of a tree.

Saiga smiled and thanked her. Hearing her question, he smiled. "I possess the ability to summon other spirits as well as the ability to concentrate my own spiritual energy to enhance my physical traits such as my strength and speed...I can manipulate flames to a certain extent and my true power is sealed in this..."he said, tapping the sapphire bladed sword as he spoke the last part. "also, I can transform into two versions of fox...one for combat, the other is just a small fox form....the second I can turn into at will..."he said. Seeing Kat step into his shadow and vanish interested Saiga. His ears perked up as he saw her reappear and he smiled. "that must be pretty useful"he commented, wondering how she did it.

Kat disappeared into the shadows again and reappeared a few from where Saiga stood, grinning widely. It is very useful the only downfall is I need to step into a shadow to do it, the shadow can be any size however. I am sure being able to turn into a fox is a useful ability. I have no transformation abilities but I have two whistles I can use to summon my two companions. Would you like to see one of them? I can't summon my mount but you can meet Kaish if you like?Kat said, folding her tail and sitting back on it like a seat.

Saiga smiled and nodded. "I would be honored, and in return would you like to see my fox forms?"he asked. He didn't want her to be the only one demonstrating their abilities.

Kat bowed her head in answer. I would be honored.She raised her head, opening her eyes, they had become a milky white in color. She started to whistle, a beautiful tune, starting out high then shifting from low to high to medium. The whistle lasted for a minute or so before she let it fade into the gardens. The shadows in a distance seemed to darken and grow. Kat stepped down off her tail and stood, smiling, her fangs poking through. The sound of heavy paw prints could be heard coming from the shadows. A low howl erupted from the shadows followed by the head of a beast with the face of a wolf, the ears of a lynx, the body of a jaguar and the tail of a lion. A flame burned steadily on the tip of the creatures tail, its short mane waving in the air like a line of fire. The beast skidded to a halt in front of Kat, sitting on its haunches. Kat smiled and reached down, petting the beast, scratching behind his ear with a clawed finger. She looked at Saiga and grinned. Saiga meet Kaish. Kaish meet Saiga.

Saiga smiled and crouched down to look at Kaish. "he's kinda cute in a way, though I wouldn't want to go up against him in a fight"he said, smiling a little more. He raised his hand to pet Kaish. "may I?"he asked before doing so

Kat nodded her head. Go ahead. He doesn't bite unless ordered to.She tapped Kaish on the head and when he looked up at her she looked into his eyes, her own eyes flashing red momentarily. Kails nightas fergmes beiha She muttered. Kaish nodded his head once and padded closer to Saiga. Sitting on his haunches again and leaning his head towards the kitsune.

Saiga smiled and pet Kaish's head, scratching behind his ears. He looked at Kat and smiled a little more. "so which form would you like to see first? combat or normal?he asked, tilting his head.

Kat tilted her head, thinking for a second. The combat form first please. She said kindly. She snapped her fingers and Kaish padded back over to her. She leaned down and hugged the beast tight before muttering another strange word, Cliao. Kaish nodded and padded away, disappearing into the shadows. As he left the darkening shadows receded and the landscape turned back to normal.

 Saiga smiled and nodded. He closed his eyes and concentrated, a silver and ice blue aura enveloping him. He drew his sword and muttered an inaudible phrase, releasing a large shockwave of energy. His 3 tails split into 9 and there was another shockwave that flowed towards him, kicking up dust and fallen sakura petals. Once the dust had settled, a silver fox stood in place of the boy. Its fur gave off a faint glow as its tails swayed in the wind. Once the sakura petals settled down as well, the fox looked at Kat and smiled. "what do you think?"he asked as he sat down.

Kat gaped at the creature in awe. Very impressive. That is a truly beautiful kitsune form. I am honored to see it outside of a battle setting. Thank you. She murmured, still in awe.

Saiga smiled shyly at the compliment, glad his fur was hiding the fact that he was blushing. "to be honest...this is the first time in a while that ive taken this form"he admitted, laughing nervously. "my normal form is by far less impressive...I look like a fox cub and its really hard to move around in"he said as he got up and padded over to her. "being that i'm a spirit fox, I can enter a contract with anyone I deem worthy of being my master..."he said, sitting next to Kat and looking at her. "....would you like to be my master Kat?"he asked shyly.
