"Cricket will be mentoring you?" smiled Jericho, albeit weakly, "This doesn't surprise us. We are sure you will learn much under her guidance.. And hopefully the two of you will be able to find some new things regarding insanity."

Nodding, he thought again about the little hang out, not entirely certain what to suggest.

"We should see what Shehk might have in mind,"

Shirtless Jericho? Shehk was so there!

Except that she didn't actually know that he was shirtless at the moment, so that wasn't her primary motivation to get out of her room and head over to the dragon's room.

Still, she did make rather good time at crossing from the undead dorm to the monster dorm, even without a dead run. In fact, she didn't even jog, so it was still around ten minutes before the knock at the door came. "It's me." she added in afterwards, just to confirm that it was who they were expecting, rather than some unseen visitor.

Shehk offered him back a smile, pausing to give the dragon a quick hug before she stepped into the room without further ado.

"Mmmm, somewhere to head out to?" she pondered for a moment, folding her arms a bit. Somewhere not crowded, but something they'd possibly all enjoy doing. That, as it stood, took out social places such as the Maul and movies (as she didn't imagine Jericho would much like the dark).

"I guess it depends on how long you'd like to be out. I'm rather fond of Amityville Park for walks. It tends to mostly be parents tending to their scarelings and people walking their minipets unless there is some amateur sporting event going on, but even then that's easy to bypass by just walking by somewhere else."

Where else was there.....?

"I've also just hit up the Scarefari a couple of times just to play catch and release with things out of curiosity and to alleviate boredom."

She tilted her head from one side, then to the other. "I've also heard there are underground tunnels kinda like Catacombs under the town, but...I've never actually sought those out."

Once Shehk was in the room, Jericho thought over her suggestion, though glanced towards Malodore as it requested they wait a moment. Turning more towards it, he soon saw the emblems in its hands. One for them both each. It surprised him, but not for long. Smiling faintly, he took the emblem carefully and looked it over. That was right. He still had people right now...

Looking back up at the two, he nodded before concentrating some of his fear together within his hand. Hopefully the insanity won't have caused his personal emblem to be tainted.

"You two.. deserve one as well," he said as he held them out to them.


Taking in a breath, he looked back to Shehk.

"Catacombs? That could be interesting.. there definitely should not be many down there."

Malodore opened its beak in possibly the widest smile it had smiled since Riley's death. "Grazie," it murmured, accepting the emblems with gratitude. "Together, si, no matter what circumstances may rise up in challenge."

That said, it tilted its head curiously at the mention of the Catacombs. "I have never been to such a place, unless you count the Casa of my birth. Is it a place for exploring?" It glanced at Jericho, though, faintly worried. "Is it... dangerous?"

Hmmm.. Dangerous. That was definitely something to consider. However, Shehk seemed to be rather optimistic about them: "The only reasons they'd be unsafe would be from other individuals down there being ruffians, and from what I've heard of them, I didn't hear any warnings about it being dangerous.

In fact, they sounded like a historical installation.... However, we could put off some exploration if you two feel uneasy about them until I go and take a look around them myself?"

She could handle getting out of a little danger if she put herself in it on her own, after all.

Well, it didn't sound too bad. Jericho mulled it over, but then smiled at the friends that were present in his room.

"I say we go check it out. If things start to get heated, we'll just duck out," he decided. He was curious what these catacombs entailed, after all. In part, it might have been because he was already fairly at home in caverns.
