I really like animals...
I can't imagine someone doing something like that...

When my first pet died I cried like a baby...
I almost shed a tear just reading the words you wrought.

I must agree you never throw away a pet it always has some kind of emotional attachment and it must be taken care of properly.

I hate burying an animal on my own... REALLY SUCKS. My brother stepped on a kitten and it was alive, so we put it in a small box... but it slowly died and I had to go bury it in the back by myself. Horrible.

I offer my condolences to you. May your kitten rest in peace.

I recently had a guinea pig that died of cancer after six years. Its mother died giving birth to it, so I fed it liquids until it was old enough to eat solids. And cancer took it.

I am really sorry for your loss, loosing a pet is horrendous and I wish that they could just stick around forever. However it is apart of life regardless, and I personally believe that you did what you could for it with the resources you had.

When my boyfriend and I lived in his father's house, there was an animal shelter down the street - people instead of giving their pets up for adoption would just drop them off in front of the place and zoom off. Thus the large amount of stray animals that would be hanging out in our very - 3 houses large neighborhood. Hell that is how we got our dogs, some a*****e dumped a crate of well-fed puppies on the side of the road next to the shelter and we drove by after dinner and were OMFG BACK THIS s**t UP, PICK DEM PUPPIES UP!
With all the stray animals roaming about, my boyfriend's father, boyfriend and I took to leaving food out of them every day regardless if wild animals like opposums and raccoons would steal some. Just so they had some comfort in their lives.

People are so heartless :I It is a traumatizing experience for an animal to be up and abandoned.

However, throwing an animal out in the garbage can or dumpster is just wrong. That animal deserves every bit of respect as we give humans when they pass away. Every animal I have ever owned has been buried or cremated because we respect them that much for being in our lives.
