Or maybe not, she was not used to this. Normally she got to keep to herself in the temple keeping the history but now, now she was climbing trees for stupid seeds. And wrangling animals, oh how the mighty have fallen. Her resolve was starting to break, that whole vow of trying to work with other clansmen and help rebuild so that they would have another chance was suddenly looking very dumb.
All she wanted to do was get that creature and possibly find favor with the head priestess so she could go back to normalcy. But this stupid alpaca was standing in her way. This time she was able to hit the silly creature.

Well that seemed like a waste of effort, Erintis thought as the blow barely phased the alpaca. There was a reason preistess had guardians, ugh.
"I hate this place..."
She grumbled as she went to strike at the creature who for some reason had decided her robes were the perfect snack. Okay...maybe it was time to actually find some clansmen to help out. She did make a promise to herself that she would gladly work beside them right...maybe she could find another death clansmen...that would work right..

The only thing keeping Erintis from leaving the stupid alpaca's here for the students to play with was the knowledge that the head priestess had tasked them to retrieve these creatures. That and the sheer satsifaction of beating it in to submission after what it was trying to do with her robes would be a sweet victory.
"really...what kind of powers do you posses!"
It was a safe bet that she was starting to loose her temper.

Don't kill it...just wrangle it...yeah easier said then done. Grabbing back her robes she glared at the alpaca, it seemed to just be mocking her at every chance. Especially when it spit on her, and turned away. Really...that was just great.

This wasn't going well for Erintis, sighing slightly she looked around. This would be a great time to try and figure out if she could still preform her healing powers, even without the proper ritual.
As she tried to channel her fear she felt it rise slowly and then nothing. Oh this was not going to be her day.

Roch got distracted watching the horseman trying to attack the alpaca--and fail horribly. Something strange was going on in his mind, and it showed by the expression on his face. After a second he looked at the other two horsemen, the ones that were trying to attack HIS alpaca.
"What happened to you guys?" he asked bluntly. "Can't you smack some sense into a giant fuzzball, at least?"

Senga growled flatly at King, wings ruffling in mild irritation. "I don't care whose you think it is, we have been tasked to round up all of the loose alpacas for one of the priestesses. Where do you think they all came from anyways?" Crossing his arms, Senga huffed from a top his makeshift throne, which just happened to be Jay. "You can't make a claim on something that is already owned."
Twisting around, he stared at Roch before rolling his eyes, his patience wearing thin at the students and his fellow... partner thing. "It will go faster if more people deal with one. And then you can ride it wherever you like as long as you get it back to our reserve afterwards." Standing up, the horseman brushed himself off and frowned at the alpaca in question, stepping forward to try and wrangle into submission again. Damn everything else. Tossing a frown at Roch again, Senga fluffed his wings grumpily.
"Can't you?" Rushing a hand through his hair, the horsemen winced when the alpaca decided Senga might make a tasty treat too, "it's not as though the isle of War was full of Alpacas for us to train with."

The wolfos only growled back, ears pinned to his head. Fangs barred, the human form was less intimidating than his true for in King's opinion. Still, it was King's opinion that the alpaca was his and Roch's. not the horseman's. "Maybe they fell from the sky. Maybe they just formed. Point is, they don't have a mark of claim, so it is free to whoever finds it." A simple stubborn logic really. King just failed to see it that way. "We will capture it, as use it as we like. There are others. Go round up them! Stubborn mule." He spat the word out like it was a curse before holding up an arm, keeping the creature from clocking him. "Bring it in Roch." HP: 25 Defending Roch for: 3

Senga rumbled quietly in irritation at the wolfos, nudging Jay with a clawed toe and ruffling his wings. "That is like saying you must mark everything physically for it to have a claim." Senga huffed quietly, tiring of this argument quickly enough, "you are the one that is stubborn." The war horseman turned then, his wings lifting and giving a powerful flap as he stared at the alpaca again. If the wolfos was that stubborn, than he could spar him for the damned thing.
Whirling, Senga hooked his fingers in Jay's clothing and yanked her upwards, frowning at the petite bluejay before turning back to the alpaca --- and promptly making a noise of violent disapproval when it bit his arm. "Stop that!"

Roch cocked his head. "Deal," he said to the horseman. "We'll play with it for now, then give it back later--" and before King could protest, he raised a hand at the wolf, "And then I'll get those annoying as hell sheepish out of the closet and we'll have a barbecue, whaddaya say, King? They keep sneakin' into my room at night tryin' to eat my sheets. Besides, I'm REALLY certain the fuzzbutts don't belong to that guy," he added, pointing at Senga.
Then he went to tackle the alpaca again--only to watch the jacker sidestep out of the way and hit the ground, instead.

Bending aside a rather withered branch, Kiwi stared out onto the Amityville school grounds.
Alpacas were everywhere. Spitting, kicking, headbutting, and wandering aloof in general. His eyes caught to a particularly noisy cluster of horsemen and students. They seemed to be having trouble.

Mmur had been looking for a friendly spar with just about anyone—student, horseman... alpaca... What? The Famine soldier seemed quite confused for a moment as he gazed out over the paca-infested space. Where had all of these animals come from? He was aware that Medea, weirdo priestess of Death was looking for one, but this was madness. Had Mr. Fluffy gotten to all the eligible ladypacas in the area within a day? Did this school even have female alpacas wandering around normally? How long did it take the things to grow this large? Did any of that really matter? He had a mission. That mission involved hitting things. It was time to herd some alpacas.With a sudden whoop, Mmur's whip appeared in his hand as he ran toward the nearest fair-skinned priestess. In his excitement, he ventured a little too close to the alpaca she had engaged and it delivered a fierce kick to his midsection before he could back off again. He hopped away and swung his weapon above his head, laughing sharply as he lashed it across the animal's back. Mmur had never been a very vocal fighter, but there was little reason to be silent on a campus full of kids. "There, get it again while it's not looking!" he urged Erintis, the grin on his face not diminished by the fact that his eyes were hidden. Erintis blinked a few times. This clansmen from famine was helping her? She heard his words and nodded, "Right.."Too bad she had taken a little too much time in between the clansmen's blow and her own attack, the vile creature side stepped her attack and just to add insult to injury it spit on her. "...you are going to pay...HP: 10/40 Damage: --- Alpaca B HP: 19/30 Smerdle smile any help was awesome and welcomed lol it was kicking my butt...
