The fem's ears perked again at the mention of cookies, and she nodded, hopping forward to grab one, and then nomming on it enthusiastically. It was as though she hadn't eaten in a while, but in all reality, she ate like this most of the time. She had a very high metabolism, so she was always kind of hungry. "Oooooo! These are very good. Compliments to the chef!" she complimented, smiling. "But yeah - Banshee really does mean alot to me. She's my only freind, and she listens to al my facts without telling me to stop."

Yushika His tail twitched in amusement when the girl hopped off to grab a cookie, chuckling to himself. He almost made a comment on how she was like Banshee in that regard, but held his comment. Instead, he folded his paws, grinning ear to ear.
"I'm really glad." He mused quietly, almost to himself. "It's a relief... she hasn't had a friend since... awhile ago." He trailed off, deciding it was best to cut that sentence off shorter than he planned to. His eyes narrowed slightly when he heard banging from the kitchen, followed by a slight giggle indicating that his beloved daughter was alright. Turning back to look at the female, he sighed.
"I apologize that her mother isn't here. She's been... off for sometime. How'd you two meet?"

"Oh - that was the best part - we met while I was wandering around the main house initially. We got to talking, and then I got distracted and wandered off. But the second time - this time actually, I was coming back from a trip, and I ran smack dab into her! Before I knew it, we were really being freindly, and I gave her a necklace. I didn't forget about her after I met her the first time, and I make freinds fast." she said, and then finally took a breath. She seriously hadn't breathed the entire time.
"But I never would have met her if this nice lime green lady hadn't told me where she was."

Smiling as the girl spoke, he could only chuckle as he was reminded of the same tone his daughter had when speaking. His ear twitched slightly, head tilting to the side. A lime green lady?
"Who?" He questioned, curious. His tail twitched when he heard a bang from the kitchen, reassured when his daughter called out that she was allright. He turned his attention back on Shan, tail flicking around and into his tail, fluffing.
