Opponent Fusion This ability allows for Jinn and Loar to be able to merge with the opponent. Thus allowing them to hide within the opponent, instead of inside one another. This can be done, through any means of physical contact, and serves as a way to get closer to the opponent. A side effect to this, allows for the twins to now be able to merge weaponry with their bodies. Meaning that when they enter an opponent, then can them come free, and attack with a kunai, or even a special weapon they may have. Depending on the situation.
Your Turn, Or Mine? This passive ability allows for either Jinn or Loar to be able to make the hand signs for his brother. Meaning that Jinn could stand off a distance away, and create the hand signs, and then Loar could actually use the technique in question, even though he was not the one to make the hand seals.
Bloody Combo This technique is a taijutsu base that Jinn and Loar have come up with to integrate into their fighting style. What happens is that their speed jumps up to four times it's normal compacity for the span of several seconds only. Meaning that they reach such a speed that they can appear upon either side of the opponent under a second in time. Of course, their boost in speed stops there, but the actual combo begins at this point. As soon as they are standing upon either side of the opponent, they each thrust a single arm towards the other, activating their Opponent Fusion technique at instantly the same time, in order to in a sense trap the opponent in place due to them entering but not fully. Making their body act as the rope to tie the opponent down. From there, both Jinn and Loar draw their katanas from their sides, pulling the blades out in a fashion that only an executioner would and then each thrust the blade into the opponent's body. One from the front, and one from the back. Everything done, at a mimicing exact same time as the other brother, to continue with the mirroring effect. ~ 2500 Chakra.
Mirror Havoc An ability developed by Jinn and Loar that takes into account their rather identical appearances as well as their fighting style. This ability allows for the Twins to actually create mimicing copies of themselves by manipulating the light in the area to cause a sort of 'clone' to be created. These clones move identical to Jinn and Loar, but are always opposite the opponent. Meaning that no matter what is happening, there are always four characters to be watching at all times when fighting Jinn and Loar. The clones are nothing more then mirror images, and can not actually harm the opponent, they are only used as a distraction. This technique can be used as long as there is even a small barely noticeable amount of light, and instantly activates upon a single hand seal by the Twins. ~ 800 Chakra.
Combination Transformation An advanced form of the Transformation Technique, the Combination Transformation transforms two users into one being. One user usually provides the chakra while the other performs the necessary hand seals. With this, either Jinn or Loar will activate the technique causing them to literally merge together and become one. Though all this successfully does is cause their chakra to go from being the normal amount, to double. They also lose the ability to use a majority of their dual based abilities. This technique can be deactivated with a specific amount of hand seals. An interesting side effect to this, is that they still seem to retain the two alternate souls within the one body, meaning that they will some times speak as "we" or "us" instead of "I". ~ 5000 Chakra.
Hey! I Want A Turn Too This ability allows for both twins to have their own set of two attacks each, as long as they are both using the same attack at the same time.
Infinite Kunai Hurricane A Ninjutsu technique created by Jinn and Loar in order to cause a serious barrage of kunia around a target or selection of targets. What is done, is they activate a single hand seal, and then move in a mirroring direction, so that they will begin moving around the opponent. Within a second after moving around the opponent they will seem to become a blur in movement, and then kunai will begin raining from this blur towards the center. The interesting thing about this technique, is that any kunai that miss the target in the center of the circle will be caught by one of the two twins, and then thrown back again, in order to replicate the act of having an infinite number of kunai. They can have up to forty kunai being thrown at one time, rapidly catching and throwing them back in order to keep them from leaving the circle that they create around the opponent. ~ 1000 Chakra.
Mirror Havoc: Reflective Chaos An ability developed by Jinn and Loar that takes into account their rather identical appearances as well as their fighting style. This ability allows for the Twins to actually create mimicing copies of themselves by manipulating the light in the area to cause a sort of 'clone' to be created. These clones actually reflect and mimic the Twins at every angle possible. Causing the opponent to see thousands of the same image at one time, and become disorientated and lose track of who the true Jinn and Loar are, within the chaos of the many moving clone like reflections, in order for Jinn and Loar to move with stealth, and strike the opponent. This is not a Genjutsu, but an actual reflection of light off their bodies. ~ 1000 Chakra.
Shadowing Stance A Kenjutsu technique that causes one twin to become something close to the 'shadow' of the other. With this, the one twin will basically shadow at such an angle, that they are unseen by the opponent, and are capable of moving in time with the opponent in order to prevent them from being seen at all. Further more, this Kenjutsu technique causes the second twin to be able to mask their location, with the use of the first twin. As such, they are basically invisible to the opponent all together. With this, one twin can strike out at the opponent with the blade, and as the opponent blocks that first strike, a second attack will launch out of the shadow of the first twin, so to speak. This attack being of a different angle, and making things harder to block for the opponent, though if they are good with a blade, it is still blockable, but it makes fighting the Twins more difficult. ~ 700 Chakra.
Twin Rotation A Taijutsu technique created by Jinn and Loar in order to fight opponents more effectively. With this, the Twins can cause a temporary second long speed boost in order to allow one twin to switch places with the other twin in order to deliver an attack with a slightly higher damage possibility. Of course, this technique is mainly used in order to have one twin lunge out from behind the first, and strike out as the first twin falls back, in order to cause the opponent to need to switch their target quickly within that second time span, in order to defend against the new attacker. Causing a slight edge in close contact battles, between the Twins and their opponents. ~ 800 Chakra.
Object Fusion This ability allows for Jinn and Loar to be able to merge with inanimate objects. Thus allowing them to hide within these objects, instead of inside one another. This can be done, through any means of physical contact, with the object, where they will simply pass into it with ease, and hide themselves within. From there, they can then emerge at any point on the object, in order to attack or emerge from a different point and continue moving. With this, it makes things such as normal barriers worthless against the Twins, although barriers lines with chakra cannot be merged with or passed through.
Mirror Havoc: Reflective Reality This simply expands on the effects of the Mirror Havoc techniques, causing the clones in question to actually appear to be as real as Jinn and Loar themselves. Implants on grass, movement of water, smoke shifting, and other such effects will all happen as if they were just as solid as anyone else. Further more they give off the appearance and feeling of chakra, as well as a scent and sense that would completely mirror Jinn and Loar's own.
Mirror Havoc: Perfection This simply causes the Mirror Havoc technique to be able to work without any light in the area. Further more, either of the twins becomes capable of switching with their mirror duplicates any time they wish, but only when the opponent has a clear sight on them, so as to be able to fully confuse the opponent by their mirrors and make them believe none of them are actually real.
Sonic Combo A combo similar to their Bloody Combo. The Twins move forwards rapidly until they are on either side of the opponent, they will then clap their hands together at the same time. As soon as their hands clap together, a sonic boom like explosion that will surround the area around them. This explosion is made to disorientate and injure the opponent at the same time. Shattering their ear drums and sending shrapnel sailing around them. As soon as the explosion goes off both twins will move forwards and draw their blades, aiming to pierce the opponent through while they are disorientated. Although not as effective as the Bloody Combo, the effects of the attack last much longer then the other attack does. ~ 2000 Chakra.

Made Up Jutsu: The Black An evolutionary technique that was injested by a lone human long in the past, and then transfered to which ever host it chose. This entity, known as The Black resides inside of the host and grants the host a decent deal of abilities. Due to this being an entity, it is not classified as a made up ability, and therefore it prevents others from negating any made up abilities, used by Velius. The most used are illusionary techniques, though they branch away from Genjutsu in the terms of their use. There are a wide assortment of different illusions that can be used, though the most basic is the summoning of people’s pasts or fears. All those that they may have killed, can be risen from the ground itself, out of an odd black mass and attack the opponent. Each fear is normally a little different, although the basis is the same. The peculiar thing about these illusions, are that they are not effected by the normal rules of a genjutsu, although anyone with over double his power or more are uneffected by them. Anyone else may be forced to deal with the illusions for up to five posts, before they may be released. Although the illusions are great in scale, not one may mask the host’s form in any way so the opponent may continue fighting, if they can ignore the illusionary world around them. If they can not, then they are cast into a state of fear, which may in fact cause them to die from the fear, though they actually kill themselves by mentally wounding their body themselves, as they believe they are being wounded by the illusions. Although those are the outcomes, most of the time, there is no injury at all to the opponent. Simply a load of distractions to bring their attention away from the host with a series of fears, or worries that the opponent of the hose may have. The second stage of The Black, allows for the host to create large hands made of the substance that it was created out of. Meaning that these hands could be summoned anywhere, but if created from grass, they can not turn to a different substance. And they can not be created from an opponent, or an opponent’s familiar. These hands can be used to grab onto and crush the opponent, or block attacks, although when being used, they’re only as strong as the substance that was used to create them. So if they are purely grass, they can be cut easily, but they can also be used to ensnare the opponent. An interesting thing about the hands, is that they can also be used, as a sort of surveillance as eyeballs can be created on the tips of the fingers, in order to view opponents through barriers, or allow the host to see past walls. A surprising thing about these abilities, is that they take little chakra to be able to use, although a shift in mindset is in order to achieve these abilities. The host must be intent upon killing the one they are facing, in order to use this technique, and as soon the technique is activated, they lost the slow 100CP per post chakra loss, that they have. When entering this state, their chakra is instantly replenished up to half way, and upon exiting, the chakra begins it’s drain from where ever it remained, when the battle is finished.

㊌㊍Bio㊌㊍ Family Members • Mother: Unknown • Father: Thantos Heudini • Siblings: None History: Velius was born of the late Thantos Heudini. Who passed away only a short couple years after his birth. He did not have many memories of his father nor of his mother, but what he did know was that something sinister had been holding his aged father alive for much longer then it should have been capable of doing. As such, he had quickly grown frightened of his father much as everyone else had done. Most avoided the man, even when he was in a good mood, and those that didn't simply stayed near long enough to take care of Velius. After a long time it seemed to Velius, something new had happened. That odd dark substance that had taken over his father seemed to grow tired of keeping the man alive, and eventually left him all together. At that very time, in his dreams, he could have sworn that very presence enveloped him and took him over as well. When he awoke in a cold sweat, his father was dead beside him and for a moment he believed he saw something sway in the shadows around him. It was many years that passed after this. Most of his father's things had been sold or taken, but he managed to keep a hold of the coat he was always dressed in. Upon reaching the needed age to enter the academy and begin his life as a shinobi, he took up his father's coat and began his new adventure in life.

The Black: Deathly Aura A passive technique, only fully active when within 'Black' Influence. This technique allows for the consumption of the chakra, in order to prevent techniques like clones to be able to enter a certain distance near his form. When outside of 'Black' influence this technique only weakens the clones, dispersing half their chakra to which allowed them to be created into the air. When within 'Black' influence this aura causes the clones, or other chakra based techniques to instantly lose their chakra supply upon contact with Velius' blackened aura. Though it does not drain the chakra from the actually user of the clones, it does make the clones vanish, and grant Velius the chakra from the clone that was destroyed to refill his own supply. Thus enabling him to be able to keep most to all techniques of that likeness away from his form at all times. Since the aura, to which stretches a good 7 feet around his entire body, and appears much like that of shadow, although it is simply tainted particles by the contamination of The Black. Due to this Deathly Aura, Velius has managed to not be able to cast a shadow. Since the aura makes him in a sense, immune to the reflective rays of light, that would allow for him or anything he may have in his possession to cast a shadow.
The Black: Seventh Cycle of Deceit This technique, which centers around the abilities associated with 'The Black' are once again centered around acts of fear that could be cast into the opponent with a good deal of skill involved, and the cooperation of 'The Black' in order to give the Host these abilities. With this technique, seven rings of what appear to be pure shadow will slowly create themselves from the Deathly Aura that surrounds the Host's form. Each ring takes exactly one post to complete, before it is fully created and seeming to float in the air in an unnatural way. Once all seven rings are completed, and hovering in a vertical fashion around the host's form, their effects will become clear. Each ring, when someone aside from the host's gaze is cast through it. Will either relive a fear that they currently have, or be cast into the slow dwindling efforts of a fear taking itself upon them. If the opponent claims to be fearless, or claims able to protect themselves against a fear. A single fear of the host's choosing will be cast upon the opponent in a rapid succession once a second ring is looked through by the opponent. The way this ability works, is that each ring, being the size of about a two foot diameter, has an almost unnoticed liquid pooling inside of it, completely against any laws of gravity. These liquids become that of a sort of scrying pool and once looked upon, act as a mirror, reflecting fear into the hearts of the opponent that looks into them. If a fear is not made present, and the opponent is in fact afraid of what they see, the illusion of their fear will bring itself out into reality, and attempt to strike them. Though not a single wound can be placed onto their bodies, the opponent can strike them off as they wish, fighting against an invisible entity as the host may stand off in enjoyment of such an action. If no fear becomes present, all seven rings will come together, in order to cast a fear into the opponent, the next time the rings are gazed into. Naturally not ever fear can be used, the most common are the fears of darkness, or specific animals. Some times that of even being alone can be cast into the opponent. Though this counts as that of a ninjutsu-genjutsu mix. It is simple that of an intricate illusion that is unbreakable until the sum of 7 turns. With each turn that passes after the technique is completed, for 7 turns, before all rings vanish. From there, this technique can not be used until 14 turns have past. All turns in this technique are only counted as the host's turns.
Only possible under 'Black' Influence. Illusions go the same as The Black's illusions go.
Summons seven, 2 foot diameter rings to float about the user. Each ring is able to cast fear into the opponent, or amplify the fears an opponent already has.
Technique takes seven turns to start, one turn of the host's for each ring. Then lasts seven turns, from the turn after the technique is activated. Before the rings all vanish. Fourteen turn waiting period, before next activation
Those that claim to not have fears, are given a fear, by the rings coming together, and then casting fear into the opponent. All fears are able to be drawn from the rings, and into the real world as illusions, in order to attack the opponent. But they are not able to cause any physical harm, only mental harm.
The Black: Splinter This technique is actually a sort of parasitic disease that hosts itself inside the host of 'The Black'. It is an organism that seems to be consisting of a single black thorn like splinter of some odd substance. Originating in his left hand's pointer finger. It gradually appears to spread black veins up his body when it's effects are taken use of. The further the infection grows, the more the bones rip and tear themselves out of place. As more black splinters emerge from the skin at different areas. When in battle, and using the powers of 'The Black' for an extended period of time, the Splinter organism emerges from what ever area it had grown to, and begins growing again. Though the disadvantages of this technique, actually hinder battle due to the host's body being broken as the Splinter Organism comes alive and tries to take it over. The advantages are also easily known. The Splinter Organism's splinters can be used as weapons, emerging from what ever area on the skin that they have grown and being used as lethal spikes. They also make it possible to restitch torn limbs off, by connecting the splinters on either side together, and drawing the limb back into place. Of course the host would feel this, and lose the blood for it. Once the Splinter Organism converts the entire body, it soon hides itself, in order to be used at the Host's will. Making splinters able to emerge from any where on their body, as well as shot out, in order to harm the opponents.
Activated under 'Black' Influence. Takes ten posts in battle of constant pain, and mutilation of bones, in order to have a fully converted body. Once done, the effects are perminant

The Black: Wraith This technique is an advancement off of the former skills of being that of the Descartes clan. Known as Wraith, this technique actually causes the host to defy gravity in such a way, as to make it appear as if he were a phantom. Naturally he does not gain any of the other properties, but he manages to be able to float into the air, making arial styled attacks more difficult to work against him, since he had a good deal of mobility even while in the air. At stronger levels, this technique actually allows for the host to be able to pass through solid objects like walls or some barriers, much like that of a ghost. Although there is nothing too great about this technique, it is just a few added ways to mobility. The host may not use this technique, to cause attacks to go through him, or be able to dodge swings of swords and other weapons. Only inanimate and unmoving objects can be passed through.

The Black: Evolution Enhancement:: With the ever evolving abilities of 'The Black' as it constantly grows and becomes stronger within the body of it's host. It casually begins to gain a stronger sense of it's own abilities, and it's own strengths can be explored further into it's own abilities of fighting styles. Since the host has such a vast array of shadow like abilities, it also begins to gain the ability to do more then just what it was once able. Now, the Black has advanced so far, as to when it is activated it can actually allow shadows around him to warp and be passed into the Deathly Aura. Causing the area that his Deathly Aura reaches, to be extended to the point of the shadows themselves. As well, the host gains the abilities to use the special illusions for a longer period of time, this period being that of 10 posts. Aside from simply enhancing some of their given abilities. 'The Black' also gained a new power, which is that of a series of crimson eyes that can form across the host's body, anywhere 'The Black' chooses them to. These eyes act as a permanent series of Ultimate Eyes, and are normally most seen on the backs, or palms of the host's hands. Though this is really the only knew ability that is granted by this evolution. Everything else is simply an enhancement to the original technique. These eyes are all routed to the brain, in order to act just like the host's normal eyes. And when they close, they seem to vanish from the host's body, as if they were never there.
Use able under 'Black' Influence only.
The Black: Take Over Upon entering one of the more final stages of 'The Black' with this stage, 'The Black' actually begins to merge with the host in order to give the host the full abilities of 'The Black' all of the time, instead of only when it takes over. With this ability also comes the ability of being able to gain the chakra, through any Chakra draining methods that the host can use, or are used against the host. As such, if someone were to try to drain the host's chakra, they're chakra is drained instead, although in this way, the host does not gain any chakra.
The Black: Darkness Halo This technique, is one of the more final advancements in the abilities centered around 'The Black'. It is actually the creation of a halo that is made of a pure black light, radiating just off the top of the Host's head. With this technique the Host can actually draw in any and all light in the area, dragging it into his body and nullifying it. With this technique, it also allows for any technique that he has. That may give off a light source, to actually give off a dark black light just like that of the halo. So any fire or light based techniques, now give off a black glow that seems to absorb light sources, instead of giving off a source of light.
The Black: Darkness Skin This technique actually uses the abilities of 'The Black' to create a pitch black skin that covers the host's entire body in an odd sort of flexible armor. This skin, strictly allows the protection of physical blows, including normal weaponry. As well as harnesses the black light that the Darkness Halo creates, in order to create a prevention against shadow techniques. This prevention is actually using an equal amount of chakra, that will nullify the effects of any shadow based technique. As well as cause both chakra sources, in either effects to be cast out into the air, much like the Chakra Absorbtion ability of the Mugen Kougai (Infinite Armor).
The Black: Darkness Wings This is yet another advancement to the abilities of 'The Black'. It causes demonic featherless wings to erupt from the host's back and soon enables the abilities of flight to the host. Of course there are little to no penalties, but this technique does increase evasion during flight and in air attacks. As well as the speed when in flight. These wings also are strong enough to defend against simple projectile attacks, as well as light based attacks that are sent his way. WHich would be absorbed for the equal price of the chakra that is used to cast them at him.
The Black: Darkness Tail This advancement off the abilities of 'The Black' allows for a dark armor like tail to protrude from the host and actually become able to stretch and recede at the whim of the host itself. This tail is steel hard and razor sharp all the way down it's appendage. Allowing for it to curve around and slice or cut away at an opponent with ease, as well as move at almost it's own whim to block attacks or strike the opponent. Alchemic symbols are written down the entire length of the tail. These Alchemic symbols are the symbols for shadow, meaning that they actually cause an effect when the tail touches a shadow. The tail becomes able to actually absorb the shadow into it, and convert it into something that negates the control, if it is controlled, from the opponent by tainting it with the host's essence as long as the tail pierces the shadow itself.
The Black: Optical Illusion This ability given to the host by the use of 'The Black' allows for the host to be able to bend the light around themselves and in that way, causing themselves to essentially turn invisible. Although this is only effective as long as he is not attacking in any way or form. As soon as he begins an attack, he will become visible again making this useful for covert ops styled missions, or sneaking up on an opponent during battle. ~ 800 Chakra.
The Black: InnerDarkness This taijutsu technique known as InnerDarkness is a good offensive and defensive technique in Velius' arsenal. It is a technique that allows for each of his strikes, to actually allow his chakra to be forced into the opponent's body in the form of darkness. With each hit that is to strike the opponent or opponents. Be it with a weapon, or with his hands or feet. A small spike of chakra is pushed out from the connecting point, and then causing a reaction to the opponent's own chakra network. Causing a spike of pure darkness to pierce back out of the skin, much like that of a spike that is coming from the opponent themselves. Each spike, is only a small splinter like piece of chakra, and is not meant to cause harm upon it's exposure. But instead to cause injury when the opponent tries to remove the splinter form their body. What they do, is actually tear away the chakra, and cause a gouge in the flesh around the area struck. When they are attempted to be removed, the spikes will rip away flesh, and cause chakra to evaporate from the wound into the air. These spikes are not caused by Velius' chakra, but that of the opponents. Since each hit causes Velius' chakra to aggravate the opponent's chakra, and causes their Inner Darkness to attack them from the inside out as a simple splinter of Darkness. ~ 1500 Activation.

Diffuse! A sealing technique adopted by Issac in order to further his abilities in combat. By preforming a single hand sign with his tattoo spiraling across his fingers and then emitting outwards as a physical form of a kanji before his hand. He actually become able to diffuse and prevent the use of one ability that the opponent attempts to use, and seals it from play for the remainder of the battle. This technique functions like a flashy Jutsu shou, in that if it is an offensive technique that he is rejecting, the technique will continue, but dissipate around him as it strikes the Kanji he holds forwards. ~ 2000 Chakra.
Reject! A sealing technique adopted by Issac which functions like an isolated shielding technique to Kenjutsu and taijutsu. By thrusting one or both hands forwards towards the attack in question, this taijutsu like technique causes his tattoos to flow from his hands into identical kanjis. By simply pronouncing "I Reject" or simply "Reject" he becomes capable of not only stopping the force and momentum of an incoming strike, but also pushing it back with equal force, simply by having the attack strike the kanji. This ability can only work, if he is fast enough to actually block the attack to begin with, and it does not work on something other then Kenjutsu or Taijutsu. ~ 1000 Chakra.
Fuuinjutsu Mastery A specialized passive that causes Isaac's Fuuinjutsu techniques that would normally cause harm to him in some way, to instead have no effect. This includes techniques such as I Forbid It! and other such techniques that normally would seal his jutsu away. Through this means, it also prevents others from being able to seal Isaac's techniques or made ups away. Through this mastery, sealing techniques are doubled (before any other possible modifier). Allowing for what would normally seal one jutsu, to seal two.
Limitless Ink An ability adopted by Issac which actually cause his tattoos to appear almost limitless. Causing his body to become able to ever produce tattoos from him, even if they are broken or severed from his body itself. Thus he would never need to worry about losing even a fragment of his clan's special power.
Tattoo Severing An ability which causes him to be able to break his tattoo at any point, and become able to keep it attached to the opponent or attached to an object and keep up the effects his tattoo may have upon them.
Permanent Sealant This is an add on ability to his already prominent sealing abilities. Through the use of his three sealing techniques [Demon, Curse and Orochi Sealing Techniques] he becomes able to seal away these abilities for the remainder of the battle once sealed. Further more, he can use this ability to seal away the separate parts of the Orochi armor, cutting the opponent's power with each one he seals away.
Rapid Ink Emission A taijutsu style technique which is used by rapidly shooting out and regenerating the tattoo ink in his body. By doing this, he gives his body a boost in speed in order for him to move faster and strike faster then his normal body would. This further's his speed in using sealing techniques that involve physical strikes, by making each single strike for the technique actually be both strikes at once.
Seal Breaker Much like his abilities to create expert Fuinjutsu technique, Issac is also able to break them down. Through a simple strike with the infusion of his tattoo into it, he becomes able to release the full potential of a sealed ability for a limited time of two posts. This sudden release would cause an instant strain upon the body, and actually cut their physical strength and stamina in half once the boost is over. This is used primarily upon an enemy to weaken them before they can use their abilities correctly. This can also be used to break the seals in barriers or other defenses through the same means. ~ 2000 Chakra.
Tattoo Shards By aiming one or both hands forwards, a barrage of needles in the color of the his tattoo can be sent forwards towards the opponent. Although other then just causing physical damage as if someone was struck by a senbon, these shards also have the full sealing abilities of Isaac's Sealmaster Tattoo's abilities to go along with them. ~ 500 Chakra.
Selective Restraint This technique allows for Isaac to be able to choose what techniques are forgotten each post that the opponent and himself are locked within the "I forbid it!" technique. It also causes the opponent to lose two techniques every turn, instead of the normal one technique.
Sealmaster's Presence This passive ability allows for Isaac to be able to negate any attempts from the opponent to prevent their attacks or abilities from being sealed away. Allowing his own abilities to triumph over those of the opponent's weak defenses.
Neutral Seal: Gate Restraint This technique can be used against those that use either the Reverse Gates or the Celestial Gates and negate them from being activated. And thus, prevent the use of those gates for the opponent or opponents in question.
Neutral Seal: Multiple Sealing A technique that automatically activates when using a Fuuinjutsu technique while the Neutral Seal is activated in any way. Any Fuuinjutsu used, has it's effects multiplied by four for it's overall effect. Meaning if a technique seals a single Ninjutsu, it will allow the sealing of four Ninjutsu instead. Allowing for the use of Fuuinjutsu to be even more dangerous against an opponent while the Neutral Seal is activated.
Neutral Seal: Defensive Sealing A special Fuuinjutsu that was granted to him while learning the power of the Neutral Seal. When the opponent uses a non-physical or non-harming technique while fighting against Isaac, the technique itself will be immediately sealed from use a second time until the end of the battle. This effect will happen as soon as the effect of the technique ends. Non-physical or non-harming techniques include but are not limited to: Genjutsu, Binding techniques, Movement modifiers, Buffs, etc. Isaac must pay half the activation cost of the technique, in order to seal it away.
Sealmaster's Bindings: Fuuinjutsu Chains A series of chains to which are capable of moving through ink or his own tattoos. These chains when connecting to the opponent are capable of applying one of the three main jutsu sealing techniques (Taijutsu Seal, Ninjutsu Seal, Genjutsu Seal) per post that they are touching an opponent. These chains are capable of being fully controlled by Isaac, and are summoned through him applying chakra as the trigger into either his tattoo, or an ink based surface. Their effect activates the moment they touch the opponent, regardless of whether they remain or not. By manipulating chakra, he can also use the I Reject technique, to prevent the chains themselves from being broken or severed in any way, as long as he has the chakra to do so.
Sealmaster's Bindings: Fuuinjutsu Barbs A series of barbs attached to the chains, should these barbs sink into the body of the opponent, they become wedged into their body permanently. Any attempt to remove them by anyone other then Isaac will actually cause severe pain and begin to rip away at the skin all around the implanted point. The only true way to remove the barbs from the body, is to continue to push it all the way through the body and out the adjacent side.
Rune Blade A blade that is ghostly when it passes through solid objects and had absorbed the soul of a monk killed by a demon. It cannot deal physical harm but can break any illusion so long as the user swings the blade. Not only that, it can "cut" through deception and lies that another hides themselves within, revealing their true essence. Alliance: Neutral
Tamasui no Tsubo (Jar of Souls) - A huge jar carried that can trap any person inside. Time passes by quickly inside the jar, where an hour spent outside is equivalent to a day inside the jar. Neutral Seal (Created) Once activated, the user is covered in a star pattern. Once the seal reaches Level 2, the user’s skin turns gray, and their face is covered in a gray mask, completely flat, made from their bones. It is said the seal can negate the power of any Special Weapons, Armors, Demon, Orochi Power, Beast Seal or Curse Seal other than itself, while at Level 2. At any lower level, it can only slightly reduces the power of the Special Weapons, Armors, Demon, Orochi Power, Beast Seal or Curse Seal. There is a bonus boost of power to each strength when this seal is activated.
