Holy Jesus, you're right. Sanctuary DOES blow goats for pesos, compared to Passion. >.< Simple and Clean + Hikari were not so bad in their own rights, but Sanctuary... -shakes her head- It's like someone detonated the song by accident, tried to glue it back together in the wrong order and with pieces from random, unrelated stuff, and was STILL missing some pieces when they were done. WTEFFFFF

Yea. I might need to take back a little of what I said earlier. sweatdrop Sanctuary didn't really work... some of the parts sounded like they had to purposely hold out the notes so that it would fit. However, I would say I still kind of like it.
Maybe this is why no one has leaked it out onto the internet? surprised

I downloaded sanctuary on my iPod yesterday to be able to hear it all, because I don't have the game yet.
I was like "Yeah...for the opening...I'm turning down the volume and putting on Passion.."

I love the english opening version "sanctuary"! Who couldnt like it? Though the japanese opening version does flow better! But there still both Great! biggrin

I thought passion wasn't as good as simple and clean. then i listened to it a lot, and fell in love with it.
Then I heard the english version and didn't like it. then I listened to it a lot, and it grew on me. It still isn't as good, and yes, it's almost impossible not to notice the slight butchering, it still worked, and it was still a great song for a great game. 3nodding

wow...I can't believe so many people don't like Sanctuary! gonk
I personally like Sanctuary better, honestly. I've listened to both/have both and love them, but I just think Sanctuary is nicer sounding..like Hikki put more of herself into actually singing it (and no, I don't like it just 'cause it's in English..that's a stupid reason stare ).
And on a side note, I think Simple & Clean is MUCH better than Hikari... 3nodding
