Well this guy certainly was optimistic. Had to give him props! A smile couldn't help but remain on the lionesses face from the answers that were given in a positive light. She always thought it better to look at life for what was going right, rather than wallowing in the despair. Instead... eliminate that despair! As the males pride seemed in the processes of doing.
With the explanation given, what with taking a visit to the pride, Cahala swished her tail in thought, paw beneath the other one gently kneading the ground in an idle manner. That's when an idea crept into her mind. Grinning just a little more, she made a proposition. "Well then. How about instead of going all alone right now, I spend a little time with you to learn more of your culture, and the like. I'm sure I'd get more information out of you than asking around to various unknown and possibly suspicious lions, don't you think?" again, her lips twitched further up, "And this way, I could practice sparring with you." She easily, and quiet gracefully, lifted onto her paws, stretching out her back... sort of showing off her fit physique. "I could get a little preview of what I'd be up against~" her voice held a slight teasing in it, showing the comfortableness with the others company.
"But, you have piqued my interest, Mr. Heti. I will admit. I am curious." she began to stroll closer to him, to walk around his large body calmly, inspecting him with more interest than before.

Heti had always been an optimistic, friendly fellow. Very much unlike his father, unfortunately. If Cahala ever had the misfortune of meeting his sire, she'd be shocked at the differences between them, though the similarities in their appearance tied them clearly as blood relatives.
"That sounds like a wonderful idea, Cahala. I'm sure no one would mind if you were to accompany me back. In fact they'd probably respect you a lot for it, wanting to get to know our culture before making any hasty decisions. If you are with me, there shouldn't be a problem, I don't think. And, when the time comes to report back, you are more than welcome to join me or whoever is going to go back. As for duelling, it would be my honour. I'm sure you'll find many others, too, who would be eager to take on a challenge."
He laughed at her teasing tone and held his head up a little higher, teasing her back with his sudden 'heightened' posture. "Curious in a good way, I hope." He replied with a laugh, watching her circle around him. But, whether it took her a day or a year to decide whether she wanted to join the Motoujamii, he could already tell that she'd be perfect. Young, fit and full of personality. She'd be able to hold herself well against the ego that could build up in the desert.
"Well then, Lady Cahala." He replied with a smile. "It's only a short walk back to the outpost. Care to accompany me now? I'm sure you have plenty of interesting stories you can share on the way."

My he was a big boy... stocky. Built like a wildabeast! most rogues didn't look this way. Her tail flicked to lightly brush the small of his back as she rounded his side, grinning up at him in return, "Then we shall have a grand time, won't we?" she mused. Heti seemed quite fun, even if he was very dutiful as well. The lioness was certain her days wouldn't be boring for awhile. Walking around his front, just barely brushing against him to continue her teasing demeanor, she glanced up to his eyes, "Don't hold back on me, now~ I want to be able to feel and see this power and pride your clan holds dear~" she purred.
Stepping ahead of him, she slowly began to stretch herself out, a chuckle rumbling in her chest, "Oh yes, I'm certain there's plenty I'll be able to tell you have quite a few interesting things from my restless travels." since he was sheltered in his pride his whole life, it made the lioness curious just how much he knew and was tolerant of. In the rogue lands, it was all fair game. No rules, no regulations, just survival at it's finest. Leaning forward to let her hind quarters get a chance to stretch out, she finally shook out her short fur, and gave her full attention to the male, bangs flipped to the side, "Do lead the way, my good sir~"

Her grin was somewhat infectious and he smiled back at her, glad that his walk out had not been made totally in vain. He had found a female who would, potentially, become a Firekin someday. Heti certainly had not considered that he might have been recruiting whilst out here. Perhaps he was the only one who had. Either way, this trip had certainly not been a waste. Even if she went her own way after a time, he had a feeling he had made a friend.
As she brushed against him lightly he blinked his eyes and rumbled, stepping after her. "Very well. I promise. No holding back from me." He chuffed with amusement and hastened to follow after her, not wanting her to get too far ahead. Hearing of the outside lands was bound to be an interesting thing. He certainly had been sheltered and had never even considered that he might one day step this far. Let alone as far as she had been.
"You have an avid listened, fair lady." He replied, eyes sparkling with mirth. "As you wish." And he stepped out, moving at a fluid pace across the compact earth, the wind in his face, blowing the strands of mane from his eyes. Yes, today had been a good day.
