It was peaceful in the vampyre's arms.. the human felt safe, for once in all the time he had been living on the street. As the night slipped into the late hours, he continued to sleep.

Joshua smiled as he held the sleeping human. "The sun will be rising soon." he muttered, he knew he must soon be going back to the abandoned hotel he lived in, yet he couldn't bring himself to leave the human. What if I ask him to live with me? he thought suddenly.

The human finally woke up, only to realize he was still in the vampyre's arms. He sat up, ears picking up the sounds around them.
"Don't you have to go soon?"
He did not want him too leave.. and he did his best, to hide that fact.

Joshua smiled as Kayden awoke. "I should, the sun will soon be rising." he said. I should ask him. he thought. He shifted so the human was now sitting between his legs. "Would you like to come back to my place with me?" he asked as he leaned towards the human.

Joshua smiled at Kayden and took the humans hand in his own. "Good." he said with a smile before leaning in closer and placing his lips gently against the other boy's forehead. He is beautiful. he thought with a smile. "Come with me." he said as he stood slowly, still holding the other's hand.

When his hand was grabbed, he would link his fingers with the vampyre's and when he leaned in to kiss his forehead, he took in his scent.
"You smell.. nice"
Those unseen eyes glanced to the side, a soft blush creeping onto his cheeks.. he couldn't believe that he just said that outloud. When the vampyre stood, he followed suit and a soft smile eased on his lips, the embarrasment slowly dieing away.
"...Alright"

Joshua smiled as teh human linked fingers with him. He couldn't help but smile. "I think It's part of being a vampyre, even our scent attracts people." he admitted. He probably thinks I'm gonna use him or something. he thought before he ran his along the boys check. "I won't hurt you Kayden" he said reassuringly before he moved to lift the boy off his feet. His arms picked the human up with ease. "Would you like to live with me from now on?" he asked before placing his lips on the human's forehead again.

If he should be afraid or not. When he reassured him that he wasn't going to get hurt, he decided he could trust Joshua. A soft smile eased on his lips, only to get caught off guard when he was lifted off his feet and was now being held. A soft blush appearing on his cheeks, however, his embarrassment was forgotten when he heard the vampyre's question.
"Really?"
He was more or less surprised at that question, having never expected it. Many disregarded the human as if his existence was nothing, everyone except for the vampyre. I'd rather walk alone ♥ Fall a thousand times over ♥ Was an in-between to escape this scene

Joshua smiled and began to walk at a quick pace, well quick for a human, he was a near blur on the sidewalk as he headed towards the abandoned hotel he lived in. "Yes really." the vampyre said as they speed along. I hope he says yes. he thought with a smile. Finally he began to slow. "Here we are." he said as he set the human down.

As they stopped at the abandoned hotel and he was set on his feet, he just stood there.. he did not know his surroundings and he picked up new scents, like a child in a new home. He turned his attention to the side, making sure the vampyre hasn't gone anywhere.. he was use to being alone by now, so if he did, it would be no surprise to the human. I'd rather walk alone ♥ Fall a thousand times over ♥ Was an in-between to escape this scene

Joshua opened the door leading inside. "I live here, on the second floor." he said with a smile at the boy. He took his hand again and lead him to the stairs. I wonder if he'll mind sharing a room... he wondered. "Would you mind us sharing a room, Kayden?" he asked hopefully.

Joshua paused as a sound reached his ears. Approaching footsteps. "Dammit. Stay quiet." he whispered to Kayden, with a glare towards the sound. Sure enough, a muscular male appeared at the top of the stairs. A hiss escaped the newcomer. "Joshua, why have you brought a human?" it demanded. Damn, It had to be him, he thought with a glare at the male. "I have brought him here, for his safety, Ronald." he said as he wrapped an arm protectively around Kayden. "That means, no one is to touch this boy. Spread the word." he said. Ronald shot Joshua a dirty look but retreated to the higher floors. "Damn, I didn't want the coven to find out about you so soon. I thought most would still be hunting." he said with a sigh. He opened a door to the room he stayed in. "Kayden, please do not leave this room, unless I am with you, do you understand?" he asked spoke as he heard a shout above.

The human tilted his head to the side slightly, listening to the conversation between the newcomer and Joshua. The other male did not sound too happy, he noticed that in the tone of his voice. He followed the vampyre to his room.
"Yes"
Those black dull orbs watched the vampyre, deciding to ask his own question.
"Why did you bring me here if it was going to be a problem?"
