"But you'd look so fabulous!" giggled Gellemil. "Especially if you wear different colors." She bit on the stick of the lolipop to keep herself from falling about into another fit of laughter. It really would be an odd sight to see.

He didn't know why, but the laugh the girl had was contagious. He went into his own giggle fit. "Maybe one day. We'll both strut the streets with our new rainbow coats of sweets!"

"As long as its not a hot day. Cause then the sweets will melt and it'd take forever to get all of it out of our coats. Oh! And birds. We'd have to avoid those." She peered back into her bag of goodies. "Definitely not enough here for one coat. We'd have to clean the shelves of so many candy stores I think to get enough."

After a bit of laughter Deuce looked toward the sky. They had lost track of the time and it was rather dark. "Weren't you on your way home? Please allow me to walk with ya'." He'd feel awful letting her walk home alone.

"Hm?" Gellemil looked out at the street and saw it alight with the neon lights of the businesses. "Oh." The female looked at Deuce and smiled. "No need. But thanks. Wouldn't want you running the risk of being mugged and losing all your winnings you know." She giggled. "After all, its probably more important than a bag of candy."

"Oh. Well then. I'd be happy if you would." Deuce did have a point. Except the beautiful bit. He was just trying to be flirty, Gellemil was sure of that. "I'm only about three blocks away to the north." Not that far really. "Is it going to take you out of your way too much? Cause you're going to have to be careful you know."
