Cricket reached out and patted Malodore on the back, the smallest traces of FEAR feeding from the nurse into her momentary 'patient'. "Your wounds are ones that my touch cannot heal, unfortunately. Remaining here is not what is best for you." As much as it pained her to admit her shortcomings of emotional healing, she had to.
She couldn't even heal her own wounds when it came to such things, she couldn't expect to heal Malodore's.
"You are in condition enough that you are free to leave and attend to your more pressing concerns."

Malodore felt the soft touch of her Fear, and sighed. "Thank you, Infermiera, from the bottom of my heart... I will bring back more data for you. This affliction shall not escape me. Us," it added, almost shy for a moment.
Then, slowly, it heaved itself to its feet, standing still for a moment until it regained it's sense of balance. "No more shall die. I swear it on her..." It stopped as if it had hit a wall. "On her," it repeated, finally.
Then it bowed to her and walked slowly to the door, letting itself out.
